I think it comes down to the makeovers. If a supposed “less attractive” girl doesn’t become substantially more attractive following Kelli’s magic; I find they do have to work harder so that their good dance balances out the bad makeover. Lets be real though, has any girl who has had a bad makeover, ever ended up making the team? I honestly don’t know so guidance would be helpful.

Because Holly had zero fucks to give. Also, I don’t think Mandy quit to keep from being shown in a bad light. I think she quit because Kelli and Judy came at her for weight when just a few weeks prior she had been in Bimini for the calendar shoot. Perhaps she thought she could have been advised about her weight then instead of waiting until right before auditions were due to start.

Rumor on the street was that Kalyssa had been spoken to regarding the state of her Instagram a few times. It was also mentioned that "she keep her clothes on or put some clothes on" a few too many times and she was cut from the team when she didn't change. Yet, I have no idea how accurate this is. I could believe it though.

I don’t know. I feel slightly embarrassed for all of the vets. These solos are not pleasant.

I thought her routine was a bit wild - like she wasn't controlling her movements well. But what do I know. OMG, Gaebri. I forgot all about her.; cannot wait to see what she does. She will crush it. Add her to my list; Madeline, Brennan and Gaebri.

I just saw Madeline Molloy's clip and she looks good! I hope she makes it back to TC along with Brennan. They are my 2!

Christina’s clip was not...very good... I felt like the costume was awkward looking for the dance she was doing and the dancing itself a bit awkward. I can’t exactly put my finger on it but I didn’t think it was great.

I agree. I knew the timeline had been skewed and I thoroughly got a kick out of seeing the calendar shoot. This was back before social media was a real big thing and we never got coverage beyond the pictures posted to the old DCC website of the shoot. It was also a nice change up to the regular old season. Nothing will ever beat my "Holy shit, they look like hookers!" exclamation upon seeing whoever it was in those black bikinis and thigh high black patent pleather boots.

Everyone knows I’m not a Victoria fan. But let’s get real for a second. She probably did well in prelims as she can keep a beat and made it fairly into semis. She probably even made it fairly into semis just based off what I have seen on Instagram and comparing to other Instagram posts at dance classes. I think she will probably do a gorgeous lyrical solo and earn her way into camp. That said, I think Training Camp is where she will have issues. She still lacks in power and projection. She doesn’t have that DCC oomph to her dancing. Put her next to Kashara or Amy L. and she would look awkward. All being fair, I think Victoria will get through auditions on her own merit but she may make the team because of her mom.

I just want to say this...first, We know that the Cowboys Organization knows about us (shout out to @ShellyB) and we all know girls read this board. This is to them not other posters. I want these girls to remember that we are just people behind a monitor and a keyboard. We are nobody’s in this grand scheme except fans of this show because we can’t do what y’all are doing. I would never, ever try out for the DCC. For one, I can’t dance and two, there’s no way I’d put that iconic uniform on this body. Hearing critiques and reading nonsense posted here is nothing but nonsense itself. These are opinions that don’t matter and should not in any way be taken seriously. The majority of us, myself included, have never danced before and I couldn’t tell you what “shit you should or shouldn’t be doing”. But at the same time, if you’re going to live in a social media age and put literally everything out there about your “journey to the boots”, you’re opening yourselves up to the judgement. You’re going to be judged at some point by Kelli and Co and you’ll also be judged by the American public because you signed up for a reality tv show. I just think it would do everyone good to remember that this is just a message board and our opinions do not in any way influence Kelli or Charlotte. We are still nobodys in the big picture.
