Actually, according to the end of Crisis on Infinite Earths, this show is set on Earth-9, and Doom Patrol is on Earth-21. I'm guessing that's how they explain the different Chiefs and why they never even mentioned Gar on DP.

I think Guggenheim said after episode 4 of Batwoman that that episode was already set after Elseworlds (I think they even mentioned the breakout from Arkham), so I'm guessing they'll be all caught up in time for the crossover.
