  1. Thank you, thank you for that laugh!!!!! I needed it.
  2. I'm not sure if it had to do with the illness that caused her voice issues or not but it was very, very noticeable. I loved seeing her though she had some great hits back in the day. Singing along to her performance of "That Don't Impress Me Much" was a good trip down memory lane. I do prefer her with darker hair though.
  3. I hate the way she acts towards Joy. I think I'm done with The View for a while. I liked Elisabeth, Nicole, Candace, Paula and Jedediah but I can't get into Meghan. I tried but she leaves me cold. She has almost no sense of humor and seems like she is in constant battle mode. She even stinks up Whoopi-Free Fridays for me. Jeers to those at ABC who thought she'd be a good host. I can't imagine the "feedback" to her is overwhelmingly favorable.
  4. It wasn't mentioned. I will really miss Nicole. She's one of my all-time favorite females on DAYS. I'm glad we got to experience Eric and Nicole again but it was much too brief. I would have rather had her and Eric have their last romp quietly knowing that she was going to leave town. This ripping both them apart has been painful to watch. Both of those characters are so loveable to me. And I really, really don't want Eric with Jennifer but it seems like that will happen.
  5. You are so right. They really dropped the ball on that sequence. I'm sure on Thursday and Friday it will still be Eric's birthday. LOL!
  6. It was a rat. That scene was recreated from the 1962 movie, What Ever Happened To Baby Jane staring Joan Crawford & Bette Davis. They did a great job with that. Adrienne's laugh and Maggie's scream was pure magic. It was funny as hell. And Adrienne looked awesome in those scenes.
  7. She did. She bonded with Joy over being Italian. She was a fan of Whoopi's movies. And she hung out with Sunny and Sara. Most importantly she knew how to have fun with the ladies. I don't see that with Meghan yet.
  8. Too funny. I guess different strokes for different folks.
  9. James Read is so disgusting as Clyde. It's hard to believe that he played the lovingly, adorable George in my all-time favorite mini series, North & South. But you are correct. Today is the first time I saw some redeeming qualities in Clyde. Ben started off as a good guy, Clyde was scum from the start. That was my one problem with their scenes. I like most were waiting for them to get back together. I have been team Eric and Nicole for a long time. I just wish they would have told Brady before they jumped into the sack. With Eric being a former priest and Nicole being reformed, I expected and wanted better behavior from those two. Brady has been a bit of a jerk lately but he has been good to Nicole. Plus, he has suffered tremendously in the love department of late. Madison, Kristen, Melanie and Theresa all were dramatic fails so I feel bad for the guy.
  10. Sharon is so delusional. How can she go on camera talking on ad on about how unattractive Harvey Weinstein is when she is married to Ozzy? She has some nerve. Based on looks alone, Harvey beats Ozzy Osbourne in that department by leaps and bounds.
  11. I'd love if they somehow redeemed Ben. He was a good guy until Abigail did what she did. And I'd love, love to see more of Xander. Why they don't make this smoking hot guy a regular cast member is beyond me. Clyde can stay far, far away unless they show him suffering or being beaten to a pulp by a cell mate! I haven't had so much disgust for a DAYS character in quite a while. He is/was repulsive!
  12. Nothing against aging naturally, it just looks like she didn't even try those two days. It was very shocking to see what I saw then verses the last time I saw her. In her defense I forgot that she played a younger character than her real age when she was on 90210. Just, wow! Sharon is a bit of a hypocrite though.
  13. Anyone remember if that clip they kept promoting of Karen rocking out to Fox News on her headphones actually aired on this episode. I don't remember seeing it.
  14. What is up with Vanessa Marcil from the last two episodes? For someone known for her beauty she looked like she came in the clothes she slept in. I've never seen her look so frumpy.
  15. Did anyone mention on the show that today is Barbara's 88th birthday?
  16. I never knew that Julie was an "other woman".
  17. from that Dail Mail article, It's amazing how people just write lies for no good reason. Jedediah shared much about her life. She often talked about her Italian heritage and family, her boyfriend, romantic life, being a teacher, an only child and many other subjects. The way the producers at The View constantly fire people is such crappy treatment to their employees. Like someone stated above, they are the ones that need to be fired.
  18. Probably because her celebrity brings a lot to the show. Her star power, her celebrity connections and she was largely responsible for bringing the ratings back up. Plus, I think the show would suffer major backlash if she was not let go in the proper manner. Even though I would miss her, it is time for her to move on.
  19. Sami is the only person on that list who creates major sparks on Days. Kristen has that spark and then some which is why she is constantly brought back. Are you saying John and Sami slept together? If so, I don't remember that.
  20. I remember that day he was helping Hope and Rafe but I never saw any of the other things mentioned. Thanks a lot, DisneyBoy for the recap.
  21. I like Rafe as well. Then again, I like almost everyone on the show. Back to Rafe, I will say that I don't want him with Hope. They are very lacking in chemistry.
  22. Isn't Eli much too young and lacking in the experience department for that position? Plus he admitted how he doesn't always follow the rules.
