I am also one that cringed watching Kleine's solo. I mean granted we did not see the whole thing but those few seconds turned me off bigtime. I seriously need to find videos on YouTube of actual decent hip hop dancing now because between Maddies wannabe hip hop and now this I can not unsee the horror in my mind. I get that girls are doing new styles and that is all well and good but one should not do hip hop if they can not carry that style. I was flashing back to seasons 1/2/3 final days.

Ok binging old seasons on Paramount Plus and I am now on Season 3. Can someone please help my poor brain out with who were the 5 (or maybe it was 4) Kelli mentioned that got cut vet wise at finals. Carmen, Leah, Kellie Jo (or at least I think that was her) I know but for the life of me I can't figure out the others and am drawing a blank. I saw the brown head girl Erica J was crying over that looked very angry but I for the life of me can't place her name. Also season 2 question...........did Dulce try out again for a second season after making it in season one? There was someone at finals that looked slightly like her but they didn't mention all the vet cuts (I know this is where at least Kristen was cut) around the time Kelli was talking about the less than great solos. Sorry my poor brain is just not working so if anyone can help a girl out here I would appreciate it!

Alora Rose made it the same year as Jacie....2017 if I got the year right. Jacie was picked at the summer intensive and Alora-Rose auditioned again for the Christmas program in August and made it then, which would have been the last audition for the main cast if I am not mistaken. They were essentially Rockettes together with Jacie taking a break in 2019 which turned into a 2 year break. I don't have instagram so I never knew why she took a break I just know she did so thank you for that information. What I don't quite understand is this "auditioning" that Alora was going to. I get that their annual audition for the Christmas season was a few months back I just am not certain on like the process of veteran status or not. Like did Jacie have to re-audition or was she just asked back because she technically never left the team? Alora mentioned to Kelly she was "asked back" or something along those lines. I have to question if she applied to audition or they asked her to audition because it is obvious she had to re-audition as she didn't even make the Rockettes this season again. The whole thing is weird like I know they were holding auditions but I mean why would they ask her back to audition unless she implied that and she simply meant she applied to audition and they accepted her to try out again? Like if they were limiting auditioners so to speak like what K&J did with the audition videos being sent in so to speak. I just have question marks regarding the whole way it went down is all. I know Alora wasn't happy about things you could tell but like it was also obvious that she planned on flying down auditioning and simply quitting the team if she made it as well.

So I went back and watched all the videos on Youtube of their "journeys" to Rockettes for the Christmas Spectacular recently for grins and giggles. Alora and Jacie were in the same summer intensive as you said and if you watch the last episode it states that Alora got the call she was waiting for in either August or September at the final auditions of the year. They actually hold multiple auditions a year, with their final one in like August/Septemberish because they hold them for full-time positions and then those for just the Christmas season which is what Jacie got hired for. They were essentially "rookies" at the same time. Also this year they did hold auditions late because they didn't hold the summer intensive so Alora really was trying for a spot on the Christmas Spectacular respectively. She stated something like she was asked back or whatever but I do not know if they have to fully re-audition again or if she literally quit due to going to Dallas and she has to start totally new. Jacie took a break I believe in 2019 so I don't know what the actual re-audition process is but it seems that Alora had to start all over again from the beginning while Jacie did not but I could be totally wrong on that and they both had to re-audition. I agree with Judy essentially in that Alora was going to go back to New York to audition for just the Christmas Spectacular this year and then resign if she made it or kept her spot in Dallas if she didn't. Someone essentially "told" on her and she had to face facts basically is what it seems. That is just what I gained from watching Youtube though and then researching and from a friend who has family that auditioned this year.

Obviously came out of my hidey hole again lol. So Alora-Rose cut/left squad was a cliffhanger but we all know what happens. Anyway, I decided to go back and watch the becoming a Rockette episodes again (specifically the ones where Jacie gets invited to become one for the Christmas Spectacular they perform) and she stated there that it was her 6th time trying out for the Rockettes. She didn't get chosen during the showcase but did make it in September so her 7th time trying I guess you can say all of which leads me to question the whole we hear a rumor. TPTB obviously knew she was a Rockette, anyone can look up those videos and see how much she craved dancing in New York, so how come they find it a surprise she chose to go back. Auditions are normally like more than once a year (for the showcase at least) with September being like a final casting audition since the show starts in November (or well from what I have read). I wonder if Alora thought she could audition under the radar so to speak, audition on like a weekend break before football season started and just leave the team once she made it and have this all happen before the actual season started. I see her exit as more of a, my heart is in New York and their dance scene is finally open again so I am going home, more so than anything else. Her exit did create room for another rookie though and I hate to say it but I think the only reason why Madeline (rookie) made it is because more than one veteran left the squad. No offense to anyone that loves her but some of her rookie teammates blow her out of the water. Actually that is mainly the only reason why a few of the rookies made it is because we lost rockstar's as in Amanda and Daphne. I really would like to know now the storyline they go with on Ava as to her cut unless her across the field or dancing in boots is beyond terrible next week. Sorry for the book report guys heading back down into the darkness for now...........

