  1. She probably sold the decorations on her network. Why does she celebrate Christmas if she is Jewish?
  2. Well, then she should say so. It's hard to prove intent, but then again mind reading is another of Heather's many talents.
  3. I'm going to feel dirty for saying this, but Tamra was actually correct when she said she didn't say Emily wasn't a real lawyer (and Heather says, "Yes you did," under her breath, and as we all know, Heather is never wrong). Tamra said she said Emily is not a practicing attorney, and her recollection is backed up by Bravo's flashback of the scene. What Tamra said was true: Emily isn't practicing law, and Heather either lied or misremembered. But in any case, she riled up Emily who is very defensive about anyone questioning her qualifications and credentials.
  4. Heather can and will apologize, but I noticed she rarely admits she is ever wrong. It's 10x more apparent when she's on WWHL.
  5. Shannon did look awful. Gina's comment about Shannon looking like a drag queen was pretty spot on, but at the same time sorta mean girlish and hypocritical Gina looked like she could have been a contestant in a drag queen competition a while aback, so it's kinda bitchy for her to be throwing stones; she's like a former smoker or someone who has lost a lot of weight that disparages people who smoke or are overweight. Gina's other comment about if Shannon can't remember what she said, then she needs to get some help with her problems with alcohol was also true. I'm not sure how much Shannon doesn't really remember or if that's just an excuse. Maybe it's some of both.
  6. It's already been said, but Shannon is so, so, so fortunate there was only property damage and she didn't kill or seriously injure someone. She needs some serious intervention. Hopefully her family and real-life friends will step up and help her get the help she needs. I'm surprised her colleague let her drive if he was with her while she was getting drunk. Also, I know it's not the responsibility of bars and restaurants to police their clientele and it doesn't solve the individual's underlying alcohol abuse, but why don't these places cut them off from the liquor? For that night, at least keep them off the road and keep innocent people and themselves safe.
  7. Who cares if Heather didn't tell you harpies about selling her house. One of you would probably have leaked it to the rags. I loved that line about them not being branded too. Emily was drunk off her ass but she doesn't hide what she thinks which is kind of refreshing.
  8. Uh Emily, it's a pretty big faux pas to say that Heather told you Shannon was talking shit about you at Bravo Con when it was actually Tamra who was doing that. That's going to make Shannon crazier (and this time rightfully feeling gaslighted) and make Heather an even greater target of Shannon's ire too. Not good.
  9. Shannon you need to get off this show and get some help. This show is toxic and needs to be shut down. There isn't one HW that I would want to be around IRL. Please, all of you, go away.
  10. It boggles my mind why Shannon would want to be friends with Tamra after some of the things Tamra has done to her. It started in Shannon's first season when Tamra was creating conflict between Shannon and Heather and playing both against each other. And then Tamra was as much a part of Shannon's gaslighting as Heather was. Why in the world does Shannon trust Tamra to be a good friend? She'll get burned again soon enough. I guess Shannon is desperate to keep her orange. And Tamra, yeah, you were really subtle about bringing up Shannon's and John's relationship, weren't you? We all knew that wasn't going to be the case the second you told Emily you were going to broach the subject with Shannon at your lunch.
  11. Heather should have gone for full scuba gear (or at least full snorkeling gear). She may have been covering up most of her body from the brown water, but her face was exposed to that disgusting sludge. The pool must have been a mess too. Yuck.
  12. That's exactly what I was thinking. Maybe trimming the occasional stray hair that is sticking out, but why would you stick wax up your nose to remove all of the hair in the nasal passage?
  13. Heather barely knew Shannon. To want to call 988 is very serious business. She has no mental health training and has no business telling Terry to call 988. It says something that Terry didn't do what she told him to do (I think his response was something like, "Why?"). This was all part of the narrative Heather was trying to construct that season about Shannon's mental health. She did gaslight Shannon and playing with someone's mental health is particularly evil. Edit: it wasn't a 988 call; this pre-dated 988 and Heather wanted her MD husband to call an ambulance for a 5150 hold which could have meant an involuntary 72-hour psychiatric hospitalization for Shannon. Shannon may have been having a melt down, but she wasn't suicidal or a danger to herself or others.
