  1. Thing is Lee never wanted to know anything.... do your job. And is was sooooo surprised during reunions. Well, except for Kate. She rarely did anything wrong in his mind and instantly forgivable. Even her takes on crew members Lee embraced.
  2. Really...just like back in our Old West.
  3. When did we ever think Tanya was wise, smart, able to take care of herself?
  4. I get I am confused...but if Bert goes to Sicily to find his mother's relatives why is he looking up Italians with his surname and not his mother's?
  5. I think Sunny's 20 pounds of hair is effecting her.
  6. I tend to see a frantic Fraser in past epis, or at least thinking he needs to do something....and never really doing much. But he went to the preference meeting and should have known they were doctors...not nurses.
  7. I'm really getting tired of Sunny...today about the picture. Or the story about her son at Harvard and her concern, or her poutiness in general every day. For her...it is always about Sunny. Her way or the highway. Oh, and omg Whoopi never wants a movie made about her...how about a book?
  8. OMG - the b-fast thing is to have a special or two in order to stop IHOP orders. This grew old a long time ago.
  9. When the menu becomes boring at a 5 star resort/restaurants it is time to venture out - at the very least for different scenery and atmosphere, imo.
  10. I've been thrilled about all the adventure. Well, not really.
  11. I love Alex...I think she has a real passion for food and "chiefing." And a love of family and friends. And she is not snobbish about food like GZ. Alex and Katie are my favs. IMO Sunny makes snide comments about GZ...and as a co-host I think she is wrong to do so because it is not done in friendly teasing like the rest of them.
  12. I always got a kick, back when I watched, when her daughters got to help....stir, or sprinkle.
  13. Cheetos, "snacks", grits, sweet tea...put in on your preference sheet. Although anyone can google sweet tea. How odd the chief stew wants all of them to look similar. Not right. And already freaked out needing extra help from the deck crew? And constant, constant complaining? What a dream to work with.
  14. Kerry was very aware of Kyle and Kasey. Remember when he called her in to talk about it?
  15. Good grief... Kyle thinks he only had one strike against him. The Captain definitely should have brought up the sexual harassment of Kasie and not pretended it didn't actually happen.
  16. I'll still say give the guy what he wants... pancakes his way, not the chef's way. One is a guest and probably paying for the infantile request. But a request every captain says they want to give.
  17. Seriously. For a chef, when the food is ready to go...it needs to go asap. How many times do we need to see guests hangry or complaining of cold food? Plates, and silverware, are also an important part of being ready.
  18. Control over the bosun and chief stew need to be made by the Captain. The bosun is too lax and needs to take control now. Let alone over Kyle. Both the bosun and the Captain.
  19. 2 kids still at home in a 2 bedroom condo...and 2 others in college coming home for holidays and college breaks...in a 2 bedroom condo? I think not.
  20. I doubt Sunny would even ask her husband to help out a single girlfriend with a problem for free. But I think she insulted all women and men that husbands work as handymen...and especially this one at $44/hr. To supplement their retirement or have it as a career. And I am beginning to despise her pouty judgey face.
  21. So refreshing without Kyle. And any chef on a charter catering to many Americans would know how to make a pancake. And would certainly know the difference between a pancake and a crepe. Good grief...we have seen pancakes on all the shows for years. Thin the pancake batter and stir it more to make the gluten tighter....hence not thick or fluffy.
  22. Seems to me if an American wants pancakes on an expensive charter he should get American pancakes. Seems to me an experienced chef that deals with feeding Americans all the time should not have a problem making them and understanding the difference between a crepe and a pancake.
