They have a bit overloaded on the drama and tragedy. We have Paul - we know he is not really sick but others think he has and he is going through horrible times as a result of a criminal assault - Nick in this fraud is causing Paul physical consequences. Can't wait of him to be caught. And for Paul and others to know he isn't sick. Then we have Matt and not only is he tragically dead, this criminal investigation follows. Then there's Amber. Of course this would happen to her. Funny thing is in real life, people would still be floored over Kate being killed. In soap-land, it's such ancient history they hardly remember.

That Nick person! Horrible! Never did I think I'd feel bad for Paul Robinson. What was that in the previews of Naomi kissing him? Missed that one, lol. Cannot wait for Nick to be exposed when it comes to what he did to Georgia. I hope that zip drive exposes him!

I liked this episode, going to the ANZAC memorial. Reminds me of my own visit there. Alf is being a bit silly ; he should be the mature one. Young girls don't like war; what else is new? He expected them to feel and understand things that it is he who should be explaining to them. Where did they get that trench? Maddie and Spencer I don't recall how they stayed in SB; as minors, one would think they could not just do what they wanted. Spencer and his father I don't remember. I thought they were from Queensland, not "the city." At any rate, it did bring to the fore that Maddie and Spencer have not seen their families. MADD's mother going off on Roo was a bit much. They did not establish that there was any relationship between the two of them or duty to report. Maddie's mother did not seem to have made any efforts in all this time to contact Maddie. Hannah is improving a whole lot; caring about others and helping them.

for all the time he has been on the show, it is previously known Alf was a Vietnam War Vet? I'm glad they pay attention to Anzac day, they don't always. Are the Aussie prisons as violent as the US ones - beat ups seem to happen, and prison rape. For some reason I thought they might not be as bad. Braxton-Hicks contractions, oh my!

Speaking of that, my sister watches GH. In fact, she got me watching it in the late 90s. We used to watch it together on her videotapes. Now the technology and time has shifted and I watch it on you-tube and she has DVRs of it. She considerately observes a rule is we can't watch "our" shows if my brother-in-law is in the room. (Our shows are too chick-lit; another one now is Downton Abbey). In spite of this, my BIL still knows of Sonny and Jason and makes fun of them every once in a while. So yesterday, I got a text from her that said, "Something stupid is happening on GH!" So I watched to the end of the week. But there was enough stupid that I didn't know what specific thing she meant. It was Silas leaving the kid alone.

She really does, though at least she was being interested in someone else. And then she was genuinely helpful to Denny. Denny's romances are similar, as she started out like this with Casey. Breaking up with a brand new love interest is not really smart. The men here are soap opera men and so they amazingly put up with it. She rushed it when there was no need to, and he said he'd wait. VJ is stuck with Leah but why any man puts up with her is only explained by them being soap opera men. She's complaining already. Most people would be really grateful they survived. So Phoebe got out of Kyle that he is into family and thought marriage went to support that. I cracked up that he is the last Braxton left. And you'd have thought he grew up with them rather than meeting them a year or so ago. And what man of sense would want to marry Phoebe to have a family? She is volatile and unreliable and likely to go off on tour any time.

Even the she-beast, when she did the same thing to AJ, felt some little remorse about it and apologized and explained her reasoning to his unconscious self as she poured alcohol all over him.

Michael never had these allergies before, but then again they weren't needed for a plot point.

More Brax in prison stuff, what a yawn. I think Zac and VJ should keep it to themselves in that they had no idea what was going to happen, so at some point they would have to move on. There's no way she can expect Zac to have stuck there forever. But then again Leah is always like that. Letting her relationships be about VJ and breaking up with them over something having to do with him. It's almost weird. But you can say the writers made a consistent character trait. The previews - public proposal by Kyle - very dumb. Does he know Phoebe? There's no way she will say yes to that!

Now I see, he gets Paul to want the cancer research center. I suppose he intends to get out of it by telling Paul he is cured. Bailey is really upset. Attacking that memorial was quite the fit of rage. I can see how it would happen though.

