  1. True. My mother had a day care from when I was 9 until I was about 20. When I moved out of the house I never wanted to see another kid, change another diaper or hear the high-pitched screaming. I never had kids and never regretted it.
  2. At least they are unable to procreate. Can you imagine more of these people?
  3. Dr. Now to Steven when he forces him to look into the mirror. "You don't look human anymore".
  4. Nikki is doing a fabulous job and I'm so happy for her. Her family is lovely and I loved her brother. Keep up the good work Nikki - you are so pretty and have a bright future in front of you.
  5. Not only was Teretha's mother obese, but her daughter was as well. AND her granddaughter was quite chunky. It is a complete cycle of obesity and government assistance in that family. Sadly, this seems to be the way of so many families on this show.
  6. If there is anything I've learned from shows like this (600 pound life, Hoarders, etc.) it is that there are A GREAT DEAL of mentally disturbed people in this country. I do not blame Dr. Now for getting overly aggressive with these people. SOMEBODY has to confront them. They are used to running their own show with no consequences. If they want the help of the medical profession, they have to listen and abide by the rules. Can you imagine being Dr. Now and having to deal with people who ignore his advice and go off their diets after he has spent so much time preparing them for surgery, performing the surgery and then following up? It must be like a slap in the face to him. What appears on the show is only a small part of the whole process. I can only the imagine a day in the life of Dr. Now. I'd lose my temper and b*tch-slap every one of them.
  7. Maybe Steven smuggled the phone in under one of his flab folds. No way the staff would have wanted to stick their hands in there to search him.
  8. I was hoping and praying the cat would get out as well. I was terrified that Steven would either step or fall on the poor animal.
  9. I used to love coconut cream pie. However, after that disgusting fetish display Steven put on, I will never be able to eat another piece.
  10. I've been reading these comments for the past couple hours and I've LOL'd to a point where tears came to my eyes. On a more serious note; the massive quantity of food that James shovels into his pie-hole each day is probably enough to feed an entire starving family in Africa for several days! He is serving no useful purpose as a human being - only consuming resources. Can you imagine somebody who actually is going hungry having to watch this show? Shame on you James.
