What is going on with these crazy cuts?? Dayton and now Tara....I think there must be some other reason because Vk is still there. If I were Shellyb I would quit. The cowboys make beaucoup bucks and having two more DCC’s would cost a spit in the ocean for the Cowboys.

Kelli exaggerates when she insists the DCC must be interview savvy on every current event. I have been to their personal appearances (my husbands company is a super bowl sponsor so the DCC come to work parties ) they take pictures with employees and are not interviewed. I can guarantee you no one expects them to a rocket scientist but I know several people comment on the uniform and how tiny it is. the pictures are available for purchase . I talked with Jessica and she was so sweet. Taylor t Dayton and Marlena would have done just fine i still don’t get how Shelly b still works for DCC after how mean they treated Dayton

Unless Shellyb has to keep silent to keep her job, she doesn’t explain anything about the cut. Dayton wasn’t the worst tcc so it wasn’t her time yet Kelli cut her at a time when Shelly wasn’t there. Is Kelli really that cruel that she would not give info to Shellyb? Doesn’t Shelly work at the practice and would she know the strugglers and top people? Dayton is beautiful and a great dancer And a legacy. Why was she cut?

I don’t think we have the truth regarding Dayton’s cut. So fishy Shellyb was not there and she won’t say why. Dayton was so much better than Vk and although I think Marlena would make a great DCC she was having trouble

Dayton was robbed. Since Shelli works at DCC how could Kelli cut Dayton? I don’t get why Kelli cut her. We really did not get to see all TCC’s and I bet all of them made dance mistakes. Traffic in Dallas is horrible and being late happens. If I were Shelli I don’t know how I could continue to work at DCC.

Cgloss Thanks for the correction. I wonder what RCl policies are regarding weight. I would Never let my daughter try out because it seems like the women must have to starve themselves to maintain an impossible weight. I would still be a fan even if they gained 10 pounds. Even Vk had a problem with weight. The shorts are really too small and remind me of a diaper. . .

I wish the DCC would lighten up with weight issues and let the women put on some more weight Some of the cheerleaders looked almost anorexic on the Bimini shoot I think they send a bad message to young women in order to be successful you have to be almost anorexic I don’t think Simone looked terrible for having gained 14 pounds maybe a little toning but she should’ve still been on the squad

Dayton is a beautiful and Great dancer. I don’t get how she got cut considering Shelly works for DCC. Charlotte has her job because she’s the daughter of Jerry Jones. I don’t think I could be as gracious as Shellyb has been if I were in her shoes. i don’t understand how what Erica did was really all that terrible. So she didn’t want to sit in a locker room and sat in the stands. To me that is not anything that warrants firing. While I am complaining I also think that gaining a few lbs is ok change the uniform so the DCC can weigh more attainable weights and not encourage eating disorders
