  1. I'm so happy Ross and Co. are back in my life. I agree totally about the hair, I can't believe they let AT get a cut and do the whole hair extensions thing with the show being renewed. They just look different, and shorter. Also, I feel like I saw a sideburn drawn on with makeup. Sometimes, ok most of the time, I wish this show had a glossy finish but this is my first Masterpiece show so maybe they all look like this. Either way, everyone lives to ride another horse and tell another lie. Graham's imagination isn't close to as sordid as mine, so I've been been reading some interesting Poldark fanatic, to, um, fill in some blanks!
  2. I saw this a few days ago and, imho, I thought it was excellent! http://www.racked.com/2015/4/3/8337381/outlander-returns-starz
  3. I came on to check to see if anyone had any inside scoop of Sam is featured at all in the new People mag "Sexiest Man Alive" issue. I hope so, to maybe introduce some new fans to his work and to Outlander!
  4. Thanks Silje for clarification. I have a lot of Norwegian friends with impeccable "American" accents, they claimed they learned a lot from "Friends" :) When I lived in France 15 years ago, everything was dubbed. Maybe since Germany dubs they may too and add in the pride of language stuff for good measure!
  5. That's funny because I don't get that vibe at all through all of the interviews I have watched/read. I usually feel like she seems a little distant/cool with him but I have no basis for saying this, just one of those YMMV moments.
  6. On the subject of dubbing, I always got the impression that if you were in Norway for example and got Outlander via a satellite service (ex. SKY), it would not be dubbed. But it would be if it were shown on a regular channel it would be? Like others above I would think the viewer is really missing it if they aren't getting the full experience in voices.
  7. This episode has stayed on my DVR so that my 4yo son and niece can watch the "Disney Dancers" over and over. Ranting with the crickets at this late date but adding my Donny irritation that he boasted that he was the voice of Shang in Mulan. No. BD Wong was the voice of Shang, and you were the singing voice of Shang in one song maybe two? Drives me nuts every time I hear him say it!
  8. Twopper here... I am so happy to have an organized, polite place to discuss RPDG with *sickening* abandon with the demise of TWoP. My money is on Bianca, I think... Or, maybe Courtney's strategy (?) of laying low early will pay off. I'm sure Ru would LOVE to have a queen who is gorgeous, funny, genial, and talented (and some international flair doesn't hurt) be the winnahh!!
