I agree! Vanessa herself said in an interview, that her family got along really well with Nick, so it shows that Nick did try to get to know her family and her life in Montreal, & they did go to his sister's wedding in Winconsin, but I just feel at the end, Nick & Vanessa didn't have much in common(different friends, lifestyles) & weren't able to work at the end. I just hope they can remain good friends, & find their own love & happiness at the end.

I think that's kind of unfair to say. At least Nick made the effort to go to Montreal and get to know her family. Who knows, maybe Vanessa is not the easiest person to live with either. She seems like a perfectionist, who has to have everything her way. Nick looked defeated around Vanessa. Maybe it was best they end as friends and call it a day.

Mabinogia, just echoing everything you just said! Don't get the hype at all about Peter! I love Nick, and I get people have different tastes, but don't understand the hype about Peter.

He flew to Montreal for a day just to support Vanessa, & think that is very sweet of him. Hope the breakup rumors are not true, will be very sad if Nick goes through another breakup! :(

I think he is very cute, charming guy and don't get all the negative reaction against him, either he's "boring", or a "jerk". I'm glad there are more Nick fans here!
