I watched it once. Will I watch again? Prolly not. We all have trauma, I have it from my dad dying suddenly in 1985 when I was 20. I, however, did not have 100 million in the bank to soothe my wounds. I did not have a house with 19 bathrooms or Oprah as a neighbor nor was Tyler Perry offering me a house. So....I feel for them in some ways but in others I am like oh please get over yourselves, lol. Just live your best lives in So Cal, be good parents and try to iron things out with your brother and your dad. And stop all communications with your dad, Meg.

I have two sons (with almost identical birthdates to the W and H, lol,) and I can tell you it would be HORRIBLE to say to my older one oh by the way I know you want to be a reporter/writer (as he is one) but yeah gotta shoot you a no on that. You will attend boring meetings, be photographed all the time, and fill out orders that the Firm is telling you to do. Sorry! Younger one? By the way you are not going to be a mechanical engineer. Same role as older brother. Sorry guys! Thems are the breaks.

It is NOT the same, lol, but as a teacher I was trapped in a bad position for three years. I was trapped but did not know it until I left. Like Harry, I look back and go geez that was really sad. Too bad the others don't know. And I will see myself out as I am talking like I know Haz and Meg. They seem like fun people to hang out with, actually.

I agree with everything. Camilla seemed to have a great childhood, great parents. Yes Tina Brown takes no prisoners. In the Netflix documentary, Harry is very much his mother's son and William is very much Charles' son. And I could do yoga, drink herbal tea and talk with Doria all day long. What a sweet soul - those little ones are lucky to have her as a Gramma.
Because I think about these things waaaay too much, I know a year ago the plan was to have Lilibet baptized in the Church of England, same a little Archie (who I need to babysit and I am not into little kids at all.) Now? I believe the Episcopal Church is an equivalent. Find the one closest to your 18 bathroom house and call it a day.

I watched and I am currently reading the Palace Papers and I am waiting for the book "Spare" in early January. Whew! My takeaways with what I know: Haz and Meg do want to "social climb" but only for good: clean water, education for all especially women, ecological issues, humanitarian issues, etc. These two were born to me married to each other, that is clear. I am mixed towards them: Were they treated fairly? No. Could Kate Middleton burn down an orphanage and drown kittens? Yes and most of the press would say she is having a bad day. Meghan could cure cancer and she would be further blamed for everything, including the weather. It is also hard to feel for people who are signing multi million dollar deals with Netflix and Spotify when I, as a teacher, am cutting coupons and making my own dog food. It is also sad that W and H's kids will never really know each other. And you can't get that back.
On Christmas Day I had a fascinating talk with a man about my age who worked for the Royal Family from 1986 to 1990. Fascinating! Takeaways: Diana is just how you think she would be: funny, sweet, etc. Diana was the side piece, Charles' true love was Camilla, QE2 was funny, kind, etc. He was like Monday I am flying out to London, Wednesday I am having lunch with QE2. Charles is a dim bulb who is totally clueless to the common man. He thinks Prince Andrew was the one who was concerned over Archie's skin color.

My other observation: For someone who, by all accounts, was 100 per cent prepared for any acting role, Meg did zero preparation for her role as the Duchess of Sussex. I also think it was perfect timing, as he wanted to leave and she encouraged him to follow his heart.

Usman fussing about how Kim is not putting her shoes away or keeping the room tidy is funny, (he put his shoes on a table), we all saw her bedroom at home, every surface was full of clutter, so much so that she had to set up an additional tray table in her bedroom to put her Tums and such on, putting things away is not her strong suit.
I FF'd thru Andreiiii and the rest of them, unless they are actually being expelled, (I mean government officials are driving them to the airport) from the US or are doing real fisticuffs I don't want to hear about it, talk is cheap.

Just landed home. Christmas in Florida. Brought our Minnesota temps to the citrus state, lol!! It was 30, 35 down there and we were like no biggie, this is April on a good day.

It is too bad that W or his PR team are still feeding the rota stories. Like i said in my post in episode 5 - there are two kids involved. There will be a bitterness in these kids at their father's side of the family on how their mother was treated.
Overall not much gossip gleamed but alot of explanation that sounds reasonable as to what happened in this situation and why.
Also feel that Harry is in a bad spot. I mean he went from #2 after Charles in the line to what now... #5 in the line?! What would have been the point in him staying in THE FIRM. The idea of half in/half out would have been a perfect solution for all parties involved and having them live somewhere in the commonwealth where they are paying their own way.
Lastly, Tyler Perry is such a super nice guy.
I watched all six episodes. All I can say is those two were born to be married to each other. I wanted more juicy stuff. Episodes four and five were VERY repetitive to me. I wanted more Doria - she seems so sweet.
