I went to school with Russell Heine, nickname Rusty.

The personal assistant takes orders from her, just like everyone else she bosses around. And does she ever say the word "please"?

I always wonder what the hotel personnel think when they see someone this size coming through the doors.

Can hardly wait to get Dr Now's take on their previous encounter & what he thinks her chances are this time LOL . I love how she manages her team around. She's the BOSS.

I've got a BIG problem with folks of this size driving, but we've seen it over & over. No one else has a license. Unfit to drive!! OMG she's directing her men helpers on what did to buy.

Oh this one's a real doozy & has "the system" all figured out. Scooter, personal care assistant/cook. Gets dressed will full makeup & wig only to go back into bed for her first meal, which could easily feed a family of 6. Formerly incarcerated chubby chaser BF.

Only reason I watch at this point is to see if Tina & her husband have the balls to send Meghan & John on their way.

In the early days of M600PL Dr Now performed mostly gastric bypasses on these supersized folks, which delivers a better long term result, but now does mostly gastric sleeves. I wonder why? Geno didn't seem to have serious health issues that made him unusually risky.

Almost 3/4 way in & they haven't made it to Houston yet, much less even qualified for surgery. Geez where is this leading?

Did he just take up 2 parking spots & half the street too? WTF

The producers set them up for one-time outside the box stuff like hula hoops in the park, being strapped up in bungee swings, water park slide, boxing, getting yelled at in some tortuous indoor boot camp (Tina walks out), personal trainer (Ashley walks out) & I'm sure I'm forgetting a few. It's strictly for the viewer's amusement. I just don't get why anyone with kids especially would do this stuff. Looks like more of the same tonight.

Actually I don't think Meghan & John live with Tina for financial reasons. Look at the clothes & accessories she wears. She's a hoarder. Tina's husband says she keeps on promising to clean out but packages arrive for Meghan daily. She likely gets disability, John apparently works. They are immature & lazy & that's why they're dependent on Tina. It's just easier being taken care of.

What a beast. The bad wig, the unusual front facing leg tats, the nose ring, blue eye shadow - and she looks to be 47 at least. Looks like one of those chicks who writes to prisoners. But forget all that.....how cruel to subject Aaron to the pain, discomfort & possibility of fungal infections due to his large hanging skin pooch just because she doesn't want to face Dr Now telling her she's fat.

She not only ate through the sleeve surgery, she gained even more weight. I'm sure she'll have immediate success after the gastric bypass (assuming she can get that 30 lbs off to qualify for it) but you can eat through that too if you let it happen. I hope Tina gets the surgery & some therapy so she'll stand up to her kids more (that includes Meghan & John).

Meghan behaves like a child so that's how people in authority in her life like Dr Proctor & Tina treat her like one. As the weight flies of Vanessa & hopefully Tina gets over her surgery fear & moves ahead, let's see how Meghan reacts when they become smaller & she's still struggling. Ashley is the wild card.

I don't know if Meghan & John living with Tina is due to finances or for the show. John works I think, she probably gets disability. Meghan is simply incapable of "adulting". She's a teenager, shopping online for clothes, makeup, jewelry. Tina is her mommy & chauffeur. I think my main reason for watching is to see if Meghan & John ever move out.

In the Too Large episodes where we first were introduced to Vannessa & Meghan, in response to Meghan's begging her to consider surgery,Vannessa proudly says she's beautiful & very happy with herself. This is the mom Jacob grew up with, so why would her sudden transformation in attitude change his mind? Ain't gonna happen. That said, she's still doing great.

Well I've got good news and bad news on that. Sadly, Amanda has already had a gastric bypass. But good news....I don't think Misty has had one yet! Or Britney! 😉. Although like a functional couple, seems that Britney has lost a few pounds along with her hubby. Nice to see. They already aired previews of Tammy's new BF & of her on phone saying she wants to come home, but OMG, really?? With him? Both super morbidly obese, both with trachs? Amy is a big hot mess. Badly diabetic & pregnant, her eating is out of control, she's really cruisin' for a bruisin'. As in diabetic coma. I honestly feel sorry for Michael but then again he married her when she was 400 lbs.....

Seriously, if it was me no amount of rent could possibly compensate me enough for the inconvenience & sheer torture of having Meghan & John living in my house. Tina treats them like children so that's how they act.

Oh boy here comes Jackie. Didn't Vanessa have 2 boys or am I imagining that?

Exactly what I was thinking. She was the first chick he ever dated. The only hope for him is if she does all her heavy eatin' during the day while she watching TV & while he's out working.
