  1. So Grogu broke off from the group and went to find his Dad.Thought it was odd no reaction from Bo when she let the others go forward like where is the kid.

Heartwarming Grogu spraying Djarin down with bacta but also sad because it shows a great fear. He kept spraying even after Djarin said he was fine.

Bye bye Moff...maybe? I am thinking a severly burnt Moff will return or that clone who woke up survived.

Djarin fully embraced fatherhood. I think it was great especially for Grogu who has seen enough bad things to have a little cabin in a quiet area where they can call home for the time being/between bounties.

  2. Why did Din take Grogu with him? He knew there would be issues on the planet from the creatures at least. He could have left him orbit though that may not have been safer if something sus went down after the armourer took those people back.  I got an ominous vibe from that scene.  On the other hand Grogu probably would have objected.

Mando probably regrets the bringing back ig11 idea considering what it led to. I was in stitches watching the scenes with Grogu, Din, and that mech suit.

Grogu riding in Bo's lap. Not a Bo-Din shipper but I love the idea of Bo being Grogu's mom.

Din's tendency to go to the front line in battle bit him in rear end. Moff wanted Mandolorians but having the person who stole Grogu from him twice and bested him is probably icing on the cake.

Great episode that makes me excited and scared to watch the next one all the same time. Hopefully no cliffhangers and Din better be rescued in tact with no lasting damage.

  3. I did not enjoy this episode.  Some of it was so hammy that I thought we would find out that this was part of some wild dream of Hetty's.

If Elias was truly sent to hell because he refused to change why would he be allowed back out of hell and given a get out of jail card if Hetty forgave him when he was not even truly sorry?  I wish Thor had thrown Elias in the vault.  Even hell seems like it is too good for him at this point.  Hmm, maybe hell wanted him gone and that is why they allowed him this escape clause.

I am not happy the ghosts did not warn Sam when Jay got high. I think my issue is there have been way too many episodes with them doing things that could hurt Sam.  It worked out at the end, but this could have gone horribly wrong.

Now that song is stuck in my head after Trevor sang it at the end. Thanks no pants.

  4. This is why I did not want Janine to get involved with Maurice. Don't blame him for telling them to leave. I agreed with Erica no details needed. But if Gregory needed a clear conscience then they could have handled it way differently.

I cut up my Janine/Gregory shipper card in egg drop episode because I do not see them working long term. This episode reiterated why I do not think they would make a good couple.

Those 3 teaming up to stop abbott becoming a charter should be good.

  5.  I did not think it would be Gregory that Janine would run into when I read  the episode  synopsis. Then I figured it would be him when he said he was also going out with friends. They looked nice dancing together but I am no longer on that ship after the egg drop episode.  I think Janine has to grow a little bit more and deal with her issues. I just feel if she doesn't her and Gregory would not work long term.

Jacob was annoying but glad he came around after talking to Mr. Johnson and was able to enjoy at least one Christmas.

  6. This episode showed why I only like Ava in very and I mean very small doses. I loved that the students were  having none of her antics and wanted Janine back.

Janine can be too much but I think they went too far with Melissa and Barbara's comments. It came across as if they do not like her at all instead of them just finding her a tad annoying. The ending rang hollow because they  changed their tune only due to her being useful to them.

Gregory setting Ava straight was handled perfectly.

  7. Janine telling someone none of your business was a big🤨. I think Gregory was being a friend in trying to warn Janine. He rightfully guessed that she did not realize Tariq had ulterior motives.

Tariq and Janine's relationship was unhealthy. However, I can't determine if he was selfish to the point of being obtuse or his actions stemmed from maliciousness. I found his excuses on why Janine couldn't go to his gigs in season 1 suspect and wondered if he was lying about what he is doing. He does have a certain charm which I think makes it easy to overlook his behavior for a time.

So this charter school story is not over. Interesting to see where it leads.

  8. I do not like this aide nor the direction they took with Melissa needing to get to know her. She was blatantly disrespectful. One basic thing she should know is to not interrupt the teacher.  There are 5 year olds that are better behaved.

It was also so obvious Janine would be proven wrong but they did it in such an extra way that it felt forced. This episode and the previous episode has some trends that I hope do not continue for the remainder of the season.

  9. Smidge suspicious about this being the Natalie JHI knew.  Though it would be cruel for her not to be after everything JHI been through.  I wonder how she got to this universe and how did she find JHI? Her ship linked to his tech but this seems to be after arrival.  This also brought to mind what I been wondering since learning JHI backstory-did evil Supes cross over into this universe as well?

This is going to be a bit awkward with Lois. I hope they do not ignore the whole different Earth different people with Natalie.

