  1. Oh my, that made me laugh out loud! Too funny!!
  2. Good for you! I do IF 2 or 3 days a week, by eating lunch, skipping dinner, and then eating again the next morning. That way you sleep through most of the fast and I've found that it's really not that difficult. Also, limiting my carbs - and the carbs I do eat are unprocessed, like beans and berries, etc - really keeps me from being hungry and craving foods. Until I see spaghetti, of course.
  3. I know, it makes a tremendous difference! Whenever I get stuck on a plateau, IF will force that stubborn scale to move down.
  4. I know she had the spaghetti, burger and fries all on her tray at the same time.
  5. I haven't had bread, or rice, or potatoes...or pasta...since December, and my mouth is watering! That looks so good. And tonight is my intermittent fast day, so it's hard when they eat good lookin' food. Of course, looking at THEM makes it easier!
  6. Yeah, unfortunately that's the whole problem with the leg sore...
  7. NINE friggin' dogs?!? Now I'm steamed. They are not taking proper care of nine dogs in that household!
  8. Yeah, she wants to get out of the hospital and back home where she's doesn't have to follow the 1200 calorie diet anymore.
  9. I think that would cause real problems with anesthesia, and with healing after surgery. See - I learned something from Dr. Pimple Popper!
  10. I've been on a lifestyle change since January, trying to eat cleaner, eliminate refined starches and sugars, cook all my food at home instead of eating out. Today was the first day I ate something completely off the diet - McDonalds bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I thought it tasted sooo good. But after seeing Jeanne stuff huge bites of food into her mouth for the last 15 minutes, I'm back on the diet, for sure. Wow that was unrelenting - breakfast, cheeseburgers, bottomless fries, pizza, cupcakes. Gah!
  11. I said to myself last week that I wasn't going to watch tonight, and I am so so so so happy that I didn't. I used to love DWTS, it was must-see tv for me, everyone knew not to disturb me when it was on. But I'm officially over it. So disappointing. I think the judges - who have all been there since the beginning - must also be very disappointed in the results, and in what the show has become. Too bad.
  12. Too funny. And anyone who uses Jeff Goldblum for a funny gets an extra upvote from me!
  13. I keep pondering why Rachel needs daycare, when she doesn't have a job. Or does she? She mentions they are living paycheck to paycheck, but I can't remember her mentioning work. I know you guys know the answer - thanks!
  14. So sorry for your loss and health troubles. Best of luck to you.
  15. I have to tell you all that you are giving me LIFE tonight. I’m in North Carolina, without power for two days now (but perfectly safe). But I made sure to save enough juice on my phone to read the comments here tonight. Hate having to miss the show but thank you all for giving me laughs and cheer! Stay safe out there!
  16. I get being frustrated with Karina and all, but....what a beyotch her sister was!
  17. Bethenny doesn't call out Ramona's implants per se, what she refers to is the fact that Ramona seemingly can't find a dress or shirt that doesn't put her "fun bags" front and center every. single. time. If it's not low cut, then it's too tight, better yet, it's low cut AND too tight. I also don't think Ramona is enjoying her life as much as she would like everyone to think. Because Beth is thin and lacks facial and body fat, her face shows more creases and shadows, and her implants have that "bolted on" look - but I don't think she would trade her face, body - or her life - with Ramona in a million years.
  18. I was talking about Lu, and I can remember only one, maybe two, occasions when she has had too much to drink, the other that I remember was in T&C, also on vacation. Lu has been - to me - pretty well behaved with regards to alcohol.
  19. I'm not going to quote everyone on here who has commented on Luann getting shitfaced, but this is why I give her a pass. If she routinely got too drunk to take care of herself and this was just another example, I would not find this amusing at all. Alternatively, if she intentionally went out and said she was gonna tie one on tonight! and got too drunk to take of herself, I would not find it amusing either. However, Luann almost never gets drunk like this; also, she had spent the day traveling, swimming in the ocean, laying out in the sun, and (according to her on wwhl) drinking tequila which she is not used to, and it caught up to her. Please, hasn't this happened to everyone here who is not a teetotaler? And to see her be able to laugh at herself and be generally loosey-goosey rubber-legged lying in a bush - well, I still giggle to myself when I think about it. And I certainly don't blame her for what happened - life happened!
  20. Did anyone else wonder if Bethenny did something to the slips in the bowl to make sure that they got the lowest numbers, for a hoot (not that she really did)? I sure would have, under the circumstances.
  21. This just might be my favorite post of all time, it's practically Homeric. And for me, I have found Luann almost unbearable to watch over the last year, but the way she handled herself tonight actually endeared her to me again. You've heard the saying, that a drunk (wo)man's words are a sober (wo)man's thoughts? Well, maybe there is a humorous, affable genuine woman under that snooty veneer after all.
  22. I could be wrong, but I thought the cookies were made from scratch; I thought the cookie packages on the table were off-the-shelf packages that the crew were snacking on. And I'm not an Adam apologist, but I think he (and most chefs) tailor their offerings to the time of day (a late lunch where the guests were already getting up from the table and taking a cookie to go) and client (the guests were all over those snickerdoodles!). Then again, maybe I'm just torn by my love for a fresh-baked snickerdoodle and a glass of milk!
  23. Whatever Kathryn's been on has really affected her skin as well. She doesn't act like she's been on meth, but her skin looks like a meth addict's. I'm loving how Jennifer has been taking control. Also, Thomas is clearly furious about Kathryn's lies, his voice was shaking.
  24. Lol, the pictures show that both bedrooms had bedside lighting. I wonder how that was accomplished without outlets... ETA: oops, read further to find that she was just complaining about not outlets in the bathroom. Still, such hardships.
