  1. I’ve not been active in reading and posting about this clown show much. Currently, my POV about the show is simple…I ‘very much dislike and distrust the parents, the friend and production’ but yet I still watch the show. However, your ‘own/rent one house/two houses’ comment has peaked my interest. I do know about the father stealing his son’s SS# years ago and that told me ALL I needed to know about this low down dirty dog. But I still want to be current 😉Would you please fill me in or point me to the approx. season and/or episode it was discussed on here. Thank you in advance!
  2. THIS is what I’ve thought all season…he shows no interest in ANY of them, local or distant. He’s also given up referring to them as his children anymore. That’s got to hurt when they watch the shows, even though they know the score. To be reminded every episode that it’s ‘Christine’s kids’ or ‘Janelle’s boys.’ I don’t think he’s uttered the distant kids names this season at all. I can only think of him mentioning Savannah as an aside in Janelle’s front yard. That young woman has been overlooked, it seems to me, her entire life! When Kody is bullying Janelle to do something about ‘HER’ boys or he wants to cut down on the travels of Christine and ‘HER girls,’ he’s proving how much he has disassociated from them. His ass has just plopped down in the mortgaged to the hilt castle and he can’t be bothered to dial a phone to reach THEIR children because he only has 5 now in his mind. Sobbyn’s plans have fallen into place for good, thanks to Kody’s lack of a loving bond with the other children, his laziness, the move to AZ, and Covid, which placed the final nail in the coffin. I’ve NEVER felt Kody had a strong paternal love for the children…I think he enjoyed the attention that came with the arrival of more and more children and wives, much like JB and Meech Duggar. His actions over the years have only cemented my feelings. I remember thinking how much it must’ve hurt his sons to see how ‘in love’ he was with Caleb. It’s all just so damn sickening and I’m glad that the oldest ones know where they stand and got away. Now, Christine is giving herself and the 3 girls a new life and I’m so proud of her. If Kody or Sobbyn had an ounce of care in their bodies, they’d have made certain Sol, Ari and Truely had each other’s company from the beginning of Covid. Truely is the only one of the local children, besides S&A, who was young enough to not feel a huge urge to get outside of the home to hang with friends/work and would have happily stayed home for 2 weeks from the get go if that meant she could see Sol and Ari routinely. It would have helped those 2 children as well. The selfishness of K&R is compounded the more I watch and think about it all. I pray Truely makes new friends quickly in Utah and I’m sure Christine makes it a priority. I want to see what happens when the residents of the Castle have to live on ramen noodles(the edible kind not the ones laying on Kody’s head) and water because they can’t borrow their way out of financial distress unlimited times.
  3. I’m 50 and this applies to me. I’ve really felt this way for about 7 or 8 years. It’s not anything my husband did or didn’t do. Looking back now, I’d say my libido began a slow roll in my mid 30’s. Intercourse isn’t something that I miss honestly. I do appreciate hugs, snuggling and random pats on the butt but I’m good with it and don’t feel as if I’m missing out on anything. Therefore, I haven’t broached the subject with my doctors. Perhaps my chronic illnesses have something to do with it but I’m not so sure that’s all of it. One of my best friends feels the exact same way and is in excellent health. She is a medical professional and knows what her options are but she, like me, isn’t missing it. We are both good with our other passions in life and find happiness in them, as well as in our families. So I can see Janelle maybe feeling this way. She is comfortable in her own skin, in my opinion, and is content to do what makes her happy, even if that includes posting dubious recipes LOL She doesn’t need it from Kody and is probably relieved Kody may not see her that way at this point. I sure as hell was when my husband(12 years older than me) ‘aged out’ of wanting it as often. He’s a scary cat about his own health and isn’t interested in the little blue pill and I’m not complaining 😂
  4. Does he really?! I’ve been off of here for a little while and I have sooo much to read and catch up on 😊
  5. Mykelti looks like she is at least 35 in the first picture 😒 The front of her hair is styled as a pompadour, the color isn’t doing her any favors, her eyebrows are badddd, and the top she’s wearing is fugly. She sits in stark contrast to her mom and sister. I keep hearing ‘which one is these is not like the other???’ in my head.
