Also it didn't go with her outfit. That color and type of eye shadow is not supposed to be worn with a blazer. That eye shadow is not meant to be worn in professional environments. Unless your professional environment is bartender at a dance club.

Sara has heard Kamala pronounced the correct way for a couple years now. Even if she reading off a teleprompter she should still be able to see the word and have her brain tell her mouth to say comma la not co mala. Before she ran for president I knew who Kamala was but hadn't really heard her name spoken very often so in my mind I thought co mala. But when she was on the View and said it's comma la I have never mispronounced it since. Sara do better.

Meghan isn't famous enough to warrant a tell all book written about her. But I could totally see a website or even a Twitter thread just devoted to Meghan McCain is awful stories.

First how does she not know this? Second has she not ever had a pregnant friend? Actually has she ever had a friend? Third has she not read any pregnancy books? Or even googled pregnancy? Fourth has she not talked to her OB/GYN about what to expect while pregnant? She just wants attention. Posting anything about pregnancy especially questions gets you tons of responses.

I liked the series better when they added the studio audience. My favorite seasons were 3-6. I think bringing Fonzie into the Cunningham family and featuring Ritchie and Fonzie's friendship changed the show and gave it heart. You cared about the characters. The early seasons had a different tone and while it had some funny moments I don't know if i would have called it a sitcom.

I love this board and our many discussions about all things SATC. I could talk (or type) about this show all day long. Until I came here I thought I was one of very few people who didn't like Carrie. I also thought more people didn't like Steve I enjoy hearing (reading) other people's perspectives.

Every guest they have had who speaks out against Trump Meghan accuses them of lying or having their own agenda. Maybe she is auditioning to be his next press secretary.

When you can't or won't take responsibility for something you blame someone else. That is what Meghan is doing. She knows who is too blame for most of what is happening right now but she is loathe to publicly say it. She is part of the problem. For someone who claims to be such a patriot I have yet to see any evidence to show me that she puts her country first.

The marriage was in trouble. I 100% believe if things had been good or even OK in their marriage Steve would not have cheated. However he did cheat and that was wrong. Yes perhaps Miranda should have tried to make more time for them to have time together but Steve was at fault and I don't think Miranda should have forgiven him easily. They both needed to work on repairing their marriage if it had any hope of surviving. Yes he was. Just as Carrie was an asshole for cheating on Aiden.

Candace's faith is all about division and separation. If you don't follow her faith then there is something wrong with you. I didn't watch the View when she was a co host (it was during my boycott because they had let Joy go) and am glad to hear she doesn't want to come back.

It is when it's what your tribe is known for. Meghan gets very uncomfortable when racism is discussed. She knows her party can do better but cant bring herself to even acknowledge it's a problem. It's all part of Meghan thinking the world revolves around her.

This is the same as political parties trying to appeal to voters who disagree with their policies. You end up alienating your base. I thought I read somewhere that Ainsley Hayes was based on Kristin Chenowith who Sorkin had been involved with and had different political views than him. Which is weird considering Chenowith ended up playing a character who's views were more in line with his.

It's Candace's hypocrisy that is annoying. She would totally tsk tsk someone else for posting a pic like that. Do we know if Sherri has evolved on the issue or is she making an exception for a friend?

Yes. Woodward didn't need to verify what Trump was saying. He only needed to report it. News organizations are constantly reporting things people say without fact checking them. How many times did the media report Trump saying Mexico will pay for the wall?

Trump was admitting to Woodward he was playing politics with the virus. Woodward should have released that information at the time. Woodward's defense is he didn't know if the virus would go away as Trump was hoping. If the virus had went away what Trump said would still be a story. Trump's motivation for saying what he said is he wanted to look better politically. And of course Meghan is going to consider Woodward an enemy of her tribe. As always with her if she can't defend what is being said she attacks the person saying it. She said yesterday she isn't a journalist. No Meghan you are not. But you have a daily platform to say whatever you want to say to try to influence people. That makes you part of the media.

You are exactly right. In my opinion Woodward isn't a journalist anymore. At some point it stopped being about whatever story he was writing and became about what he can get out of the story (book deal, fame, whatever). What I read elsewhere was Woodward's reasoning for not disclosing what Trump said about the virus was to see if it turned out to be true (that the virus wasn't a big deal and would be gone soon). Which IMO is a ridiculous excuse. Trump said something that didn't need verification. If someone else had said he said it then yes you get verification. Woodward just wanted a bombshell to help sell books.

