  1. I'm totally on board as well. Kasius and his henchlady are soooo creepy, yet fascinating. I like Tess and I did like Deke until he sold out Daisy. Was thinking there may be a romance there, but now, not so much. Of course, with the curveballs this show likes to throw, who knows what might happen. Can't wait to see how Fitz enters the picture. So far, I'm loving it.
  2. Oh yeah, Leonard demonstrated time and again that he'd make out (if not sleep) with anyone who'd have him, regardless of relationship status (his or theirs).
  3. It was revealed in one episode that Howard fired the first several shots when they first met, thus setting the tone for their relationship.
  4. Just finished the series and I'm happy as a clam. That was a satisfying finale. I've only skimmed the comments, but I will say that I don't think there's a need to feel sorry for Cady, and I don't really believe that she's trapped - she wants a purpose and wants to make a difference. No way she would be happy working at some law firm in New York City. Plus, hello, Zack? Get it girl! I really liked his character and I'm glad they brought him back. I've always been on board with Walt and Vic getting together, so that was nice. And it wasn't a "happily-ever-after" hearts and flowers situation - there will be some bumps for sure. But it was so nice to see Walt happy. And answering his own cell phone as the final scene? I loved it. Great writing, great performances, gorgeous scenery - this series was a very enjoyable ride.
  5. Count me in the "loved it" camp. I mean, LOVED it! I will be watching this again for sure. Everyone was funny as hell, but it was especially great to see Debra Messing firing on all cylinders. Hopefully this will continue and we will see that old Grace spark back full time. Karen laughing at "Smitty's" tale of woe was hysterical.
  6. Exactly. Maybe she just doesn't want to go to Radio Shack that night. Parents are under no obligation to cart their kids wherever they want to go whenever. The adults are in charge, not the kids.
  7. Well if the adult says NO, that should be the end of it. One of the problems today is that parents don't seem to know how to say no to their children and stick with it. Adults are in charge, not kids.
  8. Agree! I really grew to love the models this season. People can say what they want about Liris - I think she is stunning and has that diva attitude in the best way. I would love to see them all again next season, unless they move on to bigger and better things, in which case, good for them!
  9. This. There is something very off-putting about her personality. Kenya and Margarita are not shy about expressing their feelings, but they aren't as smug and judge-y as Amy. Her attitude is irksome.
  10. I'm not always, but my husband usually picks up on this kind of stuff right away, and even he didn't think of it when I said "Why is this dumb b***h actually taking the guns? Why doesn't she just pretend she didn't find any?" I think we were all just too confused by how ridiculous the episode was and weren't thinking straight. Yeah, let's go with that.
  11. I didn't FF, but I zoned out fairly early. I'm guessing Dan Lauria's character was supposed to be endearing, but from the minute he came on I found him a caricature. Ridiculous that McGee would name one of his kids after him. Haven't warmed up to Jack yet, and not sure I will.
  12. I guess it's easy to get a big head when everyone around you keeps telling you how special you are and constantly laying down their lives for you. Is she the second coming or something? Good grief. That being said, I kind of liked the Tom/Liz romance - I think she really humanized him. I loathed Tom in the beginning, when he was just a wimpy teacher - as soon as Liz found the secrets in the floorboards, I turned to my husband and said "Well, Tom just got a lot more interesting." And I've pretty much been either appalled or fascinated by his character since. I really enjoyed Redemption and was bummed it wasn't renewed.
  13. Never enough Mathias! Love him, especially his scenes with Walt.
  14. I buy milk in pints as well. My husband doesn't use milk and it's just the two of us. It's more expensive initially but actually cheaper in the long run, since I'm not pouring unused milk past its prime down the drain.
  15. 1. I don't understand why people let stuff like this bother them. You don't see these characters 24/7. It's assumed they feed the dogs, maybe take them for a walk (or pay someone), pass the kid off to a babysitter and then go on with their day. Who wants to see them feeding the dogs and cootchie-cooing their baby every other episode? 2. I lost any feeling for Ressler after he turned to the darkside re: Laurel Hitchen. He's just as morally bankrupt as the rest. 3. It's a tic and I think it's a bit insensitive to make fun of him for it.
  16. One woman's retread is another's continuity.
  17. Nope, I love Spader and his tics and Red's soliloquies. Red is a very unique character and Spader plays him brilliantly - can't understand why he's never been nominated for an Emmy in this role.
  18. I don't believe it. Lots of time left to the season.
  19. We have not seen the last of Tom. I don't believe a word anyone connected to the show says.
  20. Miles was hit and miss (mostly miss) and I kind of liked Uncle Angelo - but Stan was the worst. I'll never get why Dorothy kept falling for him. He made her miserable and she regretted their entire relationship, but then she almost married him again.
  21. Came to this thread specifically to see if this episode was mentioned. It's on my tv right now and it's appalling! Always been one of the most WTF? moments on the show. Sophia's behavior especially is terrible, actually encouraging Gloria and Stan's relationship. This episode plot makes no sense at all.
  22. Just finished the season and I loved it! Really, really good - the cast is terrific, the stories are touching, the mix of humor and drama spot-on. Looking forward to season two.
  23. Good lord yes. The videos are comically, embarassingly bad. How do grown adults fall for this? Then again, how does anyone fall for ANY of it? LRH was obviously a nutjob. His writings run the gamut from ludicrous to horrifying.
  24. If I had to pass by a Scientology center on a regular basis, it would make me crazy. I don't know how I would stop myself from picketing, or throwing rocks through the windows or, I don't know, ramming my car through the front door. I found out there are two outposts about an hour from me, and all I'm thinking is that it may be time for a road trip...