  6. I agree, as long as she doesn’t seek therapy with Nancy 🙄 She has never impressed me. If it’s Nancy or no one, Christine would be better served to stay home and eat an extra large sheet tray of those questionable peanut butter Fritos 😬
  7. My thoughts: When Dr. Now admitted patients and had them follow his plan, they lost large amounts of weight. In 8 weeks, Tammy should have lost that 100 pounds. Once again, Chris is the voice of reason but he folds too quickly when it comes to Tammy. He should have never picked her ungrateful lard ass up after only 60 pounds. Chris’ wife needs to have thought bubbles above her head when she’s on camera. Brittney has an excellent poker face but I want to know what she is thinking about all that goes on! Chris must treat her well, which I believe he does, but she isn’t enjoying having to deal with Tammy or Amy and I don’t blame her one bit! I really want to hear her thoughts about Tammy and Amy.
  8. I ceased being a Wendy fan by the end of the first episode. I was honestly confused, like the GEB’s, as to why she’s turned into an entirely different person physically, emotionally, and personality wise. For me, her likability tanked swiftly. She’s done nothing thus far to change my mind. My daughter was home for Fall Break this past week and we watched this season’s episodes. She, without knowing my opinion, quickly labeled Wendy an extreme try-hard who wants to be the HBIC. We both agree she is not! If a 19 year old thinks you appear desperate for constant attention and more fame, you aren’t selling it well. 😱 Wendy, do better…be better…take a good long look at yourself…take the time and/or space to find your true self. Your acting skills aren’t very strong and your mask slips multiple times each episode. It’s growing pains for sure and we all experience them, just not always to this extent and on National TV to boot. If this ‘new’ Wendy really is you then stay with it and I’ll know what the score is and react to your presence very little. Focus on developing a plan that will get you out of this ridiculous ‘I am in flux’ costume and into a lovely, jewel toned caftan that flows gracefully as you get to getting 🙌
  9. You are exactly correct! Teresa Guidice(RHONJ) in the first or second season went furniture shopping and paid with wads of cash. She bought her girls several thousand dollars worth of clothing in cash also. Her extreme lack of common sense and her gross habit of flaunting her wealth 24/7 period, but especially so when freaking cameras were rolling, was pure ignorance on behalf of the feckin’ eejits! Juicy Joe not having enough upstairs to give her a run down of how to purchase items without drawing attention to herself and telling her to only shop when the cameras weren’t tagging along was the beginning of the end for them. i tell you, Jenny has ice water in her veins and Cheeto dust on her fingers as she swigs a beer on the bus. Meredith’s smirks and twinkly eyes as she talked to Mary and then the whole group about Jen resulted in the appearance of the Arby’s fluorescent tall hat to appear over her head. It was flashing ‘Brooks-ie is off limits, bitches!’ 😜
  10. Mary, Mary, bug eyed and scary, the proper pronunciation of etiquette IS NOT ett-ih-quit. Perhaps you should focus on improving your command of the English language. You, scammer in the name of Jesus, mispronounce words and form sentences with disjointed thoughts quite often 🙄 You are most certainly not Emily Post or even pretentious Countess LuAnn so sit down and be quiet 🤫
  11. Thanks for reminding me of his additional win! I *thought* he was on two iterations of a Food Network show but was too lazy to look it up LOL
  12. Poor Bear Bryant, he’s been rolling in his grave, wondering who the hell introduced Mary Mary, bug eyed and scary to his beloved houndstooth hat 😳😤🤬
  13. Jason from KY. Winner of his season on Holiday Baking Championship. The thing about it is that it’s obvious Jason learned the idioms at home/in his community while I get the impression(as someone said above) that many of them that Capt. Lee spouts are given to him for use throughout the season. At least Capt. dressed in his whites for the White Party. I don’t care for his tux, I think the cummerbund is a too wide for my taste and I don't love the cowboy boots he wears with it. However, his fugly black shirt he wore last week is horrendous and should be forgotten *under the iron* by Jessica. How long do we think it’s going to take Fraser to go ham on his crew mates who call him Frazier? Better yet, can it pretty please be Heather?! Such a pet peeve of mine to have people make little/no effort to call you by the correct moniker 😡 Add in his displeasure with Heather and the stress he’s feeling and it’s for sure going down. It’s always the little things that are the final straw in a bag full of shit covered hay.
