It is humorous to me that in all of this discussion about moving, not one single thing was mentioned ( which is the first thing most of us worry about, or even why we move in the first place) What are we going to do for work? What about our jobs? Also, if you are attending your "daughters" wedding and she wants the moms in hats, wear a bleeping hat. Don't be such snooty stick in the muds Robyn Square Chin and Janelle!! So the Beaverton Bakery has announced that they are no longer in business as of this weekend; I wonder what that means for Amy's Kitchen? Are they still the bakery that she was using?

OK I know that this was a few episodes back but one thing that has been bugging me, re: the trip Matt and Caryn took to the Oregon Coast, Manzanita. Matt was whining on about he is not into the beach in Oregon, that is it hard for him that that he would rather be in a chair drinking Mai Tais with warm weather and Palm Trees. Now THATS a beach!!!! They are both beaches dumb ass!!! What a self entitled whiny snob. I lived on the Northern Oregon Coast for over 10 years, and now live on the beautiful island of Maui for the last seven (I am very fortunate- I have worked in hospitality management many years to get here!) Both are gorgeous and offer astounding beauty in their own way. I challenge you Matt to hit an actual BEACH on Maui that is not attached to a huge resort with pool side service with someone catering to your every whim. Pansy. Sitting poolside on your comfy resort provided shaded seating on your little okole is not "going to the beach!" The Oregon Coast is one of the most recognized, rugged beautiful coastlines in the Mainland US, if not the world. The city of Manzanita (and many other coastal communities) offers free of charge, beach wheelchairs for visitors to use so that the rugged beautiful beaches are accessible to everyone to enjoy. http://exploremanzanita.com/beach-wheelchairs-available-at-manzanita-visitors-center/ I thought (silly me) that this was supposed to be educational and show us how they, as little people, are doing all the same things everyone else does, "but in a different way". This is a wonderful invention and a wonderful thing that these communities are offering. It was a great opportunity to show and educate people about this. Instead we get another example of Matt playing martyr. What a stick in the mud.

Interesting point, as the college Audrey went to, Oregon State, has a very highly recognized agricultural curriculum; it is known as "Cow Town" ( Corvallis) ..were they not a couple at that time? Maybe Golden Child should have attended college with her rather than making friends and having conversations (gasp!!) with un-attached females in Santa Barbara?

I was also wondering who she mailed the set of tapes to, and who was she on the phone with (someone she was going to go see) when she forgot about the bank deposit on top of the car and lost it? 50 year old lady here and I enjoyed the series as well! High school was not an easy time, I was an awkward kid. I could not imagine going through it again with social media and texting.

After hearing Audrey say last night "we will have to set boundaries" I knew that I couldn't wait to read the comments on this (and on another blog) this morning! Oh, the entertainment! Sheesh Jer and Audj get over yourselves!
