As awesome as Deeks speech to Hetty was it'll all be forgotten next week and she will contain to be the most awesome operative the world has ever seen. Ugh, I'm so over her. As others have mentioned before, what about Duggan's shooting, what about Whiting, is the FBI at ask in trouble for killing an unarmed man who is identifying himself as a fellow federal agent (and a rather high ranking one at that)? Whenever I go to Sonic I keep saying I'll try their burgers (they llok good), and I end up with the same thing: chili cheese dog and chili cheese tater tots with an oceanwater. It used to be the frito pie but the stupid Sonic's here stopped carrying them. I am still angry about that!!

Well, I watch Riverdale and lurk in the forums here and there's a ton of people who think Archie is not fully formed at all. And truthfully, Jughead has not been featured much. Right now the show is the Betty & Veronica (with a side of Cheryl) Hour. They're probably the only one's who seem multi-dimensional. (And I like Archie, not a very popular opinion it seems.) The Pussycats (Josie, Melody and Valerie, thank you Wikipedia) probably have had more screentime total than Jughead (definitely more than Reggie), which is a little surprising based on the comics. They didn't interact much with the Archie characters, unless it was a story where they were featured. I do have a suspesion they and/or the Mayor, aka Josie's mom, will be more heavily featured later. Robin Givens is playing her and I would think they'll play up that name recognition. Right now she's only had a couple of brief cameos. I know this has been mentioned before, but one of the best shows for diversity (IMO) on a major network is The Good Place. I'm going to be supre pissed if they cancel it.

Are they matte? I looked and couldn't tell. I really, really can't stand matte.

One of the Pussycats was black, I thought it was Melody!! Whoops. (In my defense I am 42 years old. it's been awhile!). I remember Chuck having a girlfriend, but really vaguely. I don't think she was featured much. And honestly I barely remember the Coach being in the comics, didn't realize they kept that parental angle. I do think it's sad that they have taken the biggest minority character in the strip and turned him into a complete dick.

Yeah, I find Riverdale weird.. On one hand the comics had, if I remember right, two black characters - Chuck and Melody. The show kept Melody and Chuck black, made the mayor, Josie, the other Pussycat, and Mr. Weatherbee black ( the coach is black as well, I just don't remember if he was in the comics). Additionally, they cast as Archie, the male lead, with an actor who is half Maori and cast Reggie with an actor who is half-Indonisian. Now Archie definitely is supposed to be white, not sure about the tv-version of Reggie. On the other hand, Josie and the Pussycats only have ever interacted with Archie (to be fair, the comic Josie et al never really interacted with the main group that much either) and the only time they've shown Chuck is this past episode and made him the quasi-leader in some sex point club that rates the women of the high school and slut-shames them. Sigh...

Oh gosh, purses!! I have so many I haven't used some of them. I tend to switch purses on a daily basis, lately I've used a Coach Nomad in a oxblood/purply color. That, my black Brahmin, and cream Furla are my go to's for the past few months. I'll probably rotate them out in a little bit. I got a brown Dooney that I adore - I need to use that one again. One bag that I didn't spend a whole lot on and I always get compliments on is a coated canvas Oscar de la Renta when they did a specialty line for TArget awhile back. People love that bag.

Yeah, I can see this flying, to some degree, where I'm at. A great football player + well respected coaches son + white boys doing the same thing = yeah, boys will be boys. Maybe they need to be told that's not what you should do, but it'll probably be okay as long as you keep winning. Also, I think that its telling we only saw a part of the book. With books like that, I think typically the untouchable girls aren't listed/approached. Right now, the only untouchable girl we've seen is Cheryl. Betty is cute but not a-list. Veronica is to new. Josie isn't really a fleshed out character. Nothing thus far tells us that Polly was a-list. That being said, I'm pissed they made Chuck a jerk. He was my favorite in the comics!!!!

Ehh, count me with the ones liking it. This week is a marked improvement over last week and I like the pace (thus far). I do agree that was a sad little sheer routine, though I really like the version of "Sugar, Sugar" I also really like Archie (which is funny because he irritates me in the comics). I think he's got chemistry with both actresses. I also don't mind Grundy being aged down. If you take out the stator rape (which is completely asinine), her being younger doesn't really matter that much. Sleeping with a teenager? Now that's a big, effing deal. Chick needs to go to jail.

While the rogue CIA agents were off their rocker, I'm actually a little gobsmacked that TPTB actually put it out there that a lot of this was of the NCIS own doing. Both here and OG version like to get into a lot of shit they have no business being involved in, not trust and deliberately sideline those who actually should be there (Gibbs likes to do this A LOT!), interesting that they actually said there may have been quite a few thinks FUBAR'd due to them. Chickens came home to roost a little.

I grew up on Archie (early 40's here), every once in awhile I'll pick up a double digest at the check out line, and this is not the Archie I grew up on. But that's okay. As much as I love that comic it probably wouldn't make great tv. I thought this was pretty good. It's gonna be a learning curve for me to get used to, but that's fine. Beats anything else on at the hour. I will say there's something about Veronica that's throwing me off. Not sure what it is.

So I'm not quite sure where to put this question, but I'm going on my first , real, actually fun vacation this weekend. I'm going to be on a boat in the Caribbean and won't dock until Monday. HOW AM I GOING TO WATCH THIS SUNDAYS SHOW??????? I'm trying to find a way to stream it live on the boat. Can you get cable on a cruise? Satellite? Help...... me......:(

I do like my fast food (Big Macs and Whoppers! and Taco Bell!!), but Jack in the Box doesn't hold up to my childhood memories either. I treid it again about a year ago after almost 30 years. It did not live up to the memories. Very sad.

Magneto is hard - he's such a colossal asshole but the actors are amazing. And while Charles gets the brunt of his "freindship" he's pretty shitty to Mystique. Chick has been his loyal follower/enforcer/cheerleader and took the serum shot for him. What does he do? Steps over her human form, naked as a jaybird and says dismisses her "Such a pity" (or something like that).

I'm not a big cookie person (and definitely no chocolate chip) but I do love me some oatmeal sans raisin. And I also got the best cookies from Fresh Market last week. Almond pillow cookies! They were amazing I paid $5 for 10 cookies and ate 8 of them in about 15 minutes.

So I've been really neglectful I giving an update but here you go. The Stila is... okay. I actually don't notice much difference between it and the Maybelline Colour Tattoo. I haven't tried it without the primer mixed in, maybe it'll be different, but right now, not really worth it.
