1. My heart goes out to Lilly. She sure seemed blindsided and being cut on the last night is always hard. 2. From day 1 Taylor reminded me SO MUCH of Chelsea for some reason...but maybe a sweeter, more humble version? Only time will tell. 3. I’ve never been a Brennan fan (still don’t think she’s a great fit for the team but whatever), but I am really really happy for her. She seems to be sweet, humble, hardworking, and a good teammate. Only thing she’s missing is the “face”, but no one is perfect! She deserves her spot. 4. Uhhh...Malena girl...you good?? As some others have mentioned, I noticed a glimpse of her crazy when she pretty much lost her shit earlier this season when she was called out for being benched on the NYJ. I thought maybe that was just a sensitive topic for her. I thought wrong. She almost seems...entitled and desperate at the same time?? I’m not sure. In any case, professional help might be the move hunny, and I don’t mean to sound mean or petty, but in seriousness...seems like a way bigger issue than DCC.

Of course! In general beauty is totally subjective. Although thus far it appears to be the majority opinion in training camp (and possibly here?) that it's not too HD friendly.

I couldn't have said it better myself. Same thing goes for Christina IMO. I'm sure Brennan is a lovely girl. Very sweet, hardworking, and intelligent, but that does not mean you deserve to be a DCC. Rewatching last season I'm also sick of everyone saying Brennan looks "stressed" or "worried". Can we call a spade a spade? Put nicely, she doesn't have a "HD friendly" face. I don't care how relaxed she gets or if you tell her she's on the team 150% guaranteed, her face is going to stay that way. To me, cameos last season just solidified that. I struggled not to laugh out loud when she said something like "yeah pulling my chin up made me look and feel like a completely different person!!" Oh bless her heart...

Oh boy...Brennan has by far the worst facials in this picture. Not good.

So sad to hear about Dayton. In my humble opinion (and based on what I've seen so far) she deserved it 100x more than VK. Also, I understand respecting Brennan's never-give-up attitude and work ethic, but that alone does not make her a DCC in my eyes. Her look just kills it for me. And if you're going to have a face like that, you better be an EXCEPTIONAL technical dancer (a la Kelli S) or have some great sparkle/fire going for ya. Brennan is ordinary, with very poor facials. I admire her persistence, but she doesn't cut it in my eyes.

Right I agree. She has to know they're only taking her as filler to cut in TC... She seems like a great girl, reasonably intelligent, etc. She has to have other viable opportunities?

This. Bless her heart, but Brennan's face overall/eyes are just extremely off-putting and definitely not DCC style. I don't really think she has the "pop" or "sparkle" they're looking for either. She's a solid dancer, good personality, and clearly driven and dedicated, but I don't think she would be an asset for DCC =/

I feel so much better after reading these comments. I thought I was the only one jumping for joy when Brennan was cut! I'm so sorry, but I just could not STAND her face. She is of course not an unattractive girl, but that nose...her eyes so close together...she honestly had a "witchy" look to me? Annoying personality too. Like others have said, beyond desperate... Just not a DCC and never will be. I know this is probably an unpopular opinion but I'm glad they kept Christina and Savannah over her. At least Christina has a somewhat edgy haircut/vibe that kinda stands out? And I'm sorry, Savannah is just outright prettier than Brennan.

Lots of unpopular opinions ahead so brace yourselves... 1. Jen K is my favorite DCC of all time. 2. I love Yuko. 3. (I don't think this is an unpopular opinion, probably more like a popular "statement") If Gina rises her left eyebrow to the camera one more time I swear... 4. Based on what Holly presents to the camera, she seems pretty humble and nice to me. Of course she made a mistake but I still love her. Same goes for Erica. 5. I HATE BRENNAN. Her face is just so off to me, as is her personality. Not a DCC now nor will she ever be. 6. Vivian might've been one of the worst TCCs ever. One of the most self-absorbed girls I have ever seen. 7. Chelsea was always very fake and try-hardish to me. Maybe she was trying to cover up the fact that she is an awful dancer? 8. Kashara can be a bit much sometimes, but overall I think she's a good girl and I like her. And I think she might be the best point for right now (other than Jenna of course) 9. I love Jinelle's personality. 10. I'm not sure if there is a single girl in TC this season that I think is the total package (ie- looks, dancing, personality, leadership, poise, etc.) or that I really like a lot at all...
