  1. A few random observations: The baby fever thing was ridiculous, but at least we can be thankful that neither Spencer nor Aria were pregnant at shows' end. Ending with Mona in Paris should've been it, nobody cares about Addison's disappearance. Mona, crazy as a fox as she was, was still my favorite character. There were a lot of bad wigs in this episode. Loved the Drunk!moms and seeing all of them together again. They were our surrogates who needed alcohol to get through the finale. Where was Mike? Did the Montgomerys forget they had a son? I'm confused about the timeline and the exposition dump. When in the show's timeline did Wren meet Alex? Charlotte was alive and running free to Paris in bad wigs pre-instituatonalization, so it had to be more than 6 years from the finale's timestamp. Alex was a bartender, assuming she was at least 18 or19 at the time? And we are to assume that the "Spencer" who visited Mary in prison asking for help was Alex? I had read about the Twincer theory about a month ago and thought the airport scene with Wren was a big clue. I also thought that Alex was sleeping with Toby, even with the misdirect that she also had a gunshot scar in the same place as Spencer, so I was just looking for confirmation here. I hated that Alex had a British accent (so cliched), and she sounded like a mixture of the Spice Girls crossed with Bert from Mary Poppins. Most of the ep was fan service in the extreme and I probably will not watch another show helmed by IMK.
  2. I actually clapped when she said that to Dream!Aria. I think that's what most of us are thinking about her. She and Ezra deserve each other. Mona was awesome again in her scenes and I don't think she's working with AD - she's trying to solve what's going on, whether motivated by her love of solving evil puzzles or she wants to protect herself from being an accessory. And between Twin Peaks and this show, I'm getting tired of shovels. Didn't miss Ali one bit.
  3. So much going on in the 2 part finale but here are some random thoughts: I had to wonder - did they wind up curing Barnes or was he one of the 10% who couldn't be cured? Bye, Lee - don't let the Metro North train door hit you on the way out. Can we get a better love interest for Jim who isn't Lee? Speaking of love, Bruce and Alfred were heartwarming. Although he was dead for a few minutes, we have to remember that in the future, Alfred is alive and well. I enjoy Penguin and the Riddler's dance of death and have to wonder how long he'll remain frozen. Won't really miss Fish - but I think she's really gone. I don't want to see Tetch and his rhymes anymore, I found him to be the most annoying of this season's villains. Harvey remains one of my favorite characters I remember when Donal Logue used to do those "Jimmy the Cabdriver" skits on MTV back in the early 90s and hung out with Greg Dulli from the Afghan Wigs.
  4. What confused me about Lucas not being AD after all (and still a sucker for Hanna), was the last task that AD had Hanna do with the Japanese investors and the short kimono dress. Had Caleb not been in the hospital, what would Lucas have told Hanna? Guess, what, they really don’t exist? I suppose she would find out eventually like she did tonight. Does this does clear Lucas from suspicion b/c if he was working with AD, wouldn’t AD have known that the Japanese investors didn’t exist? Why have Hanna go to the trouble of wearing an outfit to that would certainly offend, only to go to the meeting and find out they didn’t exist? She never completed the task so we’ll never know. This all makes my head hurt. I really enjoyed last week’s episode that Troian directed so this one was a big letdown with another red herring AD, too much Ezzria, and too much Emison with their icky baby storyline. And Spencer behaving recklessly with Marco, don’t get me started. The Twincer theory is getting more credible by the week. Please use more Mona, she was the bright spot in this episode and now that she’s in to help defeat the game, we need more of her brains. Despite the horrible stuff Mona did in the past, she’s my favorite character.
  5. They should've called the first part "Henry has 4 Mommies (and a daughter)." Between the two Reginas, the Black Fairy and Emma, no wonder he's all confused about what is real, lol. The best part was Gold/Rumple killing his mother b/c he realized she would always be manipulating him to get what she wanted and he wanted revenge on what she did to Belle. Gideon getting a second chance at childhood made no real sense, but whatever. Part of me wishes this had been a series finale since the Charmings were the central story of the show and the themes are getting rinsed and repeated ad- nauseaum. And was it a coincidence that the painting of the dinner at Granny's looked like The Last Supper?
  6. Random Questions: What was up with the crying baby noise at the beginning? Just to drive Spencer nuts? What was the Hanna doll filled with that looked like blood - food coloring? That was so disgusting when Hanna sliced it open to retrieve the kimono dress. Will we ever find out how Lucas' meeting went? Random Thoughts: I agree with whoever said Hanna could've altered the dress or paired it with leggings so her spicy tuna roll was covered. And then she didn't even wind up going to the meeting b/c Caleb got gassed. A.D thought of everything, booby trapping the game so anyone who messes with it gets hurt. Cyberspy!Aria was funny and her roughing up Sydney was hilarious. I like Spencer and Det. Fury together, but of course they have to tragically kill Yvonne and have Spencer right there when Toby falls apart. Spoby Forever! UGH Didn't miss Ali at all in this ep. I'll be glad when this show is over. Sometimes I wonder why I still watch it.
  7. I think it's on purpose. It shows that they really haven't grown up at all or any maturing they did those 5 years away from Rosewood was instantly gone when they are being manipulated by A.D. I sometimes have to remind myself that they are supposed to be 23, not 18. Mona and Paige seem to be the only ones who've matured yet they are more on the periphery.