Tal stating he just wanted a family...he still doesn't see. As i said in a previous post the irony is he has a family a great one but he chucked it away.  His being all about Krypton and resurrecting it makes me suspect that even if Tal was not greeted with hostility upon landing on Earth he still would have turned out this way.

Sarah's facial expression when she saw Supes and Lois talking made me wonder if she was starting to figure it out.

Mamabear Lois. Loved how they circled back to Lois helping Jordan through his mental health struggles and had her pull him out if the black hole he was in now.

Lots to look forward to in Season 2. I am going to miss this show.

  10. Lois Lane as usual is all sorts of awesome.  This had become one of my favorite incarnations of the character.

So is Edgicator able to suppress the good Kryptonians or are there not many of them which is why we only heard the voices of the evil ones. Considering the psychotic behavior of these people Edge wanting to resurrect them made no sense. There was a huge possibility they would have attempted to grab power and betray him.

Kyle sober and no longer an Edge cheerleader makes him actually likeable. Sarah heaping the same blame on him as the other townspeople must have stung. While I get her anger, it was like not ok Sarah not ok.

Lana and Clark fell flat for me. I suppose because they haven't been interacting much.

Jordan being infected with Pa-Rho...did not guess that one though I figured something would happen to one or both boys.

  11. Pretty much called Clark choosing to keep the all of the weapons when Edge kept taunting him. Not sure about JHI being the keeper. I am really liking Clark and JHI's interactions. That fist bump gave me bro vibes.

As I suspected Jon is very interested in the Steel suit.

Lois in exasperated annoyed Mom mode had me chuckling.

Edge actor expressions once again inspire some sympathetic feeling. When Clark said he would never see him again he looked crushed. Edge though is so self centered and lacking in empathy that the feelings of sympathy his expressions elicit are so fleeting.

It seems he turned himself into the Eradictor. It sounded like the Pa-Rho voice said become the Eradicator when Eradiedge was soaking up the sun.

Another break...sigh it is going to be a long three weeks.

  12. The vow renewal😍 It definitely made up for the wedding that was hijacked by Olicity. Cisco as the officiant  made it all the better

Bart is aptly named. He is so much like Barry down to the singing voice.

I love Jay Garrick. I saw "Uncle Jay" when he spoke to Bart.

Using Thawne to stop Godspeed was smart and something I actually did not expect.

  13. Was JHI really going to just pop in on his dead doppelganger's sister? That could have went badly. He is still all over the map regarding understanding these people are not the same as the people on his earth.

Sam Lane claiming he won't doubt him again...I automatically wondered how long that will last.

The town turning on the Cushings is not surprising.  I have to agree that the Cushing scenes felt out of place in this episode.

Does Edge have multiple personalities now or by doing what he did was he able to send the consciousness' out to latch on to any hosts it can find.

As usual great Kent family scenes. Jon saying wow when JHI took off makes me think he wants something like his armor/suit. Many people want him to have powers, but I do not.

  14. Not twins..makes sense as Bart does look a bit young though Jordan Fisher is late 20s.

What is going on with Iris though since pregnancy with 2 speedster babies is not the cause of her issue.  Unless of course Nora and Bart have older siblings they are not mentioning.

The way Bart ran to Iris makes me think he may be a Momma's boy.  While it was nice to hear Jay became Uncle Jay I felt it made future Wally and Barry look bad in how they handle Bart.  Bart made it sound like they spent more time trying to change him than understand him.

Speaking of Jay he had a lightbulb moment when Nora made the comment about Godspeed going after those they love most. That makes me think  would he gotten close to the West-Allen family without this future knowledge? It also makes me think that even if Nora and Bart don't reveal much about the future them sticking around in the past will change the timeline regardless.

Godspeed was a bit too cartoony for me. He is Bart's Thawne-I would have likened them more to Zoom and Barry.

  15. I did not expect to like Bart's suit from the photos I saw. I think it works though shiny as it it is. Nora has full purple lightning now which makes me wonder if they are twins and they split their parents lightning. Barry's prior speedforce rambling about more diapers points to the twin thing.

Poor Barry. He look shocked, happy, and a bit scared all at once. He ordered one kid and gets two who are speedsters. Him and Iris are in for fun times especially with Bart who may as well brought a sign saying he is a handful.

  16. I have always loved the more adorkable versions of Clark/Supes so that line my mom made it for me with that big grin just makes me smile.

Lois preferred Clark that is a change.  Her tasering the bad guy was so Lois. Lois Lane has always been a hit and miss for me due to how she is written . I love this version of Lois and Elizabeth Tulloch is awesome.

