I hope that Colter runs into Mallory again. I adore Katharine Isabelle and hope we see more of her. He could run into her randomly as her new identity and location. But honestly I would not have trusted Colter to keep me safe if I just saw my uncle sneak up on him and knock him out. Unless she was just going because he’s hot. No judgment.

Love Island does this with their water bottles and neon signs, so there’s got to be some money in it. Back to the actual show, I am still having trouble remembering names and characteristics.

This has me hooked already. I did feel the ick with Johnny kissing Cely, but hopefully that drama between those two does not take up all the airtime of the show going forward. Callum, Liberty, and Jessica on the second episode trying to prepare for the duels was too funny. @AManfred, from what I understand, the filming was 3 weeks with no viewer input, just challenges and islander voting off (still not sure how they get dumped from the island, since Ray and Jessica are still around). I am hoping Imani does not fall for Johnny. He's basically the original version and Leo was Johnny 2.0 in the most recent LIUSA season.

I hope that, should there be a season 2, that MJW (don't remember his name on the show) is added to the core cast and that both psychologists work on the same team. One does court cases while the other does real-world helping, and they alternate who does what. MJW is now out of The Resident, so it's not completely out of the realm of possibility. Add to that the possibilities of L&O crossovers since the same network, I can see a lot of possibilities for this show to evolve. I do like the show just fine as it is, but I do see where some improvements can be made.

And Kenzo didn't even have his heart rate raised the most by Carmen (instead by Hannah), so his holier than thou jealousy was unwarranted at best and insanely manipulative and controlling at worst. I am concerned for when she goes back to her pre-show job (bottle service person) that things will become very bad, very quick. I still do not believe in Marco and Hannah AT ALL. Marco was a true love 'em and leave 'em guy up until the day before his entry in LI, so I don't think he magically changed his spots upon meeting Hannah. I never saw chemistry between them. (Also, I do not believe in the slightest Marco is 22.) Multiple islanders have mentioned that Marco and Hannah spent a lot of time strategizing on how to win. And the editors helped them out by the dead mother speech and Bergie's treatment of Taylor right before finale voting.

Big Jim has a wife/new baby daughter (Ace is the godfather). Bobby Pin has been pining after Crystal, no other relationships that we have been shown with him. I get the two of them mixed up a lot as they have very similar sizes and hair. When I see them next to each other or in the same scene, I can tell them apart no problem. Is Crystal only going to be part of the Florida team long enough for the crossover match, or is it permanent? Bobby Pin will not like that when he was finally making progress in their relationship. I told my SO that I fully expect, maybe not until third season, for Stacy to become a female DWL wrestler. I too am curious about how effed up King Tom left the DWL and its finances in.

I think she just used Bergie to get into the villa and now she sees she’s stuck unless he goes after somebody else. She saw a way out. She didn’t want to be Carmen though, which is why it is a lot more passive than she could have been. Then Taylor can be the “wronged” party.

When Kay Kay mentioned to Keenan how she's excited for her mom to meet Keenan, I figure (if they both make it to family night) one of two things will happen - either KK's mom will love Keenan and we see where KK gets it from (apologist/bad history with men, etc) or we will see KK's mom go into scorched earth mode with both of them for KK being so gullible and needy and Keenan for being such an effective gaslighter. It would almost be worth suffering through more of them to see that, and I still want others off my screen earlier (sadly, Carmen/Kenzo and Hannah/Marco are all safe). If Johnnie remains after this dumping, she needs to go be buds with Kyle or Matia. Imani with the cold shoulder to Kyle - I have no idea what happened with them, and then her running to Bergie (friendship couple or savvy game play). At least Bergie didn't fall for it (yet, unless Taylor whichever initial leaves). My ideal 4some to go (well, 3some, since Hannah O has already been named off). Zay also leaves (questionable personal and political views at best, downright scary views at worst, racist/homophobic/misogynistic tendencies possible). Then I actually would be fine with Mike going. (Hannah O's gone, Destiny doesn't go backwards with her affections). I would leave Keenan and Leo just to continue to stir up stuff and make things interesting/dramatic. For the remaining girl, I would have trouble picking. I am curious how Johnnie could move going forward, but I know Bergie will not let the other Taylor leave. I can't see Jonah letting his Taylor go either. (Which means that Johnnie will leave, unfortunately.)

