  1. I think she was the species of the planet whose ice cream loving Queen and Tilly are BFFs. The last planet that the signals directed Discovery toward.
  2. Is it just me or did Poh get the MOST DRAMATIC ELIMINATION EVER edit? The music, the musing, the shock, the awe!!!! I will say though, she took it like a champ.
  3. I must be bored as hell, since it holds my attention. The first episode was, granted, a bit of a yawn fest, but once some of the backstory gets filled in and Ava's "friends" are out of the picture it picks up the pace.
  4. All three of the new judges need to learn how to bring volume without screaming. Ten minutes with a vocal coach and some conscious use of the diaphragm on their parts would really help my ears out.
  5. There will be a fourth season of Unforgotten, according to multiple sources. Radio Times
  6. She was there to shill for her recently published book. The bride was an employee of her publicist. A good way to get publicity for a book about weddings.
  7. As near as I can tell from looking at the Kleinfield website, Randy's dresses are much more "moderately" priced than the other Kleinfield exclusive designers (Pinina and Zunino). The blue snowball dress, which is also available in white, appears to cost approx. $3000, although it's had to tell for sure. Good for Randy for for keeping it more "moderate."
  8. He gets a week on MC Australia, and I think was the resident chef for their MC Pro. They flove him and practically kiss his feet. He'd be an interesting guest chef on this show because he doesn't put up with any excuses or back talk, but I doubt he'd have enough respect from, say Katsuji, to pull off his typical "Yes Marco!" style of mentorship. I don't remember Katsuji being this much of an ass on his first season, but I remember that I didn't like him then either. Good riddance!
  9. I got the idea that there won't be a next season. The official description says the "...acclaimed drama concludes..." and I don't know where another season could go except total dystopia. Where are all these sentient synths going to go? They need a place to live, they'll need jobs, they'll need a lower class to do the shit work of keeping them charged. They'll have to enslave humans, or spread themselves across the working classes. I guess the struggle amongst them as to how to handle their new lives could be fodder for a third season. It will probably all depend on how much money AMC thinks it can make!
  10. I agree. Lind has been looking better this season.
  11. I don't think a confession would convince people unless they already believed that IDI and an intruder confesses, or they already believed BDI and Burke confesses, etc.. .
  12. Average sixth grade science fair project--"How Much Salt Does it Take to Float an Egg?"
  13. Actually, the kid is probably home-schooled. They wouldn't want him to come within a country mile of any type of "other."
