It was actually worse than that! She wouldn’t even admit that the dead dog was hers! Apparently hers just ran away, never to be seen again. If I was the plaintiff I would have called each of the other “missing dog” owners and asked if their husky had been found! Wife was a complete idiot and husband wasn’t far behind. Free-range chickens are a big thing around here, and sure, people know that a fox or bobcat could snatch one, but dogs are supposed to be CONTAINED.

In an extra bit of tragedy, I googled the murdered boy and he was the only son of a woman who immigrated from Europe to Canada and then down to Texas after giving birth to him. No mention of what happened to the father. She wrote a heartfelt obituary for him. Then I found HER obituary from September. She was literally the last member of her family. I can’t help but think that her son’s murder contributed to her passing. 😞 Frankly, I wish the girl had been given 5k for emotional pain and suffering.

Am I the only one shocked that JJ didn’t make that horrid pit bull owner take off her sunglasses? Unless she just had glaucoma surgery (and those aren’t the right glasses for that) or is blind (again, no signs of that) she had no excuse wearing them except to hide her shifty, lying eyes.

I disagree with this, but I also thought the slack-jawed idiotic a boyfriend broke the tv. Plaintiff needs to wise up and dump his ass before she ends up pregnant and he moves on to his next baby mama.

You know it’s a bad dog attack when they don’t even show the pictures over JJ’s shoulder. That dog owner should be behind bars as far as I’m concerned. Anyone who has dogs who attack and mangle another dog and then decides to put the dogs down rather than pony up the extra insurance/tax money is lower than low. Now if they put the dogs down because they realize they made a horrible mistake in owning them in the first place, well that’s another story, but this guy simply didn’t want the trouble/expense so he decided - even though “It was a cougar!” that he’d have his family pets euthanized. Useless human being.

This is making me a whole other level of angry. This woman needs a few swift kicks and I hope her husband wasn’t there because he was preparing to ditch her cold, bitchy ass.

What an IDIOT. Sure, a SHELTER may be required to hold a HEALTHY animal for 72hrs. There is no way in the world that anyone - shelter, rescue, vet, Good Samaritan - to keep an animal SUFFERING for three days in the off chance that an owner will show up. I want the animal cops to go check on his “farm” and the health of his other dogs.

I thought the boyfriend came off well too. Seemed responsible, well-spoken, and supportive. That hall-terview with the “mom” made me want to slap her again. Did she REALLY want us to believe that she was just upset because the girl never apologized? After seeing that poor girl get emotional, does anyone think she DIDN’T APOLOGIZE?? What an absolute twat.

Good grief, the “mother” was a stone cold bitch! She wanted every penny she ever spent on her daughter. She said she “could” have taken care of her as a baby - which makes the fact that she put her up for adoption a particularly selfish act. She and her husband sound less responsible than the girl. Who the heck gets a puppy right before leaving for any kind of trip? Hell, my sister and bil didn’t leave their new puppy alone even for grocery shopping for WEEKS after getting it - and they don’t have a second huge dog. Daughter is WAY better off without her “help”. Personally, I just wanted to punch her in the throat and pull the age-inappropriate ombré clip-in out of her hair.

I could hardly concentrate on the case because I kept waiting for her to blink and for them to drop off due to excess weight.

Soooo... obese guy beat about the head with a bat wielded by tweaked-looking blonde... And she says in the halterview that he didn’t press charges because he knew he deserved it. And she heard him yelling and saying he was bleeding and she said, “Good!” AND SHE HAS CHILDREN. Someone please call CPS. Good grief.

Breeder vs ACTUAL Puppy Mill... While I didn’t have a lot of love for the breeder (I have a purebred dog and will likely have another, but I - and all extended family members for that matter) are EXTREMELY vigilant on who we choose as breeders. The breeder getting dogs from various states was good, but she should also be showing those animals and continuing to make them champions and improve the breed) but GOOD GRIEF, the defendant had me pulling my hair out! 15+ dogs and two little kids IN A TRAILER?? Even if most of the dogs are in a “pole barn”, you KNOW that too many dogs are getting access to the home. And a dog that already KILLED one Pomeranian?? I mean I guess I’m glad they are getting dogs rather than having ten kids, as more often seems to be the case on this show, but really? REALLY?? Use your brains, people!! The breeder did win points with me for just wanting the dog back more than the money, and JJ mentioned getting animal control involved, so hopefully something positive will happen for the poor kids involved in this situation.

I want to know if that dippy teen got her dog back! That one case a year ago, JJ made SURE she got her little pom back, but this time, I’m not so sure it will work. I don’t think the guy cares if he gets the money. Which is pretty stupid since it is probably more than what he thinks she owes him... of course he looks and talks like an idiot, so realizing that fact might not come easy to him...

That pit bull “walker” had me SEETHING. She is a horrible, horrible human being. You could see that the plaintiff was still visibly upset even in the courtroom - very downtrodden looking. I can only imagine the pain of having your dog virtually ripped from your arms by a vicious pit bull. Excuse me, mini pit bull/Labrador cross. As if anyone believes there is any lab in that awful dog. It looks more like a full, stocky, fighting pit than half the dogs that get on JJ and are honestly called pit bulls by their owners. I wish I knew that defendant’s name, because I want to look her up on FB and see if she mentions being arrested...

Yes, it was the girlfriend. She said “Stop it. Just stop it!” it was rather amusing, actually. What a complete snowflake.
