That's hysterical, and could be true, although that look is common among people who are high on speed, cocaine, LSD, or adrenaline. I think she's manic and that combined with her arrogance is a pretty hefty package to handle. I wish David well, but he seems pretty arrogant too, so this should be an interesting situation. Truth be told, I think he's dying to get into her hyper-18-year-old panties. I don't like either of them or her family either, but Jesus in on their side, so my opinion doesn't matter! :-)

Amen, amen, amen!! I so agree with you, and it's not just the men, the American women are no different. I think they all suffer from narcissism, so they need to buy a partner who they can own and control. I feel very sorry for these people who are so desperate to get away from horrific poverty. If there's nothing else to learn from this show, it is certainly a treatise on narcissism.

It wouldn't surprise me because there are others on the show who did reality shows prior to 90 days. I can't find any info on that Dave guy being on Biggest Loser though, but it's hard to find much info on the previous contestants. What is his last name, does anyone know?

That's the English definition of dowry, "the money, goods, or estate that a wife brings to her husband at marriage". But Thailand has a different system where the husband has to pretty much negotiate a price for the bride with her family. He showed his true colors by the way he handled the pork aversion incident. He didn't feel the tiniest bit bad about it, he got mad at Jenny for being upset. That says it all about what kind of a person he is. Wimpy, tiny, not so bright as he is, he's not a nice person. I feel sorry for Jenny. I think she is under massive pressure to find an American husband so she can send money back to her family the way her mother does. She's really just a slave hoping for the best slavemaster she can find. It's tragic.

Oh thank you for mentioning the tongue and lip licking, I thought it was just me. I find that habit to be truly disgusting, it just turns my stomach, but it seems to be "a thing" with younger men, and even some women. What in the world? Yuck!

After watching all the available episodes of this show, I have come to the conclusion that most of the Americans are narcissists, which is why they need someone who they get to control and be in charge of. The tremendous poverty in the world affords them the opportunity to have the partner of their dreams, someone inappropriate and out of their league. American dollars can buy pretty trophy spouses. The visa hunters know the ropes, they understand the game, and they know how to appeal to narcissists. Abby is the most glaring example, although I think those two horrible old men are giving her a bad case of narcissism too. They are all playing a very silly and childish game. Nicole's mother said it well "Nicole thinks that everything she believes is true". That would apply to every last one of these people who are essentially buying themselves what they think they deserve. Instead, I think they will all get exactly what they deserve in the end. My other observation is that I think this show is more fake than we might want to believe. I really think that the Patrick and Miryam story is a complete fake. He's been around the reality show circuit a few times now. They're probably interviewing for Miryam's invisible boyfriend as we speak. Just my thoughts.
