  1. Although he seems like an absolutely lovely man, I do NOT understand the Rami love. Every single thing he makes looks like a bad college frat toga thrown together with a twin bed sheet to me. And this week he took the palest man on the planet and wrapped him in what really did look a white hospital bed sheet. A saggy bed sheet. Dude pretty much disappeared. Not one ounce of color anywhere, and the challenge was called "Let Me See Your Peacock". Same with one-note Laurence. Yes, I know - she can sew a leather jacket. We've seen it. Every. Single. Challenge. I feel like neither one of them have more than one trick up their sleeves.
  2. Pancake dude perfectly described......a crepe. NOT a pancake. Thin batter, spread out across an entire pan, crispy around the edges, that's a crepe. Believe me, I am no fan of Dan's, but in this case he cooked exactly what the customer, in great detail, described to him. Apparently what the customer WANTS is thin, overcooked American-type pancakes. I can see how Dave got it wrong, because he didn't get it wrong - he cooked exactly what the guy told him to cook.
  3. They go by Leon or Leo now and have come out as transgender, so best to refer to them by those names. And although the family appeared very supportive throughout their journey, I feel like a lot of the children have fallen off the radar and don't appear on the show (maybe by choice?)
  4. I can’t believe I’m even saying this, but I have to side with Kody and Robyn on this one. A lot of us made sacrifices during 2020, and I can assure you NOBODY in my family were jetting all over the country to visit relatives who didn’t follow any COVID protocols. And that’s what both Christine and Janelle were doing the entire year. It seemed to me that unless it was the hospital-required lockdown before Ysabel’s surgery, they were barely following any of the CDC guidelines – and neither were their kids – and yet they’re the first ones whining when things can’t just be like they normally are. Nope, I had zero patience for people like that in 2020, and I still have zero patience for people like that going into 2022. And you better believe I wouldn’t have invited ANY of them into my home.
  5. Tito's is a HUGE supporter of animal rescue groups, which is why I buy their vodka.
  6. I've been hate-watching this show for many seasons, so I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I sort of agree with Kody and his frustration with some of his family and their cavalier attitudes toward pandemic protocols. He seems legit terrified of getting COVID or someone in his family getting it. I feel awful for his daughter Ysabel and her pain, but why the heck did they have to fly to NJ to have the surgery? That makes no sense at all, do they not have doctors in Arizona?!? As far as Christine goes, she's one of those "I want to see my fambly, rules be damned, they shouldn't apply to me because I should be able to do whatever I want" kind of pandemic people, and I am over that selfish nonsense. I don't blame Kody one bit for being annoyed with her. (Okay, shoot me now, I'm siding with Kody!)
  7. I could watch entire episodes of high AF Mauricio - that was funny as hell. Everything else - meh. Boring episode.
  8. How in the hell does NO ONE hear that freaking helicopter!?! Obviously it was close to all the action, since Rick was right there. Makes zero sense and really irritated me.
  9. Is it just me, or is Jules totally hammered? Or heavily medicated?
  10. WTF, Project Runway? Chris is out yet Fabio and Helen are still in? I can not for the life of me figure out what these judges are looking at. I don't get it.
