I haven't posted during the last few episodes because all the fake drama is ridiculous. It's like they find some of the most inane and impervious people on the planet to put on this show now. Each season just gets more incredible. I seriously hate stupid people, and, this show is all about bombarding the audience with repeated and relentless stupidity. My vent.

This fact is worth repeating.

What is up with all these women wanting the new man to be their kids' father figure? It's hard to believe that this isn't some producer's idea, like everyone becoming a hot model used to be.

I'm not as hard on Jesse as a lot of people are. Darcy's so insecure that she's been painful for me to watch. I doubt I'd know how to resolve that either. I think Melissa is "speed dating" around town. She just got behind schedule.

I'm surprised at how much better Darcy looks this season. Her makeover did a lot of good. Now, she needs an attitude adjustment . . .

Get the paperwork in order, permission from a judge, then, take the papers to the adoul who collects the mahr, explains the nikah contract, then, registers the marriage with the state. Bam! They're married. It ain't that hard. She didn't do her homework and he straight up lied to her about what was involved.

Morocco is Muslim, but, it is also pretty liberal. Beauty shops and spas abound and many women don't cover their hair and dress in western style. I don't cover my hair except at prayer and love getting the full treatment at spas around the country, when I'm there. That sounds more like the Gulf than North Africa where the colonist past left a heavy western influence. Morocco is a popular European playground, too. You can find pork dishes and drink alcohol, if you want. However, women in hijab often wear makeup in public. Frequency depends on location, but, wearing makeup with hijab is not uncommon at all.

Yea, weddings go on for at least 3 days and they change dresses a lot.

My Moroccan husband is flabbergasted and I don't know what to say. Azan has been conning Nicole all this time; that was plain to see. But, that she is unable to see, after all this time, what is so obvious to everyone is rather shocking, in my experience. Maybe after she's seen the entire show, she will finally get it.

Just tell her you don't want to marry her, Azan!

Beauty shops are everywhere in Morocco. I couldn't believe it when they said they wanted to open a beauty shop because there weren't any close by. I own a home in Agadir and when I go there, the first thing I do is check myself into a spa for the works because you can get a world class result for so much less than in the states or in most of Europe. Agadir is not lacking in beauty shops.

Multiple wives are rare in Morocco. Besides, Islam endorses the practice only as a type of welfare and protection for widows, not a right for men. The forgotten (and inconvenient) caveat to the practice is the Quran actually advises against it, because no man can be fair. Azan is looking for foreign women because he can't afford a proper Moroccan wife. Those things are heavy! She's just not used to them yet. I fail to understand why women want breasts that big so much that they pay to get them. I had big boobs and paid to have them reduced. Best thing I ever did for myself.