Ok so I finally got to watch episode 3......stupid Amazon. Anyway came back out of my hole to make a statement on Ava. I straight up get Chelsea season 7 vibes with her. We all saw Kelli or maybe it was Judy say she wasn't doing anything wrong but then Kelli said out loud she was rushing. I am sorry but her and the girl next to her both made me not want to watch. She is great in her own style but I get serious immaturity and mean girl vibes from her. I can't exactly put my finger on it but she really lacks in the I am a serious contender deparment almost as if she expected them to just put her on the team. That whole first episode "is that a good thing" comment from her was just for the cameras. Sorry but I just don't buy the love for her and personally I feel she needs a big ol slice of humble pie. Ok back to my hole I go you may all carry on now.

So haven't posted in forever here but trust me I have been reading. Need to put my two cents in here. There is no way Amanda was the lowest ranking veteran, sorry but none. I don't even need to see all the veteran solos to know that either. I smell a plot twist cooked up by MTT, or as TheGenuineBeauty stated so eloquently, some straight up BS. I swear if they let Alora walk with nothing just a oh go on to greener pastures and spin that Amanda was god-awful I might scream. Especially after what they did last year trying to prove Hannah was the problem. Ok I will go back to being a ghost now lol just had to get that off my chest.

How should we celebrate!?!?! Minus the Tara cut, I think this will be the only episode this season I will actually enjoy! Minus last week when Kashara was dead honest, and I wanted to just rush through the TV and hug her. It will no longer be Victoria Making the Team after tonight y'all!!!! (Let's watch them drag it out till next week on the last episode just to screw us over now that I have said that hah)

I have not posted in forever but here it goes. I am almost seriously completely done with this season after watching last weeks episode finally. I mean what the hell K trying to pass off at the end how the audition process needs to maintain it integrity. Seriously C&K&J must realize by now that the integrity of the audition process is nothing when you are the daughter of the director's best friend which is being blatantly spoon fed to us the viewers week by week. Kelly you have lost the integrity of the audition process after this season and it is clearly evident. All the rude remarks towards other candidates about falling out of turns and weight by Kelli/Kitty/Judy and then the emphamis(sp?) grandma comment from Tina and all Victoria gets is an awwww how sad or a she has put the time in for over 10 years so lets give her more time bull crap. I am sure other girls have put the time in as well and did they get awww's and get passed off to make the team by being rude to Kelli and Judy when interacting with them oh and lying flat out don't even get me started on that..........I think not. I was actually excited to watch finally in real time and well now I get this. I am afraid we are stuck with Victoria Making The Team this year instead of Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Making The Team and yet she gets cut from training camp. K and company have created quite a mess for themselves all because one girl was promised a spot. This whole narrative probably started by CMT was because she was guaranteed a spot. You can't tell me she wasn't when it is so blatantly obvious that she was. Oh and Kelli keeps on spouting how it is so hard to cut the squad this season when I could have cut them down the first day of training camp. Poor Tara would still be on the team in my opinion(unless something else went on I am unaware of)

Didn't Kelly say in like season one there really wasn't an age limit other than you have to be 18 and either graduating high school or have already graduated high school? You know if any one wants to do it with me I would be down with it lol! I could see Kelly's "Oh God" reaction now. I have DCC hair and am in my 20's, however my body yeah right. I also have the perfect life story for the camera oh and I could seriously sew my own costume together with my mad sewing skills. If only all the auditions rounds for the DCC were open to the public where we could watch, heck I would even like to watch the interview round and maybe put out a question or too. Oh well wishful thinking I guess.........

Long time lurker, first time poster but that one post on the Ezekiel Elliot incident is spot on depending on the time frame the poster said it happened. ESPN is blowing up my phone over here in the midwest about him being involved in a bar incident late night Sunday. I know there are no pics or anything but dang! Ok to not be thrown out for being off topic and all I am dying for the new season, yet also feel I know nothing about any of the TCC's this year. at least years previous it seemed we had more info. Not going to lie, kinda getting bored over the lock down of sorts from the DCC side of things. I need something juicy over here! Oh and @QuiteCalM I freaking love you lady you make my day! Hi all! I am new to this site just wanted to give a shout out to everyone. I am a long time lurker of this board just never have posted. I have watched this show since the two hour special and love it enough to post a lot of my opinions I believe due to my slight obsession. My cable provider sent CMT to the sports package so I haven't been able to watch re-runs since and when the show starts I hope to catch it on the internet but at this point I think I may as well buy all the seasons on Amazon.
