  1. Meh. Why not? lol...What does she care? She knows that's the last time she'll see him. Why cause a scene? 😄
  2. No way does Lana think any relationship is just beginning. The only thing she's thinking is "how am I going to get through the next couple days without letting this loser touch me too much so I can get the paycheck TLC has for me." There is no relationship to begin, lol.
  3. As far as I'm concerned the Silva sisters are every bit as pathetic and delusional as David...
  4. Both probably, but I think the second point is a huge factor. He's learned over the years to keep the conversation as facile and meaningless as possible so as to limit the chances of any immersion-breaking responses. He's obviously not interested in reality. It's all a fantasy contained in the chuckle-head's mind. If he was actually open to receiving real input from outside the fantasy realm that exists in his own head he'd recognize the obvious fact that the woman he's bowling with is completely not into him.
  5. So embarrassing watching David try to manufacture some sort of real relationship with this (probably married) model who's been paid to appear and pretend she's been communicating with him for the past 7 years! She probably never even got paid for the use of her pics on the dating site. I hope she got a decent paycheck for this because she's earning it...he's disgusting. I'd be willing to bet the person he chatted with after the date wasn't the same person he was wowing with his bowling moves. lol... I sure skip over large parts of this show every week.
  6. She also went into a shop and ordered a "green juice" or something that one time. But I agree the entire Yolanda thing is baffling. She's still in exactly the same situation she was when the season started! No progress in that story! And nothing much even happened, lol I just watched the Pillow Talk for this episode and they were all saying "well I was wrong about David! Way to go David you found your love!" The fuck?? David didn't find anything other than the woman who was in the pics he's been looking at for 7 years. It's still a total catfish story. She's not coming to Murica to live in a van with him! Hell, I bet she didn't even know he existed prior to TLC calling her up a week before and offering her a payday to meet the loser who thinks she's his soul mate.
  7. So true! In my online dating adventure before "hitting paydirt," I had what I would have to describe as remarkable success. I'm an introvert and not exactly brimming with self-confidence. Prior to a couple years ago, the idea of meeting women on a dating app would have been pretty much a non-starter for me. But, once I made the leap and put up a profile, I realized pretty quickly that I had a few things in my favor. I'm in decent shape and look young for my 53 years. I've always been thin - but over the past few years I've gained a few pounds. I'm still thin, but no longer "skinny." I have no vices. Non-smoker, social drinker, no drugs, no meds of any sort. Also, I write well...which made it easy for me to get past the first few messages where a lot of guys maybe get filtered out because they say something stupid. So, I got some good pics of myself (after doing a bit of research on what sorts of pics might work best) - and honestly, even though I'm not in a big city I had success right off the bat. I met probably a dozen women over a year or so, and I'd say 4 of them had "real potential" - meaning both parties were into each other even after meeting. Frankly the whole experience was a pretty big ego boost for me. Here's the thing though - probably 10 of the 12 cases had a really fantastic text message preamble before the first date. Based on the week to 2 weeks of chat that occurred prior to setting a date there really seemed to be a great connection. But 6 out of those 10 upon meeting pretty much just fizzled immediately. All that great build-up just went up in smoke. And in every case, even the one that "stuck", the initial meeting was at least a little awkward and uncomfortable. You just don't really know anything until you actually meet. Although, the one that worked was very close to that. It was pretty magical from chat to reality and that intitial awkwardness didn't last long...so it can actually work peeps! lol...
  8. I'm surprised at how disappointed I am by Varya showing up at Geoffrey's door. Fuck you TLC can't we have any real heroes??
  9. Lisa is flat out stupid. She's a stupid human being. She's literally bereft of self-awareness. There's not a mentally-sound man younger than 100 in North America who'd marry her. She's disgusting in every way. Geoffrey can fuck right off with his bullshit. Varya made a perfectly sound and reasonable decision in saying "not yet" to his proposal. He shouldn't even have proposed in the first place! They barely know each other and their time together was far from perfect. He wants her to just ignore her misgivings and marry him anyway! So fucking ridiculous...he's a psycho baby. Yolanda...I don't even know what to say. Just pathetic... Ed should be very happy. He actually got way more than he should have from Rose. She should have laughed and walked away the first time she met him at the airport. The Bi girls are boring
  10. 10 hours of unedited tell all footage was leaked a few days ago. It's both fascinating and mind-numbing. The basic take-away is that David is mostly for reals...and that Lana is "real" in only the most ephemeral, non-romantic way.