The Edge actor sold his desperation and despair over Clark not being the brother he envisioned so well that I nearly felt sympathy for him. It is tragic really because he has a family that is great and would have welcomed him. Yet he threw it all away because of his own bias and bigotry.

Papa Ro yikes. No wonder Lara hightailed it away as he was clearly a disturbed individual.

Jordan tried, but it showed he has ways to go as his blast was no match for Uncle Morgan.  I felt like Supes was signaling to Lois with the statement he made before leaving with Edge.  Those Kryptonite weapons are about to come in handy and Clark is probably banking on them to stop him once he has been eradicated.

  17. I would need to go back and look at previous episodes because I don't remember.  Has Edge ever interacted with Clark Kent? Pretty bad if he could not see that was his brother Kal-El. Even if he is also blinded by whatever makes people not see Clark is Superman it should have dawned on him especially since he knew Kal arrived as a baby that he most likely has an Earth name and life.

Little weirded out by Lana-Lara considering her history with  Clark. I was really liking Lana this episode however.

Edge mentioned eradicating Supes if he didn't fall in line so I wonder if that is what happened on JHI earth.

I have been giving Jor-El a pass because he is AI but knowing this is his consciousness uh not sure I like this incarnation of him.

I wonder which Kryptonian inhabited Kyle and when will he return to attack Jonathan.  Edge must have picked all the bad guys though why were these non peaceful Kryptonians uploaded in the 1st place? Hoping that the "plot holes" in this episode is stuff that will be expanded on later.

  18. I read many fan theories that Edge is H'El and I am hoping that is who he is.  I think that would be a very interesting and a different way to go.

I feel like the show is heading to a point with Jon. They specifically showed him getting turned down by that girl which would seem small in the grand scheme. However, that just adds to all the other not great things he has experienced which makes me think the show is going somewhere with him.

Speaking of Sarah too bad Jordan couldn't have face timed her or whatever they do in this universe when he was literally looking like death so she could see he had a legitimate reason to bail. Then again he would have had to come up with  a plausible lie to explain what was wrong with him and why he miraculously recovered.

The fortress scenes between Jordan and Clark hit me with the feels. Tyler Hoechlin is very young looking and he could have easily come off as more brother than Dad with the boys.  However he is very believable and I love Dad Clark scenes.  Lois and Jon also great. This show hit gold not only with a great cast but the fact they have great chemistry.

  19. I found JHI annoying with how he knew they were different people but at the same time he did not.   However, I wish he had found out Lois was married to Superman as I would have loved to see his reaction to his "wife" being married to Superman.

Jon calling alt Natalie sis had me concerned they were going to have everyone else was going to take the same attitude as JHI but thankfully that did not happen.

Lois reaction to Jon's near death may have come from an unhealthy place but it seemed normal to me from a traumatized parent standpoint.

Kyle choosing to drink and miss Sara's audition is on him regardless of what Lana said.  A healthy person would not have reacted that way.

Them just letting JHI go was awfully generous.  They imo should have made him stay around where they could keep tabs on him.  I suspect he will be back though when the stuff hits the fan.

  20. How was John Henry Irons not in the hospital after not only getting hit by a truck but thrown as well?

As usual I still love the relationship between Jon and Jor. I am really hoping the writers stick to little tiffs and do not destroy their close relationship for the sake of drama.

Lois and Clark learned though Lois was a smidge slower than Clark...no more family secrets. The family dynamics and chemistry is so great and for me makes the show.

I kept getting the feeling edge was suspicious of Lana.  I am not sure if it is the acting choices or the knowledge as a viewer but Edge just screams slimy in every scene he is in.

Clark going to punch JHI even though he was down bothered me especially after all that talk about control. He was mad and rightfully so but it seemed out of character.

Seems like we will be getting the full story about Alt Earth soon.  I suspect there is more to it than Supes just turning evil and going all World Domination!

  21. Again love Tyler and Elizabeth as Lois and Clark. Also love the relationship between Jon and Jor. I really hope the show does not trash it by going overboard on the angst.  Speculation but I foresee Jon having more issues than what was shown tonight. His outburst in this episode aside, he just seemed to he handling all these changes and and the effects a smidge too well.

Sarah needs to dump the boyfriend like yesterday. The beating and behavior toward Jon over a kiss done by his brother shows he has serious issues. Her father is a jerk and she gets involved with a jerk.

This episode made me feel there is something off about Lana.

I was practically cheering go Lois when she walked in and out of the Daily Planet.

Clark....they are really showing that despite being Superman he is as flawed as anyone. He should take Jon to the fortress to see Krytpon's history at least.  Though Jon would be lucky to never meet Hologramps.