I'm not sure Sara is trying to keep the peace. She has always kinda played it safe when they would have political discussions. Her motivation for doing that I don't know. But the past couple days she seems to be tilting a particular way. Whether she is playing the role Abby used to play (Meghan's emotional support person) is still to be determined. Wait a minute. You mean Meghan didn't have a response to that? Isn't she the one who has presented herself as the mouthpiece for the Republican party? She is the one who says "as a Republican, as a Conservative" all the fucking time. Come on Meghan. Time to earn your paycheck as a self described political pundit. I understand Joy and Jane's point of view. The problem is no matter what they call it the other side will always distort it.

That was weird. I also didn't know who she was talking about. Sunny isn't socially conservative. The only issue she even comes close on is abortion but she has repeatedly said she is against it personally but thinks it should be legal. And Sara also hasn't said anything to make me believe she is a social conservative. And let's not forget it wasn't so long ago Meghan was calling Sunny a liberal. Not just you. I did that too. Meghan has been the most miserable pregnant woman I have ever seen. Look I get it being pregnant is physically uncomfortable and being pregnant in the summer sucks. My second trimester and part of my third trimester was during summer. It's hot and you can't find a comfortable position to sleep in. But Meghan sour attitude doesn't seem to have anything to do with physical aspects of pregnancy. She truly does not seem like she is looking forward to this baby. Anything she has said in regards to her pregnancy has been all negative. She keeps a running tally on Twitter of how many days her dad has been gone but she isn't counting down the days till she gets to meet her child. I'm cynical enough to believe she isn't really looking forward to having a baby because the focus will no longer be on her. I caught that too. I know when someone disparaged her father (the person said something while he was still alive but it wasn't disclosed till after his death) that person called her and apologized but I don't ever remember Trump calling her. I doubt Meghan would be so against "tell all books" if it was ones written about people she considers the other team. She still has a bee in her bonnet about the book written about the 2016 election. In her mind that was a tell all book about her family. Which is was not. It was a book about the 2016 election and her family just happened to be part of that. My opinion is Meghan doesn't have a problem with these people writing books. It's the information being disclosed in these books she has a problem with. I too have a RBF but for Meghan it's not just her face it's her personality. I doubt she will tell us very much about the baby. And I will be shocked if she releases a picture or shows the baby on the show. She has mentioned before she wants to keep things private because people attack her online. But there are people way more famous than her and attacked way more aggressively than she is and they don't hide their kids.

But Meghan does give fucks. It's why she responds to every jibe directed at her on Twitter. You don't see any of the other co hosts do that. For someone who has been "in politics her whole life) she sure does have a thin skin.

I've never really cared about Sara one way or the other. But yesterday it seemed she was being deliberately annoying. For someone who isn't a Trump supporter (publicly at least) it's interesting to me that she can't believe he said what he said without more proof. Doesn't his past remarks give the story credibility with her? And considering she has worked in the media for quite a few years now she should know anonymous sources aren't just people who make up things. Maybe she is used to getting her news from online sites that are less strenuous with fact checking but there is no way a publication like the Atlantic would print a story that didn't have sources who offered up verified information. And for this particular story there were multiple sources. This was not someone calling into a tip line. And her saying people like Law & Order and this will help Trump is laughable. Correct me if I'm wrong but I always thought the person in office is the one who is blamed for all the problems that happen during their term. I know 2020 is a crazy time but most people are going to blame the person holding the match when they see a fire. And those that don't have already made up their minds. Maybe Sara doesn't subscribe to any particular political platform or maybe she just doesn't want to piss off one side or other. And I might be in the minority but I didn't like Meghan's hair.

She never met a lie she was unwilling to tell all in the name of party loyalty. Hope that God she worships so fervently is forgiving.

I knew she would be a terrible guest. Sorry not sorry she didn't get to plug her book. Anyone who wants to read it will already know about it. I doubt her media appearances will cause anyone to rush to Amazon to buy it. I'm a avid reader and I won't even get her self serving book from the library for free.
