I don’t remember the first three seasons being sci-fi supernatural. I really don’t like that they seem to have added that. If that’s the direction this show is going, I’m out. I want a well-written atmospheric detective mystery, not supernatural x-files style shit like so many shows seems to be these days.

What the fuck was that? The finale felt like a completely different type of show.

I’m 41 and I thought it was stupidly easy and was shocked none of them knew it. Today’s FJ was an instaget. I felt bad for Sophia but that’s why you have to read the clue! She would have won if she read what they were asking for.

I had no idea that Pele died in 2023 (I didn’t even know if he had even been alive in 2023 or not) but it was the only name I could think of that combined “Brazilian” and “superior” so went with it.

I was so confused to the timeline because of the recasting of the boys. First I thought I missed an episode, so re-watched the end of the previous one to make sure, then I thought they did another time jump and it was already the 2000s, until they said Diana's death had been so recent. Really terrible casting job there.

Can I get extra credit for pre-guessing “Stonewall” as soon as I saw the FJ category!!? Earlier today I was watching a video for work in which Obama had dedicated the Stonewall National Monument in 2016 so when I saw the category name I said to myself, “It would be really hilarious if of all places they asked about Stonewall.” 😲🤣🤣🤯 I think I need to buy a lottery ticket

I immediately thought of American, United and Delta, and thought the fourth (and youngest) was JetBlue. I always forget that Southwest even exists!

Damn, musicals and the Oscars are both my best categories but I could not pull either of those two titles out of my brain! I got stuck on immediately thinking “Chicago” and couldn’t get anything else.

What's inexplicable to me is how some viewers just don't seem to see how condescending and rude Bruce is, especially towards the women. Everyone was thrilled when he was gone, it wasn't just Katurah that wanted him out.

I thought it was refreshing to hear some actually honesty when a team loses! Of course they must be feeling terrible, it annoys me when teams always fake happiness when being eliminated.

Aw I was so sure the FJ answer was Creole and was proud of figuring it out. 🫠 Never would have ever got Esperanto.

I thought he did pause after those two, and when nothing else was said ruled them incorrect.

Wow I had not a clue for FJ. I never made the realization that it was an animal and could not think of what human would have fathered 100 kids by age 14. All I could think was maybe some kind of Middle Eastern prince? Or an emperor somewhere? As soon as the answered was revealed it was a real head-smacking “duh! Of course!” moment.

Well that FJ was the most insta of instaget for me since I walk past that building multiple times per week! 🤣

Someone on this episode, I think it was Corey, definitely said the Express Pass had to be used on either a Roadblock or Detour.

Right before Tribal I thought to myself that the edit Bruce has been getting the whole season fits perfectly in line with a doofus who leaves with an Idol in their pocket, so maybe it’ll actually happen? Woohoo! I’ve never had such a wild 180° turnaround on someone like I did Emily. I really disliked her the first couple episodes but she is now my favorite player and it does seem like the edit is setting up her to be the winner. I laughed so hard at Kellie’s head turn when Bruce got his first vote.

Todd is seen as negative because he treats Ashlie like crap. From blaming her for missing the sign to his terrible attitude on the ski task. He really comes across as a dick. A team would have had to be able to pass another going up the stairs, either by pushing past or from the leading team having to let them pass, otherwise the first team there could have just put their arms out to the side and leisurely walked up in no rush.

I thought FJ was so obviously Peter Pan that it was almost too easy and couldn’t think of anything else it could possibly be. I’m shocked only one of them got it correct.

I don't think you can do that after the votes have been cast. Otherwise everyone who wins Immunity would do that at every Tribal to guarantee two people are safe.

I did the math and knew it was something related to 1776, but I couldn’t think of what that would be. I said Washington Monument just to have a guess even though I knew that couldn’t possibly be it since due to Hamilton the Musical I know that Eliza Hamilton was involved with getting it built, which would have been mid-1800s.
