Did anyone else at first think that the arrest of the sports coach was somehow retaliation for the total ban on immigration that Kirkman enacted last week? That was the first thing I said to my friend during that scene: "they've just banned all immigration and somehow US athletes are still welcome at sporting events in Russia? Seems unlikely". Weird that the immigration thing wasn't mentioned at all - not just in this context but in any context.
