  1. Wow...didn't think I'd find another HBO listener on these forums. Really miss it being on regularly, but glad they're doing it at least monthly again .
  2. Came here specifically to see if someone else thought this 🤓
  3. It's very confusing sometimes when they show the flashbacks - especially remembering what decade they're in - is it the 70s, 80s, 90s?
  4. Agreed. Zero flashbacks is what made this episode for me. All of the Kate/Toby stuff the last few episodes has been great.
  5. The Rome story line is so ridiculous. Him staring down the water fountain and having flashbacks was beyond cheesy - like something out of the film Crash. And I totally didn't see the old teacher being the current dean coming at all 🙄
  6. The video had nothing to do with his dyslexia. It was a commercial for a karate studio that they showed in a previous season - his mom was dating the owner at the time, so he got free lessons and got to be in the commercial.
  7. This season was ok, but nowhere near as good as the previous three. I really liked Casey and Evan together, so I obviously didn't like that they didn't get back together or how little screen time he had. There was too much Zahid - he's a great character, but works much better in small doses. Didn't like what they did with Paige either. And the Antarctica story line was far fetched.
  8. Did anybody read the article about the ranking of the post-Friends series? I don't think I've ever read anything that poorly edited. https://www.primetimer.com/features/every-post-friends-tv-series-ranked
  9. This was the best episode of SNL in a long time. There wasn't anything particularly outstanding, but it's rare for me to laugh at every sketch.
  10. My favorite line from this episode was when Orly asked her Dad if he was ok, and he answered "I'm mad fine". I really like this show, except for Holly Hunter - she's not funny, and her character seems so out of place.
  11. The only way to redeem that scene for me would've been if his Mom turned into a zombie, attacked him, and he woke up screaming 🤓
  12. Ugh, was disappointed they resorted to a flashback. What is this, This Is Us? Fast forwarded through all of those scenes.
  13. Mulaney's monologue was gold - I've watched it at least 5 times already and laugh just as much as I did the first time. Same with The Toilet Seat Ejector.
  14. Did anyone else notice how much makeup Ron Livingston was wearing to make him look younger during the 9/11 scenes? I usually wouldn't notice, but it was so overdone. I didn't mind the 9/11 stuff involved in the story, but the "We Will Never Forget" screencap at the end was really weird.
  15. She always has to ruin everything she makes by putting one too many ingredients in it. The mint with the grape lemonade, the lemonade she made a few weeks ago that she put jalapeno in, the Greek guacamole (YUCK!) - and then she has to put cilantro in everything too.