  14. Shannon and Heather got off to a bad start. I think Heather overreacted about the chair thing at Javier's and about Shannon being late or whatever to Heather's construction groundbreaking party. Heather also denied that she discussed David's cheating, but did't it come out later that she discussed it at a lunch with her non-HW friends, who might have been mutual friends of Shannon's (I can't recall for sure if they were mutual friends). What takes the cake for me was that Heather wanted Terry to call 988 when Shannon had her melt down. Shannon may have had/have issues, but she wasn't having some kind of psychotic break and she wasn't in need of an immediate mental health crisis intervention.
  15. That's understandable. I can see Heather (or any HW) having individual relationships with these establishments and dining with her family and real-life friends there, as well as having them catering her events, but the HWs' all-cast dinners/lunches always devolve into embarrassing, unpleasant, profanity laced, shouting fiascos. These reality shows aren't reality. Who behaves this way in public in real life in any restaurant let alone an upper-end dining establishment? I've never been to Nobu Newport Beach, but I have dined at Matsuhisa on La Cienega and the Nobu in LA and one of the Las Vegas Nobus because I enjoy the dining experience, not because who else may dine there or if it was featured on a tv show. I think Nobu gets enough exposure without demeaning himself by allowing one of his restaurants to be a stage for a trashy reality show.
  16. How can these women not be embarrassed by their behavior? I have a low tolerance for parents who don't address their kids behavior in a restaurant (although I understand there sometimes are extraordinary circumstances with children that can be excused), but these grown women are 1000x worse; they are adults who are screaming profanities, throwing table linen, and loudly arguing with each other. I can't believe Nobu let Bravo film in his restaurant. What a sell out.
  17. I think Morse distancing himself from Thursday was in part because Thursday and his family have to go to ground, but I also think it was the lost trust and his utter disappointment in Thursday as well. At their final farewell, Thursday called Morse by his Christian name, but Morse corrected him and said, "Morse, Sir. Just Morse." It seemed as if Morse was solidifying the divide between them by not allowing Thursday the familiarity of using his first name. It was also a significant step in transforming young Morse to older Morse. Endeavour is gone and now he is just Morse.
  18. The distance depends on where in OC to where in LA. But more importantly, Southlanders measure by time more than distance. When someone asks how far something is, the answer is usually X # of minutes/hours rather than X # of miles. I lived in Torrance, CA (the South Bay) to the south and west of downtown LA and it was around 35 miles to Irvine, CA. However, it could take well over an hour in the morning and more in the afternoon. And that's with good traffic flow about half-way through once I got to the LA/OC border. Going from Newport Coast to the Westside/Century City/Beverly Hills (I don't think Heather or Terry ore going to Downtown) could take two and a half to three hours easily if traffic is bad. The 405 freeway is one of the most congested freeways in the country. It's not a surprise that Kobe Bryant would take a helicopter from Newport Coast to Staples Center for games (downtown) or El Segundo for Lakers' practices.
  19. Is Heather's son enrolled at the LMU campus in Westchester (near LAX)? If he is, I mean, I guess they could have flown their private jet from John Wayne to LAX instead of U-Hauling it up the 405, LOL.
  20. For some reason my Instragram feed is full of strawberry desserts and Clement's fraisier cake would have been even better if he had cut the strawberries into tulip shapes like this: https://www.instagram.com/p/CLRZ5R0D9Sc/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
  21. The granita twist was stupid. How do you make a granita in one hour??? And it's not baking.
  22. Andy just had to bring it up and instigate another pile on. Of course he ignored Emily Attorney at Law's numerous malapropisms.
  23. I think they all got auto tuned including Heather. They all sounded different, in a bad way, in the rehearsal clips.