  14. I also cringed when the primary was jumping up and down on the bed(déclassé) and Heather did the same at the foot of the bed. ‘Monkey see, monkey do’ is something I can see as her M.O. with guests this season. Heather is a little too Captain Sandy for my taste. ‘How is the food feeling in our stomach’s?,’ while rubbing hers during the final morning breakfast, was cringe inducing too.
  15. New info. on the tier classification of Jen’s crimes. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-9819361/RHOSLC-star-Jen-Shah-named-suspect-greater-culpability-alleged-5m-telemarketing-scam.html
  16. Agreed. He can’t help it but his nose looks like a limp penis from the side. His looks are unfortunate in my opinion and his genes are strong with his children. Thankfully not the nose part, just mostly the eye area and the weak chin.
  17. MY RESPONSE TO SUNNYBEBE IS BELOW. SORRY, I MESSED UP THE QUOTE BOX AND CANT FIX IT. I can’t bold the first paragraph(messed up my quoting)of Sunnybebe’s post but the answer is ‘no.’ My bonus daughter was married and had two children with someone who was arrested on serious, federal charges regarding drug smuggling about two years after their divorce. When the extent of his crimes was reported on for a few months, she petitioned the court to sever his parental rights, which was granted once the judge was briefed by a federal prosecutor as to what all he had done and that they couldn’t guarantee which, if any charges, he might be found innocent of and that as a ‘free man’ someday, he’d still be allowed to see the children. She got remarried and had two more children with her new husband. When she, new hubby AND the two pre-teen children wanted new hubby to adopt them, they saw the attorney again. They were advised that her current husband shouldn’t adopt them or else the children would have no SS benefits to claim if the felon ‘passed away,’ as those of his ilk who serve their time and are released find themselves targets of the other criminals who he testified against. You get the picture. They were told to petition the court for a legal name change only, which they did and it was granted. Their family of six were officially the ‘Smiths.’ Hand to God, the felon was released several months ago and was killed two Saturday nights ago in a one car ‘accident’ out on a country, dirt road. He’d ‘simply’ run into the embankment on the two lane dirty road and died. He was found the next morning by a motorist. He’s been in the ground less than two weeks. My bonus daughter already has an appointment at the SS Office in mid-April to file for the benefits his children are entitled to. As for Erica and Spencer, the name change of the children, if any, who wanted to do it is what should have happened IMO. Even if they had to petition the court a few times as various children through the years were ready to be called ‘Shemwell.’ It’s a relatively inexpensive fix...less than $500 for filing fees and attorney representation in my bonus daughter’s case. This show is some kind of kooky and I’m being nice about it to stop there.
  18. It looks to me, upon zooming in on the picture, that she’s sporting two nasty, weeping fever blisters on her bottom lip. Surely my middle aged eyes are imagining them because B would never let them be seen. if there was ever another good reason to wear a mask, it’s was this particular moment in time. Sigh, I get them too 😡
  19. Samantha said at one point, while reviewing her medical paperwork, that her weight had changed to x,y,z but that her height of 6’1 hadn’t changed.
