  1. And here's what Natalie Zea told TV Guide (her comments about her new hair are pretty hilare).
  2. Fashion show at lunch! (Agreed on that green/gold horror.)
  3. ...Now David Clarke is evil? He's such a simpering bonehead; could we just not have to care about him either way?
  4. It felt like yet another up-sell of Will and Alicia's Great Lurve. I liked the framework of the episode, using the speech, but the flashbacks -- never mind that terrible outfit and wig, which I know was intentional, but still: oofah -- seemed like just more of the show 'shipping Willicia, and I'm still over it.
  5. Here's what I wrote about it!
  6. I just saw Linus Roache's buttcrack. This isn't a complaint, I'm just kind of annoyed that apparently I have to watch the show now?
  7. I think Malaya is going to be a star of some kind. She has an energy I can't discount, but -- with the understanding that I didn't see the performances last night -- she has consistently been all over the place with pitch, not "hearing" songs emotionally, and young in general, and that's not a bad thing; it's appropriate. But if she had come in in three years, she'd have owned it from wire to wire. I just think right now she's very unfocused.
  8. Yeeaaaaah, I know. My thing is that the bad attitude is not "new." She's been a horse pill since Amaro showed up, and while I'm sympathetic to that, it's not fun to watch.
  9. And here's what Trip wrote about it!
  10. Show of hands: Amaro is stalking Maria and she called Benson to get him to quit it, y/n. Show of hands the second: Rollins should have quit in disgrace to make room on the squad for one of my TV boyfriends, The Logue, y/n. (Better yet, Benson quits in disgust. Rollins is a moron but I don't mind her.)
  11. So, I guess they're setting Malaya up to win? Thank God I was on a plane for this performance because if that's the vibe it gave off, I may have to re-quit the show. Though based on her performances prior to tonight, I find that ending very difficult to envision. @Kim, I'm with you on Alex, but he looks like a hipster vole, and I wish that weren't a problem, but that's not the world we live in.
  12. Also any episode that involves an Angel flashback where we hear his "Irish" accent. Oh God -- "for it is Oi, Potato Lad." Anger-makingly terrible.
  13. "TRY to sing in tune" is how he always phrases it...as though perhaps they can't. Something about that is so touching to me. "Think about attempting not to suck." Pleased to see his hair dye seems to have rinsed down a few notches. Last week was scary.
  14. Although unconventional-materials challenges are BECOMING convention for this show. Boo.
  15. MY harsh reality is Nazanin Boniadi's sexwear. What's with the elbow patches over the breasts?
  16. That is the most painful sing-off I can remember. I was knifing around on the couch all "CUT HER OFF LIKE THE OSCARS ORCHESTRA AIIEEEEEE"
