    S39 Spoilers & Speculation

There’s one way to get a lot of winners back who might not otherwise be tempted: increase first prize. $5million would tempt a lot who have said never again.
  3. He actually insists pretty vocally that he isn’t a journalist. His is an entertainment show. The fact that it is both entertaining and informative is a huge plus.

    S15.E22: Head Over High Heels

Okay. Glad Owen saw a shrink, but wow, that was a real quick breakthrough. HAOG really effed up and lashed out at glasses. Wish I was invested in where things go between them, but I just hope they wrap this story line up quickly and Nico heads to SF soon So Mer has officially told the kids about her and DeLuca. And Alex found out about Jo’s drinking... they could seriously use some couples therapy before they implode But it was the Koricick and Amelia conversation that I hated the most as she kept trying to convince him that Owen and Teddy were inevitable. Also that her relationship with Linc was easy and uncomplicated and she wasn’t just using him because Owen would always prefer Teddy.

    TAR31: Spoilers (With Elimination Info)

Having just scene the first episode, it is interesting how well folks did in episode one corresponds to their boot position. I don’t hate Rupert, but he really has to go out next.

Tyne Daly’s brother Tim Daly was a regular on Private Practice. He played Dr Peter Wilder.

S17.E05: High Fashion to High Street

I would have been fine if they decided to get rid of the entire bottom three. Regarding the three who were eating while the models were there... weren’t two of them at the bottom? Hmmm. And so over mean girl Tessa... criticizing Seb like she’s the mentor and saying Kovid had to go.... he did, but it wasn’t her place to say so. Eta. Did anyone notice that the shiny fabric in the outfit Hester was wearing was the fabric from the first or second challenge she couldn’t figure out how to work with and discarded?

    S15.E21: Good Shepherd

I also got the impression they were doubting the tumour and suggesting she made it up for attention.... especially when faux Owen was revealed. Poor Amelia to grow up in that family.

    S15.E21: Good Shepherd

Re: Amy Acker... I thought the same thing. She's great and this is all she was brought in for? (I guess it was like Eric Roberts as Jackson's dad... I was sure he'd be in multiple episodes). And yes, Owen is annoying... and having him for those two minutes underscored how much better Linc is. She doesn't even live with Owen for goodness sake. How was she supposed to know where his kid's toy was... although she did which, so she's still the better parent even if she isn't around. I am looking forward to Owen's head explode when he realizes both his first choice (Amelia) and fall back plan (Teddy) are both in solid relationships. 🙂

    S15.E21: Good Shepherd

I liked this ep and I like Amelia and Linc as a couple. Nice to see her and her mom work some things out although her sisters are both pills.

    Masterchef Junior (US)

I did like how Evie said she wouldn't deliberately sabotage anyone with the pairings... which, I think, helped everyone end up with a good product... poo emoji notwithstanding. And wasn't it Aaron who tried to hint to them during the challenge about how the icing looked?
  14. Or just a few very vocal people who object multiple times. I followed the link. Looks like most of the books being challenged were LGBTQ related.

    Season 15: Speculation and Spoilers

Ooooh, maybe they can have an ALL retreads season? Why stop at just the Bachelor or Bachelorette. All the contestants can be from previous seasons... kind of like Bachelor in Paradise only with travel.

    S17.E04: Survive in Style

I really thought Renee was in the bottom too. Her look was far too literal... seriously, hanging a coffee mug off it? In previous seasons she'd have been reamed out for that. Felt bad for Afa. Thought the foil dress should have gone home.

    S15.E20: The Whole Package

I wonder if Jo is now going to suffer from a problem with alcohol? Also liked that Alex asked Linc for help. It's the mature thing to do. Also laughed at Bailey realizing that Alex did some things better than she did as chief. Hated Owen's sister throwing him at Teddy, but the confrontation at the end was pretty great when she told him he clearly has a lot of crap to sort out and needs therapy. The thing with Bailey and the students was mildly amusing but also a cheap way to get laughs.

    S15.E19: Silent All These Years

I think Jo saw herself swanning into her mother's life... the mother who would be racked with guilt over what she did, someone who was still poor and downtrodden who has spent decades castigating herself for her horrible deed, and immediately who beg forgiveness from the daughter she's never stopped longing for. And Jo would look down at her and tell her her about how she suffered but she's overcome her crappy start and graciously forgiving her grateful mother and then swan back to Seattle ready to be a better mother to her and Alex's prospective progeny. And then she realized that all her preconceived notions were wrong. Her mother wasn't some careless or slutty teen who got knocked up. She'd been hating the wrong person for years. She so quickly switched to asking about her father... wonder if she built him up in her head? Maybe even thought her mother had deliberately kept them apart? Adopted kids have lots of fantasies about why they were given away...

    S15.E19: Silent All These Years

It would have made more sense if she'd been adopted, the couple split up and a step-parent was abusive and she ended up in the foster care system.

    S15.E18: Add It Up

Why was Jackson working in the ER and meeting the incoming traumas? Isn’t he plastics?

    S15.E18: Add It Up

Yes, the whole "research" aspect of the show is ludicrous. Not just Maggie's research, but Meredith working on that idea that "came to her in a dream". Researchers spend years making these things happen. She's just making some notes and I have no doubt she'll have a working prototype by the end of the season. I think that Koricick *may* have gotten through Owen's thick head, just a little, when he confronted him about trying to get between him and Teddy. "You've chosen Amelia over her multiple times. I love her and she's my number 1." As for DeLuca and Karev... I was so mad at Karev. He threw DeLuca into the mix (some kind of altruistic gesture because he's dating Meredith?!?!?!) and then didn't like it when he go emotional and then when he fixed everything, still banned him from the surgery. Just because you are worried about Jo, don't be a dick, Karev. And speaking of Jo, her face was in the shadows, but she looked bad... bruised? Something went horribly wrong with the visit.
