It proves my theory somewhat that she answered "I don't know" started to stutter and improvised a disjointed, meaningless word salad.

    So now she doesn't want to be "responsible for 10 years" but hey, you sign up for a K1 visa, that is the price of making a mistake and hopefully makes other people think twice before they import vacation fucbois that tell you all the sweet nothings you long to hear. Jay's  I'd recommend that she pick her next cheater from the ranks of Americans for a less expensive experience, but maybe being cheated on and financially exploited makes the scenario even more appealing. 

    One guest I would have liked to have seen on the video chat is the woman he was trying to invite over at Trashley's when she was out bar tending. He probably would have been too dumb to remove the big "Mr & Mrs" sign above the bed, LOL.

    If Trashley doesn’t adjust his status from a K1 visa then he can’t get a green card and she’s not responsible. I think she is hanging that over his head. Surpringly she still holds the balance of power.

    This happened to me years ago when my dad remarried, because I was under 16 I was forced to go. To add insult to injury my dad and his bride bought me an outfit to wear for the wedding and then took it out of my mums child support. My heart breaks for Jennica.

    I agree. Plenty of us have had modest, no frills weddings. But seriously, have any of us participated in such sad, drab, joyless affairs? I can certainly see saying, even to a good friend or relative, "no fucking way am I going to take a day out of my life to attend your PRETEND wedding. I will cheerfully go to the real one, with bells on. But if you think I'm going to swelter in some park all day for this sham, well, uh, no". 

    I think you are right, but I think Coltees was real, if only because he’s too cheap for two.

    My daughter has a rare chromosomal disorder and is significantly disabled as a result.  At conferences, however, I have met children with this disorder who pass as typical, and no one would ever suspect anything was out of the ordinary.  This is what colors my view of disability in general.  I don't know if the same is true of Klinefelter, but it's a thought.

    ETA Debbie's remark (which I think she's made more than once), that she "never thought Colt would get married" might be more evidence of KS.

    ETA:  A singleton liveborn infant with a birth defect  11.5 times more likely to be delivered very preterm before 32 weeks