They both go the same gym and allegedly have the same trainer and some mutual follows (personal relationships not influencer followers if that makes sense). They may know each other on the outside and it’s not love at first sight as they have portrayed. Not sure if true or not.

I am still side-eyeing Carmen/Kenzo and Hannah/Marco after hearing some rumors/thoughts about their relationships. I am getting more invested in Imani/Kyle. I have zero faith in Kay Kay. I feel like she needs to do a Liberty and just completely leave, because she is not giving other people a fair shake and believing all of the nonsense Keenan is spouting. Hopefully, they will have movie night or tweets to let the islanders know what really went on the entire time.

Tonight’s episode was a bit crazy. I doubt Kay Kay is actually done with Keenan. She will keep going back. Hoping she brings somebody else back with her (Brandon?). I wasn’t feeling Rob but I kind of want Carmen to take him back for the hijinks. Leo and Keenan are both on my poop list.

Sam’s motive would have been money, no? He is a corporate fixer and negotiator. This could have been an extreme version of that.

The recoupling today was certainly a letdown. Nobody in a “serious” couple was broken up, so the havoc was minimal. And Anna deciding to bounce rather than spend more time with Bergie was not unexpected.

When they started the final showdown between the two men, I was sooooo hoping that there would be a twist and Sam was truly the mastermind behind the whole thing (why he wanted the trade guy to get the guns on board, why he was so involved, etc). I was a bit bummed when I was not right. But Sam having an iPhone I guess negates my wish anyway.

Oooh I picked cyanide too, I love the ID channel! Glad that the uncomfortable pairs have all left by now.

At some point during the show, once there are less contestants or when most people know who the aliases really are, there should have been a move to make the judging by an impartial panel. People trying to guess who made which dish every round and judging based on that rather than the actual food (or especially those like Poonam who try to vote to move ahead or stick it to the chef who got her kicked off). It was frustrating for me to watch the latter episodes and see who skated by, based on the admitted preference of most contestants to push forward the least deserving to make the competition easier. I really wish the French chef had been able to have a longer tenure on the show to see what he could do. A straight out of the gate double elimination for a team was a very poor idea indeed.

Is Matt still doing the "other" media stuff (last season, he did interviews with evicted Islanders, etc)? I saw that Maura will be doing something related to this show, but nothing about him. Bergie reminds me of Nas from UK Season 6 or 7 - although Nas is cuter. He had issues through Casa Amor finding somebody. I did all the polls on the Love Island app, and it looks like Anna is way at the bottom of the listing for basically everything. I like everything about Kay Kay except her name. It just sounds so twee. Nothing is reeling me in with excitement, but I rarely get too excited until around episode 3-4.

I am a bit underwhelmed right now, but I am hopeful.

I was presuming that microscopes are outlawed like telescopes because if you can see the outside (stars) or possibly bloodwork for diseases and such, it would muck up the mechanisms of how the Pact and Silo work.

Todays and yesterdays episodes were rather extreme. That poor dog and that incessantly dense plaintiff (later defendant). Acker is increasingly becoming highly angered at one side of the other in every case.

I was assuming he was being somewhat tongue in cheek with that, but who knows with him.

I agree with you on Porsha, but I was sad that Lance did not get more kudos for being integral to talking her through the downward trek.

I have binged the first 3 episodes. I like some things - like the state where the suit is filed and the case name. I mostly was curious about Adam Levy. To me, he sounds exactly like Larry Bakman from season one of Hot Bench. I am enjoying this show, as I like the format and the two judges from HB but hate the required commercials.

I spent the entirety of the time from Chim getting back to the firehouse thinking it was his coma or death dream. I continued to think so, as it was too rushed and clean. I get that it was supposed to serve as a possible series finale, but it felt too pat to be realistic.
