  1. Yea that's pretty much me as well. Gave it a bit of a chance and wasn't a fan of it.
  2. Loved this episode. So very clever. I got a kick out of Milhouse as a bundle of paper. XD Also liked Cthulhu. And that Geriatric Park skit is one my new favorites. :D
  3. Yep. But at least the bones of it are still there. That's something. Appreciating the fact that the actors are taking the time to play the characters again and are trying their best. I don't either (but Stephen Colbert... that's my weak spot sometimes, he cracks me up). Same here to a point. Exactly. Definitely (and I'm a fan of it, and now of the Conners). But at least the actors from that show as well are doing their best. It's something I can respect and it's what keeps me watching both shows. Can't stand Last Man Standing. It just feels off putting to me some how. And I'm a fan of Home Improvement. I have a soft spot for Tim and Al :p, along with Wilson Wilson.
  4. Maybe that's the case. But there are people who enjoy it for what it is. It shouldn't be a bad thing. *shrug* If you want to watch the other shows, then they're there. But there's room for everyone.
  5. I did too. Had no real issue from her overall. Word. As for Diana, I think she's meant to be that kind of person. I hope we don't either. Definitely. Same here. They do a great job with filling that out.
  6. Love this ep so far. Everyone is doing well and Jim is kicking butt! :)
  7. I'd say that was due to CC's writing getting weaker in parts. They didn't know what to do with their kid. Honestly hated them broken up. That didn't help things any. Made it unwatchable. I don't mind a good MOTW or mytharc, as long as it doesn't throw fans under the bus. That was very off putting in s10 and 11. CC wanted fans to like his scary stories over M and S. And that kind of thing (in my opinion) blinded him. I remember when he could write (at least half way decently), and I missed that.
  8. Well he went through some stuff lately. Broke a rib. Could explain some of it. Source: https://people.com/tv/john-goodman-struggled-after-roseanne-cancellation/
  9. I remember that one. Hated when they did that in Frasier... and Mel got on my nerves. Hated her. Another one... Diana Fowley on the X Files. Kind of a triangle/road block, all thanks to Chris Carter. I hated the bs that the show pulled just to make sure M and S wouldn't be together.
  10. Same here. I liked it. The interaction between everyone was really good. And Darlene, Becky and DJ were on point tonight XD.
  11. My mom came up with one while listening to Moves Like Jagger by Maroon 5: instead of this: I've got the moves like Jagger she sang this: If I could move Mick Jagger XD
  12. For you. And that's the thing. Not every viewer holds shows by the same standards (I laughed a lot during it, for what it's worth (and using another show for an example, Plus One from the X Files a lot of fans liked, but I didn't like it, thought it was terrible, so it's just a matter of difference in terms of what people like)). Fair enough.
  13. I laughed so hard every time that Frank got zapped by the new guy's app that helped guys to stop thinking any bad thoughts on Murphy Brown. It was too funny. XD
  14. Word. I love that episode! I remember seeing that episode again, during Encore's anniversary marathon. Turns out that's Charles Kimbrough's favorite episode! :)
  15. Fair enough. Could be. I'm liking it for what it is, and not what the original show was. There's far worse going on in the world at this point.
  16. Oh I agree with you on that. I like Negan... but a little bit goes a long way.
  17. I didn't mind it. Not every show has to be laughs all the time. I think given the subject matter, there's nothing wrong with it being more serious. I don't think it being uber funny would have worked there in my opinion. The Bed, Bath, Beyond joke was Murphy trying to put up a wall when something was wrong. Found nothing wrong with it.
  18. Yep. But at least it's finding its footing. That's what matters. And Frank getting zapped over and over lol. Word. She took back her power. Yea I loved seeing Jim again. He finally found Casual Friday :D ;). Love those orange pants. Maybe. So did I. They handled it with dignity and class.
  19. Liked tonight's episode. The show is starting to pick up steam.
  20. Saw this one originally on another forum I'm on and now every time I hear it, I get that song by Sting and the Police stuck in my head! XD And another random one:
  21. I haven't seen any promos out for it yet. Only came across this: So it sounds as if this is the episode airing tonight. But yet I found this... So maybe either they flipped episodes, moving Jim's to this week... or they did the opposite. But if I remember correctly... wasn't the #me too ep supposed to be this week originally?
  22. Yea I like good ones. Like in Bones or even in Perry Mason. The latter was pretty fun to watch. To see Perry and Della end up together. Even though the actors played it 50/50, so neither the people who didn't want the romance and those who did would be upset. It was nice and even handed :).
  23. Been catching up on the newer episodes of Double Dare lately. The new host is pretty good and it's nice to see Marc Summers be a part of it :).
