  1. Have they stated or established that she has bipolar disorder that I missed? I never assumed that. She seemed more to me like she had severe anxiety. They have never shown her in manic episodes. And Lawrence is always making her lie down for example, not her refusing to get up out of bed during depressive episodes? Enjoyed her time outdoors, so I don’t think she has agoraphobia or social anxiety (although she is socially awkward). I think she’s traumatized and it’s exacerbated her underlying anxiety disorder. I do not think she has bipolar disorder. Thoughts?
  2. So we are to assume that Serena and Fred has sex? Or just had intimacy with cuddling and kissing? What are we supposed to be believing at this point?
  3. You’ve mentioned this Keller person several times. Who am I missing? I don’t remember a Keller?
  4. They pretty clearly address the “did Serena set Fred up” question in the Inside the Episode, if anyone is curious. I won’t spell it out, as it’d be considered a spoiler.
  5. Ok so why all of a sudden June decides to slink to the floor and act like she’s scared and frozen... Get your ass up, wash the blood off, and go back to Lawrence. This isn’t your first trauma. They write this BS shit just to create unnecessary drama. And that last scene with Lawrence? Why does he think they’re coming for them? Did someone see them at Jezebels? Is he referring to him trying to get past a checkpoint with his wife and being refused? Why is he so scared? And I 100% think Serena traded Fred for her freedom. Not for Nichole. I think she hopes to see Nichole having proved that she did something “good” but I don’t think she’s aiming at getting custody back. But maybe.
  6. Need a murder cleaned up? Call Jezebel’s Houskeeping 1-800-Blood-Removers
  7. So what’s the consensus- Why do we think the next episode is called “Liar”...? Whos the liar? Serena? Joseph? The Martha’s?
  8. I do think they get out with Lawrence and his wife. I base this only on a post earlier that stated the description for e12 is something like “Canada struggles to adjust to its new refugees...” or the like. Has anyone watched the e11 preview? God I hope that doesn’t result in a kidnapping of Nichole...
  9. Woah. Im heartbroken already. And of all the people that are strong, it’s June to say “Yes, we do.” Shit. This is twisted.
  10. Anyone have a link to the Israel trailer for e10? I think Lawrence being forced to do the ceremony might be the tipping point for him to be fully on the side of resistance... at the cost of his wife’s sanity and despair. I cant imagine that they’ll have Fred/Serena IN the bedroom though?? Maybe outside the door? And what reasoning are they giving Lawrence? “We don’t think you’re actually raping your handmaid proper so we’re gonna watch and make sure?” ???

  12. To those wondering whether Serena is actually barren or not – Yvonne posted this today on Instagram. I know it’s no guarantee but I definitely took notice of the caption.
  13. A place to share our theories and discuss what direction season 3 might go. What do you think is going to happen? Base it on news articles, wishes, or hunches! Leave the true spoilers to the spoiler thread. Use this thread as an alternative to de-railing other threads with wishful thinking and plausible thoughts.
  14. Tidbits about what’s to come -and who stays on the show- in season 3. Questins answered by show exec
  15. Just a thought- how is Emily expected to feed this newborn?
  16. This has been discussed on other threads as well, but it has been established that a woman is only made a handmaid if she has been proven fruitful: given birth. Every handmaid has has a child previously, proving they are fertile. Eden has not, so this is why Gildead would not make her a handmaid.
  17. Rewatching the episode and the part where he talks about losing a child is like losing a limb... he seems off in space, lost for a second. I think he may have lost a child? Perhaps even if its a grown child that is in Canada, was executed for being gay or breaking some other Gilead law, or didn’t agree with his work and disowned him. Maybe this evoked a change in him? Just a thought. He seemed lost in his thoughts for a second. (These are total speculations and not based on any spoiler.)
  18. I could be wrong but it looked like the commander took HIS ring off and set it on the bedside table??
  19. Yes! I stand by the complexity of the character and the skill of the actress. Her tendency to be all over the map is one of the things I like. People are messy and complicated. It’s a reprieve from the close up shots of Elisabeth’s facial pores and sweat glands ??‍♀️
  20. So I just watched next weeks preview.... like 4 times. So much happens so fast that I cannot make out what is happening!!!??
  21. 1- I never thought nick was shot. That shot went into the ground. Doesn’t surprise me that he’s fine I bet it’s him that went back for her after things got sorted out 2- The Serena-June relationship is giving me whiplash. Seriously. 3- IMO Holly should have had more olive skin and black hair. As a nurse I see all the time how strong those dark hair/skin genes are. She’s very fair. I wanted a baby that was obviously and blatantly Nicks... 4- Notice at the end that Nick was still wearing his ring? And he walked away from June? Is he just sad or is it more than that? 5- Commander Lawrence is so interesting!! I can’t figure him out. Apparently neither could Emily (gulps the wine)...
  22. Yessss I immediately noticed how he seemed turned on. So gross. Omg I snorted out loud. She has no idea what she is saying!
  23. Moira escaped before ever going to her first posting is my understanding. She never made it past the Red Center.
  24. I’m sure that you’re kidding because you seem well versed in the story and are making a joke. But in case not, the first offense for reading in Gilead is losing a finger. The second is the whole hand.
