I said Washington Monument just to have a guess even though I knew that couldn’t possibly be it since due to Hamilton the Musical I know that Eliza Hamilton was involved with getting it built, which would have been mid-1800s.

Was she the one who didn’t even bother to do the challenge and just kept giving random amounts of coins? Whoever that one I hated them. It’s like some people see the word “math” and their brains turn to goo. Even though the task was no more difficult than “give me 2 quarters worth of nickels.”

The Dune question confused me because I thought it was asking for the name of a real planet that Dune was based on. Not the real name of the planet in the book. 🤦‍♀️ For FJ I thought they meant the quote inspired Neil Armstrong but that didn’t help get the answer. I also said Magellan just to say something but I had no idea. Even had I connected the quote to Star Trek there is no way I’d have made the leap to Captain Cook.

That math task was so simple. I liked how some teams just flew right through it.

I definitely remembered seeing those stairs before! Googling it I see it was season 2 of the Amazing Race Australia. They had to walk down and up a certain number of stairs to arrive at a particular location.

I don’t get why Cirie is even supposed to be so good. When she had an automatic duo in Jared they had power together but by herself she’s useless. She seems like the ultimate floater. Ugh, just when the season was starting to actually be good. Jared is such a complete douche. I really hate that Cerie and Jared are both in the house. Aha! That’s why the name Hemingway came to me when I saw that name in the clue! I had no idea Hemingway had four wives but as soon as I saw Gellhorn, Hemingway popped right into my mind. I thought it was a random guess but I must have subconsciously remembered that movie.

In round 3 of the Veto comp Jag got 17. He has a diary room comment saying he got a low score of 17 but maybe Felicia can get a worse one. Then Josh Duhamel tells Felicia she needs to beat 63 to stay in, she gets 47 and she was out! WTF!? How did no one notice that blatant error?

I knew instantly who they wanted for FJ but could not pull his name out of my brain in time! My answer was “The guy who created the Statue of Liberty! Damn what’s his name? The French guy!” The funny thing is I remember this clue being a FJ in the past and I couldn’t remember his name then either!

Except “Ghosts” is funny! One of the best and smartest currently running network comedies.