Captain Luther-while I can appreciate them taking  a different approach to a Luthor hatred of Kryptonians I fear this guy's behavior will just get more illogical with him steadfastly believing he is right.  It is like he knows and understands this is a different world/different people but at the same time he doesn't. A villain was needed but I am not sure I will like this part of the story.

  22. 9 hours ago, Jenniferbug said:

I figured it had something to do with touching the pod/crystal, and that activating something in his DNA. I don't remember seeing Jonathan touch either, correct? But then Jonathan did seem to be a bit powered up already, so maybe not. I don't think they're going to go with one twin having powers and the other not for long.

Also the constant dressing of the twins in white vs black was a bit much after the first scene or two. Yes show, I see one is the golden boy and the other is troubled and more likely to turn "bad".

The barn incident where Jordan showed invulnerability happened before he touched the ship and got the crystal. It appears his powers are gradually coming in like puberty.

However, I wonder if some of his issues are really caused due to his kryptonian DNA. His behavior reminded me of someone who was being overstimulated. It is possible he got some heigtened senses just not to Clark's level because of being half human.

Frankly, I am surprised Lois and Clark dismissed him repeatedly as having powers because of his issues and he didnt have it easy as Jon.  There are downsides to Clark's powers especially if uncontrolled. Being that he was also half human they should have considered it would be different.  They only mentioned testing Jon at the fortress and their repeat certainty Jordan didn't have powers makes me think they didnt bother test him. Both should have been tested just in case so they could be prepared.

I really hope the show does not follow the usual tropes and do good son/bad son. Or make the shy introvert loner kid go bad.

I really liked the premiere. Elizabeth and Tyler have great chemistry. The relationship between the twins seems natural. Solid premiere

  23. I am confused.  If Maze does not have a soul then why does she have all of those emotions? Maybe it is because I liken not having a soul to the vampires in Angel and Buffy. Angel became a sadistic pyschopath without his soul.

I am done with Maze. Amendial rightfully pointed out that Lucifer had no idea she was mad. I was not bothered by Lucifer's just a demon comment because he was clearly distracted. He imo showed that he truly just does not consider  Maze to be just a demon by not arbitrarily taking her back to hell with him at the end of last season.

I wonder if the final smackdown he gave Maze opened her eyes as she stopped groaning in pain and her expression changed before they cut back to the brothers fight.  He clearly had been going easy on her in the past and his laying her down like that should have been an eye opener.

God being Dennis Haysbert in a Dad type sweater makes me predisposed to like him.  I wonder if he got wise to Michael's manipulations and start to make plans of his own.  It would explain why he sprung Amenadiel from hell and suddenly claimed it no longer needs a keeper.

I am so looking forward to the other characters meeting God.

  24. I admittedly enjoyed the episode more than I thought I would.  Mia needs to pull back her  hair as I think if anyone happens upon her in the suit and see the blonde tendrils they will no longer be asking if William is taking up his father's mantle.  She has a good cover where people would probably not think the pretty aimless socialite daughter has followed in her father's footsteps.

One pet peeve of mine is having these small women take down men who are 3 times their size with no struggle.   Even with the memories Mia should have had a difficult time fighting the bad guys especially the stocky one. She has not spent her life training and is not athletic looking.

Mia's life seemed to perfect based on the previews, so I was expecting things to not be as they seem when the episode aired.  I thought JJ was going to be undercover shady so him being a decent guy who clearly loves Mia was a surprise. Though I saw no romantic chemistry between them at all.

She however still had chemistry with this version of Connor who apparently got the short end of the stick in this universe by being made into a class A jerk.  I wonder will Connor get his other memories back-will Mia force them on him in order to save  him from himself?  It is clear she felt something based on her memories judging from how she looked at him after she got up. I do not like love triangles of any kind and am hoping the show avoids one.

William is still awesome and I really hope he is around if the show does get picked up.  We did not get too much of Zoe too really assess her character and where was Sara Diggle?

Speaking of Sara, I started thinking about who would know about the other life and why would someone want JJ to remember his evil alt  self. That led me to wondering if Sara was the mysterious she Trevor mentioned. That would be a dirty thing to do to Dig though; 2 evil children.  The memories should not erase good JJ but that look on his face at the end has me concerned.

  25. Well I figured I should be wary of Link/Amelia considering the track  record of Grey's lately, but I still got invested. Now to find out the kid is most likely Owen's. I do not have a lot of nice words for this "twist".

The Bailey-Ben baby not making it is no surprise. Two pregnancies; only one normally makes it and since Bailey was high risk the writing was on the wall.  The show letting Bailey have her kid and possibly dealing with developmental disabilities would have created long term stories.
