Plenty to criticize Alyssa on but she is not on speaking terms with her father he did not attend her wedding. Her parents are divorced so I'm not sure even sure how close she ever was with him. Plenty of celebs and public figures you all like have repulsive family members I am sure.

I remember Kristen was actually pretty upset in 2020 when she started getting this criticism out of the blue from people who most definitely didn't read it. even if they did, come on it's a children's book. Kristen is so nice I just didn't like her having to get defensive towards the end of a lovely interview.

Garcelle was an established actress and model before she joined RHO, that is definitely not her claim to fame and if you watch her on the Real she is hardly a drama starter or attention seeker. they hired Jenny McCarthy, Rosie Perez and Raven Symone...why would Garcelle not have been a serious option?

Sunny comment was a bit much....almost like 50% of hispanic Americans voted for Bush in 04. Majority of hispanics voted for Ted Cruz in Texas in 2018 and Trump did very well with Hispanics in 2020. Maybe get out of your bubble a bit and argue in good faith without personal attacks...

Joy and Meredith basically concluded the show didn't even fight for her. the pay gap between the view and today was huge yet the view didn't even really fight for her/offer some big package. I could be misremembering but that is what I think was said. Meredith sounded like she didn't want to leave if she didn't have to. which is annoying given how much they are willing to throw at Whoopi to be there 4 whole days a week lol

on the podcast earlier in the season Joy asked her and Meredith said no one ever asked her

how is a million not a lot for Sunny? Before the View she was simply just a contributor for CNN which I know for a fact only makes in the low hundred thousands for cable news. Not to mention her husband the doctor... At least with Sara she does a ton of other stuff for ABC as well. not as much as she used to but still everywhere it seems like sometimes.

Whoopi reportedly makes $8 million and Joy reportedly $7 million. I remember when Joy came back she was getting like $3 million or something but that was in 2015 so would make sense she got a lot higher at her last contract as they clearly realized she's as big of a draw as Whoopi. I doubt any full time host on the View makes less than $500k and they all have other jobs too so hardly feel bad for any of them.
