I'm watching Episode 2 now. Derick said that he didn't know about the sexual assault when they were engaged - meaning, that that was something that would be reasonable to know when at that level of commitment. I don't think it has to do with the timeline of when the information was made public and their marital status.

Here's what I think: Grandsons: Pest - Michael, Marcus, Mason JD - Charlie Jill - Israel, Sam, Frederick Jessa - Spurge, Henry Joe - Garrett, Baby JoKen Josiah - Baby SiRen E Joy - Gideon, Gunner Jed! - Truett Total: 15 grandsons. Granddaughters: Pest - Mackynzie, Meredith, Maryella, Madyson JD - Gracie Jessa - Ivy, Fern Jinger - Felicity, Evangeline Joe - Addison, Brooklyn Josiah - Bella, Daisy Joy - Evelyn Jeremiah - Brynley Total: 15 granddaughters with Jed! - Nora becoming the 16th granddaughter, thereby "breaking the tie."

Jed becomes the second Duggar son to be shirtless, at least on social media (after Jason).

My guess is that she was wearing that skirt when she SEVERELY injured her knee...

Which makes me think this was totally his idea to go. I think that David genuinely enjoyed the movie when he watched it when he was younger. And I also think that Jill experienced a little bit of cognitive dissonance because on the one hand, she has to submit to her husband, but on the other hand, he wanted to do something that was more secular which was probably making her head explode. So she had to rationalize.

Being the early 90s teen that I was, I think "guy with long hair" when I think of the name Gunnar. As in Gunnar Nelson from the band Nelson. Yeah, I realize his name is spelled slightly different but my point still stands, which is that I always felt like "Gunnar" was such a metal name.

Except Derick didn't stay in the cult, so I don't see him as worse than JB in that respect.

I went down a rabbit hole as I was unfamiliar with the term. Although sundown towns can be found in any state, they were evidently highly prevalent in the Midwest - especially Illinois, including the suburb where I grew up (Naperville).

This show makes it all the more interesting that Jinger went her own way and elected not to participate, given that she seemed to be basically spouting similar things except that she just did it first. Then again, Jinger may not be participating because she was motivated by her new cult to speak out. It could also be about the money as I suspect that neither Jill nor Amy would get paid to the same degree if at all for appearing on the documentary.

They are a day apart (not sure which is first) but at the end of May.

I can buy Amelia having ADHD, but if it took this long for Lucas to be identified, it will take much longer for her. She's a woman and AD/HD tends to be underdiagnosed in females as it is.

I always thought Michael Fishman looked exactly like Roseanne, but I'll tell you what, grown-up Michael Fishman looks exactly like Dan Conner (John Goodman) from HS (especially the picture where he is wearing glasses). I don't really mind how they are portraying David now, but it's not really fair for us long-time fans of Roseanne to change David's story then. People can change over time and it can just be as simple as that.

WTF is wrong with this guy??? Did Jessa of the Dirty Diaper Mountain pass the clueless baton to him? I mean, given that many members of this family have gone into the car selling business, I wouldn't be surprised if they happen to drive a bunch of cars that need some work from time to time, as they likely get them through an auction. But the fact that he is driving 80 mph and simultaneously taking a picture or a video? Honestly, even if the car were in perfect condition, that alone should be a huge red flag issue.

I felt like Season 1 was Heigl's season, but this second part of Season 2 was Chalke's season. She just brought it.

Honestly, he's 8 years old. He is old enough to learn about stove safety. He is old enough to learn about how to measure things and follow directions, including printed directions. It seems to me that what he is doing in the snap/photo is totally reasonable. It'd be a different story if he was expected to assume full responsibility, but I don't think that's the case here since Jill clearly took the picture which meant that she was present.
