    All Episodes Talk Season 4

Watching the marathon today, the earlier seasons were so funny. Maybe my all-time favorite episode was Nanny renting the Corvette for Chase, and then driving off to Palm Springs (whether fictional or not). So much funny in that episode: Nanny telling Chase that people will think she's driving around with a gigolo, Chase all grossed out. The episode where Todd makes Savannah go on her first date with an older boy with Nanny, and Nanny ends up at the bar chatting up a guy who looks about her age. Yes, there is so much contrived, but I still enjoyed it. Agree that the wrestling and juice bar episodes were mostly lame, with a few highlights.

    Love It Or List It

The producers may regret the decision to film in Raleigh, now that they've been sued by Deena and Sully as they are referred to on episode 152. Lots of dirt about what really happens behind the scenes. http://www.miamiherald.com/news/nation-world/national/article72350402.html

    S06.E08: Season 6, Episode 8

THIS!! I can't say I'm surprised JF bungled this episode so badly, given the way the season has progressed with pointless plot lines (hospital feud, Baxter and the cops, Denker/Buddy Hackett, sad-sack Thomas), but I'd hoped for something better. The shallow plot lines were cringe-worthy -- e.g., Mary's meltdown over the risk of losing Henry to a car crash, that she couldn't live through that kind of loss again, and then suddenly it's okay, let's get married NOW! Oy. My expectations for this series have continued to fall since S4, so they're at rock bottom for the Christmas episode.
  4. What a beautiful line-up for BIS! He couldn't have gone wrong with any of them, but I'm glad he chose the GSP, a gorgeous dog. I loved the chow-hound Leonberger who was nipping at his handler's pocket the whole time he was being shown. What a clown!
  5. Just watched BOB judging for goldens. A big entry, lots of quality. The judge was consistent in the type she preferred -- my type too! My pick didn't win but got an award of merit. A golden has never won Westminster, but as much as I'd like to see that happen tonight, I think it could be the GSD. Watched the herding group judging and the GSD was a standout. On to BIS!

    Here Comes Honey Boo Boo

June found a way to return to reality TV. http://www.usatoday.com/story/life/2015/11/05/honey-boo-boos-mama-june-returns-reality-tv/75208748/ At least the kids won't be involved this time. But June's claim that she and Mike are doing the show because of Mike's cheating is laughable. How will she spin her relationship with her daughter's rapist?
  7. I meant marital assets, which would include Khloe's not just Lamar's money. As I said, I don't know about CA law in this regard.
  8. I'm not familiar with CA laws, but if Lamar doesn't survive, I wonder if his ex-girlfriend could pursue his "marital assets" (including part of Khloe's income) for his children since he's technically still married.
  9. I think this article is a good summation of Lamar's tragic story. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/between-the-bright-lights-and-darkness--lamar-odom-is-burdened-with-his-own--true-hollywood-story-231906633.html

    19 Kids And Counting

In this article about the cancellation, TLC's president mentions other shows in the pipeline, so I wouldn't rule out a Jill/Jessa show. https://www.yahoo.com/tv/tlc-cancels-19-kids-and-counting-124243154675.html

    Kate Plus 8

It's bad enough that Kate revealed Colin's challenges on the show. Thanks to her big mouth it's now become an item to be exploited by In Touch, as "the troubled son." http://www.intouchweekly.com/posts/kate-gosselin-opens-up-about-troubled-son-collin-62319 I've always felt sorry for the lack of privacy these children have suffered since they were babies. No child should be subjected to this kind of publicity.

The Duggars: In the Media and TLC

Compared to the reactions from other right-wingers, they were pretty subdued -- at least for now. http://www.examiner.com/article/duggar-gay-marriage-post-slammed-as-being-judgmental-by-followers

The Duggars: In the Media and TLC

The article goes on to say that despite this lapse in vetting, it's unlikely anyone at TLC will lose their job over it, and since their focus has been on "freak show" programming, they'll probably try to ride out the scandal rather than change their focus. https://www.yahoo.com/tv/s/inside-tlc-19-kids-counting-disaster-why-network-220358875.html
