Yep, but a bit of a caveat: Be careful while looking, a lot of times the discs can be scratched badly and sometimes can show signs of disc rot (meaning white residue on discs (sometimes it's dust, but if there's a ton of it there - then most likely the disc is no good)), and some have pitting on them... any ones like that are no good either. And then there are empty cases, ran into some myself. Goodwill and other thrift stores try to get away with doing it too, as in selling said empty cases.
