For some reason, I love this show! The only part on any show I hate is when contestants say "I only lost 7 pounds." Dude, 7 pounds is a lot!
I love that it is focused on diet and I LOVE that the contestants aren't spending 18 hours a day in the gym. There really does need to be a balance between eating and working out. You can't just go from couch potato to these intense Biggest Loser workouts in a day.
I'm not sure what the Clean Mom Diet is....but La'Tasha's new trainer looks cute, so I'm excited! haha
