  1. Maybe he was talking about the producers trying to manipulate this drama. Or maybe about the cheating, but I don't understand why they edited it out then. I feel robbed and I guess we'll never know.
  2. I didn't like this challenge very much and none of the designs really stood out to me for the right reasons. The kids were cute, but the whole Shopkins idea was uninspiring. Every challenge this season is to promote some sponsorship that has nothing to do with fashion. I remember the episode in season 4 where they visited the Metropolitan Museum of Art and had to make an avant garde look inspired by art. All of the looks were so beautiful and inspiring. Sure there were sponsorships back then, but at least they were somehow related to fashion. I feel bad for Tim when he has to plug all this stuff, but I suppose it's the only way to keep the show going.
  3. Dixie cups, really? I suppose it's better than Red Robin. I liked Kentaro's design the best and it was the most fashion forward, but Claire's design will look better on a cup. And Margarita, not raised to throw people under the bus? Then why mention it at all, you know the judges will ask more about it. Also, blaming her bad design on what was going on in the workroom is a poor excuse. You have to get over it. That said, if Claire was working at night then she should be disqualified. I think it will turn out she was cheating as Tim seemed besides himself in the previews at the beginning of this season, or maybe that was clever editing. Like others have said, all the drama was so produced. Bad looks with immunity might get a warning in past seasons, but they never end up being judged. And I'm getting sick of these cliffhangers! Do they really have to rely on that now for views?
  4. I'm also looking forward to the big cheating scandal next week. I went back and watched the 'this season on PR' montage at the beginning of episode 1 and it showed a bit more details. Who is the cheater? (Warning: spoils the top 5 designers and possibly more)
  5. This! I do somewhat like it and think he's original, but I also don't really get it. Also this look reminded me too much of his previous looks. For me it was safe on the higher side, but there were others that deserved top 3 more IMO. And I think Kenya should have won over Brandon. But it seems pretty clear he is destined to be in the finale and probably will win. Aaron's look... Pffff. One of the ugliest ever on PR. His previous looks, with the exception of the team challenge, were ugly as hell too. Makes me wonder how he even got on the show. What he sent out today just... You can't do that! Like Nina said, this is Project Runway. Most of the time the aufed looks have either proper construction or some sort of vision, at least something redeeming, like the colouring in Claire's dull fairy princess dress, but Aaron's dress was a mess top to bottom. So the model paired with the losing designer loses too? Before this season I think they gathered all the models after the elimination and made the designers pick and the leftover model was out. Though they stopped showing it after the early seasons. I didn't mind they cut out all the model stuff to focus more on the designers in the later seasons, but I liked the model stuff in the earlier seasons. I don't really care for the models giving their opinions in front of a mirror. If they want more for the models in PR, give me Morganza going out in Jay's dress all night and ruining it, give me models being clients and having to shop for the fabrics themselves, give me designers stealing each others models give me a motherfucking walk off. But maybe that would take away too much from the designers again...
  6. I really liked Michael's design and it was the easiest one to mass produce I think, so he was the deserved winner. Deyonte going home was a shame, because I liked him and he did have some interesting designs, but after last week's debacle and what he sent out today he deserved it. I thought Kenya's was the worst actually, the hole in the back showed her model's panties, not a good look. But I am interested in seeing more of her. And Aaron's bloomers... No. Just no. I wonder if Tim's outburst about cheating from the previews is about the twins. Like others said, I think they will overstep the boundaries and start working together too much. But we'll have to wait and see. Looking forward to it though. As much as I love the wholesome relationships this season (Samantha & Kentaro, Michael & Margarita) I also love a bit of drama.
  7. Is all I could think of when she said that.