Would be interesting to have a guardian in charge of her funds due to her mental incapacity. And then trying to get her rights back from the guardian. She has to go asking "Jay" to advance her more funds. That could be funny. LOL! And then we all come back from the dead when it's finally over! Yes, without the internet, Ron would never know the fans were guessing. IMO soaps are not about surprises. You know what's happening, it's about how it happens or the character reactions to it.

I guess they want me to have sympathy for Maddie and they about succeeded. Chemo no help, Oscar leaves. Though she does have Roo and Mr. Stewart. And they actually got sympathy for Andy. One should feel sympathy for Hannah but it's just not possible, no matter what happens to her. She's such a jerk. Kat is very odd. She can have no love life? I recall Charlie managed to. I think she must have some sort of problem. Great ending with Leah finally waking up.

Yes, or weaken him so he can't function, but then what was he going to be doing that this stops him from doing? It weakens him, so maybe Nick has more room for other machinations. I'm feeling bad for Paul now. Looking forward to this wrapping up and Nick getting caught, for that and for hacking Georgia's Facebook page.

Chris and Nate again on the same issue. There's no such thing as a "work visa" in the US for an auto mechanic. Soap opera law strikes again. Can't believe they killed off Matt. Also can hardly believe Bailey didn't tell Alice the minute he saw her. That's kind of major thing in your life for it not to be the first thing you tell everyone. Good thinking, Lucy. Maybe Chris will just love New York. Plenty of gay men there, too. Obviously chemo would harm a healthy person. I'm forgetting Nick having any motives for this.

Gotta love soap opera men - what a fantasy! Josh cares so much he passes up the chance to have sex just because he wants it to be better than the back of the car for the first time for Evie. Oscar is very strange - I agree, what's the point? I think he has an issue that she may not really be in love with him. But if he's in love with her, why not give it some time and see where it goes? And the other relationships started out slow, too - the ones he is idealizing - Andy/Hannah and Josh/Evie. There's a reason they are more lovey dovey - time. And both those couples already broke up a dozen times, too! How does Brax get such loyalty? Ash, lol. Brax gets to put an end to Denny's love life now? lol how dumb.

So how will the hit and run accident fit in? Maybe Matt will admit what he did talking under drugs. It seems 2 years now they hint the two couples will break up and Brad and Lauren get together. The well Thing was good to be over just before it got ridiculous. Amber and Daniel are still very silly and delusional. Still getting married. OK. Dumb.

Yes, I am glad Oscar's stupidity did not catch up with him! Phoebe looks pretty without all that eye make-up. After all that time in Ricki and Sophie-land, Nate deserves someone who really likes him.

Very pretty also. I like having Kyle's mother in principle, but the character herself appears to be quite a jerk. Why is she coming on to Matt?

Yes, that preview regarding Oscar? Dumb. Why would he want to dump Maddie now? And VJ is another who is in a tragic situation but still such a jerk you get mad at him. The punching bag thing I suppose helped. Sasha, oh please. Really? She can't remember to set an alarm and then blames Matt? I hope he breaks up with her.

Brad being the friend Lauren confides in is not the best idea. I didn't realize Daniel was 22 and Amber 18. They seemed the same age. I predict a break up just because Josh and Imogene are siblings and how else can they have love interests without tons of new characters? And Paige has to have a Brennan as she is related to everyone else. Wherever can they be going on the Georgia/Nick thing? I don't believe Georgia would do anything. Nick sure thinks a lot of himself.

They keep referring to having to prove Brax is innocent. I assume as a common law country, in Australia they don't. Now suddenly Kyle is a new son of Cheryl. Brax and his obsession with "blood" is a bit strange. Didn't Ricki have a "blood" relative, and he sucked big time? LOL Phoebe wondering if she is Queen of the Braxtons.

True, I do not get her attitude. One, she was representing Michael. Two, she had a child with Sonny herself, who has been endangered. I would understand if it was from the viewpoint that he is young and is he sure he wants the responsibility. Or even that this war with Sonny thing might get to him and negatively affect Avery. But really, because he's going to feel guilty because he's depriving Sonny of his rights? At least Michael mentioned the meathook.