  11. I doubt the people running the scam service care about keeping David on the hook when there's any number of other fools waiting in line to hand over their money. At this point, David is probably more trouble than he's worth to them. I'd imagine Sharp got in contact with her and offered her some money to appear. There's nothing about her appearance that changes the reality of the situation. She's obviously not interested in a relationship with him and she's obviously been stringing him along with her stories about poverty and long finger nails, lol... If the dating site is involved, it's likely less about keeping David hooked and more about showing all the other losers that there might actually be a "real" person on the line rather than a bot or a conglomerate of staff monkeys.
  12. The video of Lana in the TA is hilarious! She's dressed sharp, out walking amongst the people happily shopping. Tight focus on her wad of cash as she makes a purchase. Tight focus on her hand with short nails. Tight focus on her using her iphone. David - "She's shy and housebound with no money because she's poor and can't use a phone due to her long nails..." 🤣 So annoying when Shaun was trying to get him to explain HOW he knows Lana is poor. David - "well she's shown me her closet. She buys one new pair of tennis shoes every three years!"" LOL.
  13. I watched about an hour of the David part. Good stuff! lol...I'm pleased to see he actually pretty much is the idiot I thought he is. 😄 When fucking Cesar is scoring points off you, you KNOW you're a mess! lol Shaun comes across much better than on the actual TAs. Plus, she looks spectacular! lol
  14. where can I acquire this gigantic morsel? I'd like to watch the behind the scenes stuff...
  15. Well, he also says he's been in a "relationship" with Lana for 7 years. Dating 100 Ukrainian women might just mean he chatted with a hundred bots on dating apps...
  16. He said "I haven't been in a relationship for 7 years with someone who isn't real. I mean come on." and then he chuckled in what I thought sounded like an extremely nervous way. I didn't sense anything funny in that "laugh." And he definitely seemed a little ragey during the phone convo with the PI...
  17. y'know, if you stop and think about it, that would explain the weird way Lana contacted David after having stood him up for the 4th time. She just shows up in the chat and says "so do you still want to meet and take photos for the visa?" It was almost like she wasn't fully aware of what the specific plans were and didn't realize she'd already missed their appointed meeting time...maybe the various Lanas didn't do a good job of communicating the details of the plan to each other! lol... or maybe he's too embarrassed to admit to some friends that he's going there to be repeatedly stood up by an imaginary individual woman so he says it's a bunch of different women...
  18. real women are way better than fake women! lol...
  19. hmmm, looking at the close up of her I'd say she's closer to 30+ than 23 or whatever she's supposed to be. And David more like 60+ lol! He's a golem! Having said that, I've spent some time on the dating apps myself. I'm 53 and divorced and a couple years ago decided I was tired of being alone. However, I'm not a bar guy and really never meet women in my daily life so online dating was the only way to go for me. Lo and behold, it worked! I met a great woman and we've been dating (as in actually spending real time together in the same physical space lol) for almost 2 years. Interestingly, she lives a couple hours away from me and so we see each other weekends only, but we're making it work for now while we both get our lives in order. Now here's the thing - she's close to my age. She's not built like a model. She's a real woman. And she's super sexy! David could have that. He isn't great-looking, but compared to some of the dudes I saw on the apps he's not that bad. If he was interested in a real relationship with a real person, he could find it. But I suspect the truth is that he isn't interested in a real relationship. He's interested in a fantasy. I think he's addicted to the fantasy and he knows that reality would never live up to that fantasy he has so he sets it up so that reality never happens. He knows Lana isn't real, but that's ok because it allows the fantasy to go on...
  20. His actions speak louder than his words. 🙂 I mean for sure he's going to do what he can to keep the illusion going, but he knows the truth. He knows... lol
  21. that was his "come to jesus" moment when reality crashed down upon him...lol.
  22. It seems to me that Ash's reality is cracking a bit. I think he'd built up quite a castle of illusion about himself (with the whole "relationship coach" thing) but he's finding that the foundation is quicksand. Anyone can type the words Relationship Coach on a business card and spout a bunch of platitudinous drivel for a while but at some point just being sort of attractive isn't enough.
