If I remember correctly, there was a video circulating of a show group performance at the end of VK's second year, and people on this forum were noticing that it looked like she had put on weight. Immediately after that, VK was no longer in the recurring show group performances and they brought in Mckenzie (who was a rookie at the time) instead, and we never saw VK in the performances for the rest of that season. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It's all speculation. We don't know if that's why she was pulled, or if she even was pulled in the first place (maybe she wasn't available for the other performances).

Yeah, it seems like it was a black and silver dress code, sort of Great Gatsby vibes based on what I saw all the other cheerleaders wearing.

Why is Marissa the only one wearing pink? Did she not get the memo?! 😳 I'm uncomfy.

Do we know if Lisa and/or Daphne plan to re-audition? I saw Lisa respond to comments on a post in January that she plans to re-audition, but then it sounds like she injured herself again a couple weeks later and had a little road bump in her recovery. I haven't really seen any comments from Daphne so I didn't know.

Y'all, what is going on? First, they posted that video from alumni that made it seem like Gina was THE point. And now they are acknowledging Rachel as point, too? 😂 (They did another video just like this showcasing Gina as point, as well.)

YES! Omg I thought the same thing. Did Kelli say those same words to Victoria in whatever conversation they may have had that led Victoria to step away this year? So here we are roasting VK'S wording in her IG post when it might've been Kelli's wording 😂 Yes, totally! I also went back and looked at VK's post the other day and noticed that she has been commenting back to many people saying "I'm doing SO much better! I can't wait to try out again in the spring!" And these were recent comments, like in the last few weeks.

For real though, why is her face so puffy? It looked really puffy in the Today Show clip, too.

Absolutely agree with you. In her solo, Elli dances really sharp and hits every single thing as hard as possible, which is great when performed with a group as a whole, especially on a football field where they need to project. But when performed as a solo, it doesn't translate the same. It looks a little chaotic. Whereas Maddie has texture in her dancing- like you said, fluid, and then sharp moments as well.

I believe they put all of show group as the front 16 (18 now?) of the pyramid. That way when they have show group performances, no one has to remember different ripples, groups, counts, etc. for Thunder. This would explain why Taylor, Erin, Kristin, etc. are further back than you'd expect from their tenure.

It made me so mad when they mentioned her being pale, because let's say she got a spray tan the night before Day 1 of training camp. Her spray tan is going to wash off within a couple days, and the fact that they're dancing and sweating so much means it'll wash off quicker than normal. Since they were in the bubble, they couldn't leave to get regular spray tans every few days, and I highly doubt TPTB brought in a mobile spray-tanner just to touch up the girls in the bubble. Unlike some of the other girls, Hannah didn't have a base tan because she's a natural red head and of course has fair skin. Now, how did everyone keep up their tans? I'm sure people brought in self-tanning options for touchups, and why Hannah didn't--I'm not sure, there could be many reasons. But seriously, this excuse was perhaps the easiest appearance fix they could ever be dealing with. Excuse my passion around spray tanning--avid spray tanner over here so I have many thoughts. 😂

I think her sister is getting married this weekend so I'm sure she's going home, or wherever the wedding's taking place. It's possible they have a couple extra days off from Training Camp for the holiday weekend, too.

Regarding Vicky, I'm still perplexed by Judy's comment on her post "Just take a deep breath and relax" (or something to that effect). That seems somewhat insensitive to say to someone who is struggling with depression or anxiety, does it not? I don't take the Jude-ster as someone who would be kind of insensitive/whatever you want to call it, though I could be wrong. I'm just so curious about VK's exit!

Assuming this will be the case for all NFL cheerleading teams, I wonder what this means for teams that have already held auditions and formed their team. I would have to imagine other cheerleaders will quit, but most teams don't have TCCs they can pull from.

I would want my fellow teammates to be vaccinated considering you spend at least 5 days a week with them. Purely my personal opinion, though. I realize this could open up a whole big can of worms 😳 Please don't tear me to shreds 😂

I'm sorry if this has already been discussed, but do we know why Mandy is no longer the head coach of the Raiderettes? Just curious if she stepped down on her own or if there was any drama around that.

Could the surprise announcement be Lexie? She looked alarmingly soft (by DCC standards) in the videos that were posted a couple weeks ago where the cheerleaders were dancing up on a stage. I wonder if TPTB had a talk with her or if she maybe decided herself to last minute retire (kind of like Mandy did before auditioning for her second season). And/or could she potentially be pregnant? 🤔
