  1. It’s so weird posters think they can get away with multiple personalities. Goodbye.
  2. @DragonFlyzz no problem, I happen to be a Mizzou alumna myself, and my husband attended LSU so we've had many discussions on who the "real" tigers and golden girls are! :)
  3. @DragonFlyzz Mickey liked Amy T because she was a University of Missouri Golden Girl, it's confusing because LSU also has Golden Girls! Mickey attended Mizzou's Journalism school many moons ago. :)
  4. I agree with @kalibean, the wide variety of judges helps represent the wide variety of fans. Not to mention I can't see J&K taking dance advice from a bunch of other dance coaches (except kitty) when it comes to auditions. Sure they like opinions for various choreographers in TC but I feel like auditions aren't meant to make specifically dance based decisions, those are left for camp. I happen to like Neal McCoy, yes he always says "she's hot" etc but that's probably a heck of a lot nicer than what most guy fans say on game day to their buddies. Plus, he always comes across as warm and supportive. He and Kristi Scales are nothing but positive for the girls, or at least tactful with their critiques.
  5. Do you have any knowledge of why? I always thought she seemed down to earth and fun.
  6. @lfedncr I'm not disagreeing with you I'm just curious -- if Allie wasn't cut for weight, what was it? I felt like her smile at the end when she was cut was either to mask tears (we've all been there), or because she knew something a little fishy had gone down and she wanted to laugh. Since you said you know some of the girls I'd appreciate any insights you have. Thanks!
  7. Madeline made that solo look effortless. Color me impressed!
  8. As a somewhat curly girl who straightens hers most every day, I would say it's because they are dang impossible to maintain in humidity and heat. Not to mention flipping your hair all around and whatnot just makes a giant frizzy mess.
  9. Victoria isn't old enough to audition this year. Shelly answered way back who henkther legacy auditioner was, I cannot recall her name at this time.
  10. I'll agree that any dancer looking down on another one is ignorant, why not support each other and your mutual talents. BUT Broadway dancers are incredibly talented and the fact that the make it look pretty simple is just a testament to how well trained they are. Lots of tricks and turns? Not necessarily. But they're singing and dancing 8 shows a week, and often times the actors who have dance parts are actually swings or understudies who know multiple roles in the show and have to be ready to perform whatever role is needed that performance at a moments notice.
  11. CMT posted a clip a while back of "5 wipe outs" from MTT, and while 2-3 of them were somewhat comical, the #1 fall picked was when Tessa tore her ACL in practice. Not funny at all, CMT.
