Also, season 2 episode 7, when Lorelia and Rory are at Lukes, Luke takes Rory's cup to pour her coffee, and it cuts back to Rory and the cup is still on the table

In season 2 episode 3, when Lorelai, Rory and Max are at lukes someone sets down 3 red coffee cups but a couple seconds later they are drinking out of blue coffee cups, then it switches back to red
