Wanting a couple on a soap to have sex and romance makes you a creep now? Things have sure changed since I started watching soaps in the 80s I guess. I want this couple to get down and if that makes me a creep so be it. GH has become so bad at sex scenes though. Jex is considered the height of passion these days.

Yeah it’s not cynical to assume she’s only off to this celeb rehab because of the press, it’s just rational. I don’t hate this girl and I hope she gets her act together but she very likely ruined someone else’s life because of her selfish destructive behavior. Saying she wasn’t in control is meaningless- our legal system thankfully still finds culpability in those who chose to impair themselves. I hope this results in jail time because harsher sentences are the only way people will take this seriously. I was happy to see SB and Ingo go, but I can only imagine what NLG would be be saying if they had done this. So I agree she’s a hypocrite.

Exactly. It’s an intentional act, and shouldn’t be called a mistake. That’s downplaying it and NLG should know better.

Ick they’re going for a triangle here aren’t they? The writers have 3-4 stories in their bag of tricks and they already did the creepy paternity one so of course they’re heading in this direction.

I’m with Spencer on everything - his being upset about Cam leaving, his hatred for Esme and distrust of her. He’s right about all of it. I don’t know what story the show is trying to tell though, and his hyper focus on Esme makes me worried they’re destined for a triangle with Trina. Honestly at this point I would rather see a Joss/Dex/Esme triangle even though Dex is super lame, because I want to see Joss lose.

I really like WL as Cam, and think he has a great natural chemistry with Becky, Genie and NAC and some good potential chemistry with Avery Pohl. But having him onscreen so infrequently is a detriment. They can’t write him a big story when they’re only going to have the actor when he’s on break from school. I hope they take advantage of his summer break but at this point it would probably be better if they could get someone permanent. Not that casting always hits it out of the park, because I totally agree that the guy playing Dex is a charisma free block of wood. No idea why this show thinks the best story for a brand new popular young couple who barely kissed is to try and get custody of an infant. It’s so boring.

I almost wish Nina was the monster they say she is, and that she dangled the donor in front of them like that. The Carly’s are just unbearable. If GH were a normal show this would lead to Liesel forging some sort of peace and relationship btwn Willow and Nina but I don’t even want that anymore. Willow is just so awful that what I want is for Nina to have some improbable late in life pregnancy. Come on Sonny’s sperm are magical, they can do it.

In NYC at least that’s the title you start out at. There are many many ADAs. PC only has 4 lawyers total though so who knows. As good as NAC is, I’m a little annoyed that Spencer is acting like Nikolas only slept with Esme because of Ryan. He still betrayed you, no one made him or even had to try hard. Esme barely put in any effort. But I guess we are supposed to think everything would be rosy btwn them had Esme never appeared? He said himself he’d still be in Europe tooling around. I know all this is hyped up because we are supposed to believe Nikolas is dead but I don’t buy that for one second. So Liz confesses and gets a deal to avoid jail. Good she can stop fretting about her guilt and start fretting about Heather coming after her for revenge. Not sure what it is that makes Austin so calmly ok with helping Ava hide a murder she committed, but I kind of dig it.

I think I hated everyone on todays episode except Sonny (how the heck did that happen) and Sasha and the hot detective. I love how often Sonny tells Michael to stop being such a whiny brat these days. So Joss was so horrified and disgusted by Nina keeping Sonny from his small children for a few months but she’s gonna be fine keeping him away from them the rest of their lives? She’s such a hypocrite. Dex’s story has to be a cover - he’s way too invested to just be a mercenary. Drew is now in full on Ryan Lavery self-righteous mode. I had forgotten how he used to talk down to Kendall and act like he was better than her. He has zero compassion for Nina. Hate him and all the Carlys.

I like the idea that Heather was so disgusted by Ryan ordering his own daughter to sleep with Nikolas that she wanted him dead. But what was her plan in escaping with him? What was her end goal when she took Esme to Wyndamere? Ryan having been behind Esme all along, as far back as her going to boarding school with Spencer, wraps everything up in a neat little bow, but doesn’t make much sense if you look too closely. I love Ava’s hatred for him though and hope she does some real damage. Now that Laura and Kevin know Esme is his niece, I assume she and the baby will move in with them. No need for a custody trial with Nikolas gone. This storyline wrapped up very strangely but it’s been a fun few days. Also thought Trina and Spencer were surprisingly hot in their kissing scene. And I liked his not wanting to take advantage of her or have their first time together be because she wants a distraction. The show won’t bother exploring this but Spencer should have his own hang ups and insecurities about sex. The only experiences he’s had were with a con artist using him as a mark, who then slept with his dad.

Wow I managed to forget Rory existed until I saw this. Friday was another good soapy day. And Trina telling Spencer to get her out of there felt like the start of a classic soapy teenage story. Actually excited to see this couple happen. I know Austin isn’t going to die at Heather’s hands, er Hook, but also wouldn’t at all be surprised if he did and RoHo was immediately brought back as yet another character. But also suspect as others have mentioned that she’ll snag him to take on the run to deliver Esme’s baby.

Minus Luke, I like everyone on that cover! Amazing no Carly, mini-Carly or Michael.

I would love to see Joss try and threaten Spencer. His reaction would be priceless. I wish this campus had their own gossip girl so Joss could be put on blast. But I’m happy Cam said all the things and did it without stooping to her level.

They have to be super careful and can’t talk in the hallway in case Sonny finds out. Which is why she let dumb Dex answer her door shirtless. She’s an idiot.

Apparently fans of the couple see them as a young Carly & Jason which…is not how I remember Carly and Jason. I always felt like he barely tolerated her back then. I truly despise Joss, whose selfishness is infinite. I want to believe that Dex’s secret is something that would hurt her but he’s against Sonny so that just puts them on the same side.
