Quite; the first thing I thought was that Moonlight is waaaaay too easy for a Juilliard audition. He also played the thing about seventeen times louder than it should be. I am rationalising by assuming that Brandon actually performed the full sonata, including the ferocious third movement (although honestly it's still a bit tame, because the second movement is also fairly straightforward). I'm trying to remember if we heard him practising it in previous episodes.