  20. I couldn’t agree more about Myrka’s mom. We are Catholic and my mother was the hard nosed parent in our home. I’m #5 of 6 and she made NO bones about it growing up that if we were arrested, don’t waste our phone call ringing home because she and Daddy would provide ZERO assistance. She said that if we got pregnant, or in my brothers’ cases If they impregnated a girl, we were to pack our bags and leave. If we were old enough to play Russian Roulette by having unprotected sex, we were obviously ‘grown’ and would be on our way STAT to whatever nest we could make for ourselves. BC was provided for my older siblings and my younger sister years later but I was a ‘goody two shoes’ and had no need for BC until I was engaged in my 20’s. My oldest brother was arrested, along with a group of friends at the beach one county over, where they were smoking marijuana in the moonlight. It was 1975. My parents were best friends with our county Probate Judge and his wife and their son was friends with my brothers. Long story short, my parents got a call in the middle of the night from the judge, letting them know what was going on and that he was headed over to pick his son up and wanted to know if he had permission to get my brother. All the boys except my brother made a call home and the judge’s son told him just that in his own call home. His son reported correctly that my brother knew not to call home from jail and he had no one else to call so he supposed he’d stay there until he went before a judge. My parents did let the judge bring him home and my 5 year old self can still see my big, strong brother collapsing into my parents arms and crying when he got home that morning. Taught the rest of us a lesson! I guess my brother learned a lesson too...it’s nice to have friends whose parents are in high places LOL My oldest sister got pregnant at 16 in 1976 and my mother told her to pack her bags and gave her $500 to begin her new life. Just as promised...pregnancy is a ticket to your own nest. My sister didn’t want to leave home, she was obviously scared as hell, and Daddy couldn't bear the thought of it so my mother said she could have an abortion and remain in our home. Our Catholic home. Daddy suggested a compromise and they sent her to a home for unwed mothers in New Orleans. We went to visit her every other Sunday. After the baby was born, my sister decided she wanted to keep the baby. When the nun in charge of the home called to tell my parents, my mother packed up her belongings and she and Daddy went to New Orleans and gave her $500 and wished her all the best. Harsh as hell but also true to what we were told. This same sister had another baby by the same guy 17 months later and lived a hard scrabble life for many years. I’ll tell you what, she wound up with 3 daughters of her own and they damn well weren’t teen moms because she laid it out super clear for them...x,y,z is what happened to me when I got pregnant and it was hell! If you think I might feel sympathetic toward you if you get knocked up, think a damn again! Maybe it’ll only take one pregnancy for you to figure it out and wise up instead of the two it took me. Needless to say, the other 4 of us siblings knew that our parents meant business and we minded ourselves quite well. I want to say that my parents loved us all beyond words and provided private school educations, cars(NOT luxury ones though LOL), a fun and laughter filled home, an open door policy for all of our friends(no one of the opposite sex in our bedrooms though), and the knowledge that we were their priority. BUT...break the rules and you know the consequences. When Myrka said her mom told her if she ‘opened her legs for a man, she must be grown,’ I gasped because my Mother used that same crude expression with us girls in private when she was making her point. I agree with those of you who have made the point that the boy’s parents(can’t think of his name) wholehearted welcoming attitude into their home and lives definitely ensured that Myrka didn’t consider any option but raising the baby and I think she should have chosen a different path.
  21. I’m just 🙄🙄🙄 at Kendra literally being barefoot and pregnant. At the TTH too, where I can just *feel* the dirt through my screen. Christina is practically BF&P too, with flip flops on. I wonder if the Caldwell women switch to actual shoes once they can no longer breed for Jesus. See - great grandmother. *I have no issue with flip flops as I live in the Deep South where we can, weather wise, wear them 12 months out of the year. It’s just that Christina has worn them on screen so. damn. much when she’s expecting. It’s almost as though it’s in their ‘jean(skirts)’ 😂
  22. Nate was a pleasure to watch in action on the show! My heart breaks for his family, especially his unborn child. I am glad he included in his final post the part about the pressing need of better mental health facilities, physicians and access to them for those who need help. Especially our veterans suffering from PTSD. Although gains have been made in these areas, much is left to be desired. Maybe one day in the not so distant future, one such post or letter will result in more strides being made swiftly.
  23. I needed this laugh so so so bad, @RealReality 😂 I’m sitting here listening to Hurricane Zeta roar outside of our home, while we have no power and although the calendar says it’s late October, the outside temp says mid August, and the indoor temp, after 4 plus hours of no a/c, says ‘It’s the 4th of July, heifer(the GOAT Mrs. Samuels TM) and it’s only getting hotter and more humid in this place by the second!’ 😩🔥🔥😬 I am using up valuable battery time reading on my phone but the bolded part of your post was worth every bit of going from 89% to 47%! 😂 Thanks for making me laugh so hard my sleeping husband(who can apparently sleep when it’s hotter than hell and the wind is howling and things are hitting the roof) startled awake and asked ‘what’s wrong? Are you crying? Are you ok?’ Which made me laugh even more 🤣
