Forgive me if this has been asked before, or if I'm completely missing something. But, for those who live in DFW, is there a group of gals that get together to watch the show? I'm a relatively new lurker, but a shy commenter, and would LOVE to meet some of you gals in person! If we were to break out in our own routine (complete with newspaper pom-pons)....even better! (If so, I can bring queso and the supplies for newspaper pom-pons)

I'm new to this board, but am also sad that I won't get to 'hang out' with you all anymore! Can we start all over with Season 1 and keep this going??

It looks like Kellie Pickler goes to Japan. Maybe CMT has some sort of deal or contract to tie in a few shows with trips to Japan, and Yuko may have a part in that. Kellie Pickler....meh. I think if someone were a country music fan and/or American Idol fan before this season of MTT, they probably aren't as annoyed by her as someone who is basically seeing her for the first time in the commercials for her show. All that we see is this dumb blonde persona for a minute or two, whereas I'm sure she's a great person in real life. I think another commenter said it best; I'd also have fun drinking tequila with her!

At first, I thought you were joking about your dogs barking over Bethany, but my poor pug has started it too! He also hates the intro music and the poms. My blind pug doesn't care as much as her brother does.

Even the song that they were all dancing to, while performing for Kasey Musgraves, had a lyric about Luccheses (sp?) in it. This season is turning into a scripted reality show, with all the product placement and guest stars. Melissa Rycroft is a part of this reality show machine, and is probably used more for her fan base, rather than as a 'showmanship mentor'.'
